The Fourth Industrial Revolution has been revolutionizing industry and education. This paper proposes an education platform, Smart Space EduPlatform (SSEP), for the real estate industry, aimed at educating the basic real estate technology (RETech) for workers in the real estate industry so they can achieve the highest and best use of the real estate in the smart environment. The habitat of SSEP is driven by the donation system ensuring sustainability, various technical functions such as tools for content production and learning participation, and learning behavior frameworks each in form of a learner, a teacher, and a helper. Services of SSEP consist of 17 important RETech lectures under 6 categories-planning and design, decision-making, management, economics, construction, and equipment-and project-based learning (PBL) curriculums. The lectures are provided along with video contents, additional learning materials and learning management service, while teachers' workshops, learner invitation and registration management, curriculum operation services are offered for the PBL curriculums.

This study categorized the developments of advanced online education in Korea, which have achieved rapid growth for past 20 years, and analyzed the characteristics of each stage. Starting from the introduction stage, which focused on video content and basic LMS, it went through a growth stage in which the transition from lifelong to advanced education institute, and the first online graduate program accreditation were achieved. In the maturity stage, the expansion of online graduate programs led to the spread of online real-time classes and seminars, and the introduction and proliferation of smart-phone also paved the way for smart learning. However, as the non-face-to-face teaching method was suddenly implemented as a whole due to the COVID-19 pandemic, online education has rapidly developed and also faced various problems to improve the quality of education. By analyzing and reviewing the trend, this study discussed the problems facing the current revolutionary period and what needs to be solved for future development.

This study aims to examine the perception of false information and deepfakes according to the experience of being exposed to false information and deepfake images for YouTube content users. The study used the data from 'YouTube Use and False Information Exposure Experience' conducted by the Korea Press Foundation in 2018. For the statistical analysis, correspondent analysis was employed. The main results followed as: First, it was found that men who have been exposed to false information are most seriously aware of the problems caused by false information on YouTube. Second, regarding the need for regulation on deepfake images, women who have experienced exposure to deepfake images tended to agree, and women had a stronger awareness of the need for regulation due to damage to deepfake images than men. While YouTube users generally agree that regulation is necessary, it is required to educate YouTube users about the types of disinformation and deepfakes. In particular, it is considered to be desirable to create an environment for the self-regulation of the producers and distributors.

Most existing mobile distance learning systems are asynchronous ones that allow students to download lecture video and presentation material. However, there are a few synchronous real-time mobile distance learning systems that support slide, annotation, feedback from student, and lecture video and audio at the same time. These live mobile distance learning systems have an advantage of supporting real-time interaction between students and a lecturer thereby making students understand the lecture better. But, they also have a disadvantage in the sense that they don't allow students to experience the past lecture. This problem can be solved by recording and replaying lecture session. So far, there are few mobile distance learning systems that support session recording and replay. This paper presents a synchronous mobile distance learning system that supports video and audio, slide with annotation, and real-time feedback from students, as well as session recording and replay, which is not supported by the existing mobile distance learning systems. The evaluation of the system among students shows that 61.3% of them were satisfied while 3.2% weren't.

멀티미디어의 가능성은 교육분야에도 광범위에도 적용되어 텍스트나 단수한 이미지만으로 학습하기 어려운 부분을 동영상과 사운드, 상호작용을 이용하여보다 쉽고 편리하며 재미있게 학습할 수 있게 되었다. 본 연구에서 구현된 학습모듈은 노령화사회에 대비한 노인간호를 위한 학습코스웨어를 제작하였다. 이러한 코스웨어는 멀티미디어의 장점을 최대한 살려 학습자에게 시각적이고 역동적인 화면과 사운드를 이용하여 학습효과를 극대화할 수 있을 것이다.

본 연구에서는 장애인은 물론 일반 어린이들이 쉽고 재미있게 수화 언어를 배울 수 있게 도와주는 구연 동화 시스템을 구현하고자 한다. 본 시스템은 흥미를 유발할 수 있도록 이미지나 배경 소리와 같은 멀티미디어 자료와 동영상을 포함한다. 아울러, 본 시스템은 인터넷 상에서 누구나 쉽게 접근하여 배울 수 있고 단어별 수화 학습이 가능하도록 HTML 문서 형식을 가지며, 여기에 XML를 도입하여 사용자의 편리성과 단어에 대한 수화DB가 없는 경우를 고려하여 자동 지화가 생성되도록 구현한다.

Purpose: A meta-analysis was conducted to evaluate effectiveness of education programs using video recording and feedback in the improvement of competency in clinical skills for health care majors. Methods: Six databases were searched and inclusion criteria were randomized controlled trials (RCTs) or non-randomized controlled trials (NRTs) reporting level of skill competency using numerical measurements. Data analysis and synthesis were performed using Comprehensive Meta-Analysis software and Revman program. Results: Of 1,568 records, 11 studies met inclusion criteria. Statistically significant effectiveness of education programs using video recording and feedback was identified. A low risk of bias was detected among both RCTs and NRTs. Meta-analysis showed that the intervention groups had more effective improvements in skill competency (standardized mean difference [SMD]: 0.74; 95% CI: 0.33~1.16). Results of subgroup analysis showed higher effects when interventions dealt with one skill, used self-reflection with expert feedback, and included instruction from instructor in the education programs. Conclusion: Findings suggest that schools for health care majors should actively adopt video and feedback based skill training allowing educators to design effective programs. Potential is higher for students to achieve higher competency when they train with one skill at a time, use of instruction and receive feedback from experts.

This study intends to analyze the learning effect of asynchronous online classes used in education fields around the world after the COVID-19 pandemic. To this end, we compared and analyzed the lecture evaluation and final exam questions of the HTML5 web programming course, which was conducted offline in 2019 and asynchronously online in 2020 due to COVID-19. As a result of the analysis, no significant difference was drawn between the two teaching methods in the lecture evaluation score and final exam score. However, contrary to concerns about the application of online classes to the entire curriculum, the lecture evaluation and final exam scores of the video-based online classes were high, suggesting the possibility that online classes could be more effective than offline classes if well organized and managed in the future.

So the purpose of development of traffic safety education system based on web is to advertise the importance and the need of traffic order and safety education and protect walkers and drivers from traffic accidents. The Contents and Scopes of Study Development are as follows. There are input of text, image and moving image data for traffic safety education, establishment of hierarchical relation for traffic safety education, relation analysis between traffic safety education information and design of hyper link structure between them, thesaurus implementation for traffic safety education system, design and implementation of information retrieval engine based on thesaurus, design and implementation of database schema for traffic safety education and GUI implementation for user.

The college of education should support pre-service science teachers to develop various abilities as a teacher, in which the teaching ability is the most fundamental one. This study is the result of a longitudinal research project following the processes that pre-service science teachers develop their teaching ability in a college of education. The data gathered include movie clips of seminar presentation, teaching demonstration, secondary school science experiment, and classes in the practicum. In order to analyze the teaching abilities in various context, a framework was developed. The framework consists of 'content,' 'progress,' and 'verbal/nonverbal' with which the movie clips of 5 pre-service science teachers were analyzed. The teaching abilities of pre-service science teachers showed overall development, that include the understanding of learners and curriculum in the 'content,' the time-management and the interaction with learners in the 'progress,' and the nonverbal behavior in the 'verbal/nonverbal.' The implications were discussed on the education in the college of education, such as the increase of teaching opportunities for pre-service science teachers and the support for those opportunities.
