Simultaneous translation is online decoding to translates with only subsentence. The goal of simultaneous translation research is to improve translation performance against delay. For this reason, most studies find trade-off performance between delays. We studied the experiments of the fixed policy-based simultaneous translation in Korean. Our experiments suggest that Korean tokenization causes many fragments, resulting in delay compared to other languages. We suggest follow-up studies such as n-gram tokenization to solve the problems.

본 논문에서는 다중 대역통과 표본화 이론에 기반하여 1.9GHz IS-95신호와 2.2GHz IMT-2000 신호를 하나의 ADC(analog to digital converter)를 사용하여 동시에 표본화하고 디지털 처리를 수행하는 방법을 제안하고 실험을 통하여 검증하였다. 일반적인 방법으로는 본 논문에서 고려하는 두 신호를 동시에 표본화하기 위해서는 표본화 주파수가 최소한 1GHz 이상의 고속의 ADC를 사용해야 한다. 그러나 현재 ADC의 기술은 광대역의 신호를 직접 더지털화하기에는 아직 미흡하다. 반면에 대역통과 표본화 이론은 기존의 상용 ADC와 기콘의 RF 시스템을 이용하여 다른 대역에 위치한 두 신호를 통합처리 할 수 있는 기반을 제공하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 대역통과 표본화 이론에 기반을 두고 상용 ADC를 사용하여 표본화 시스템을 구현하여 IS-95신호와 IMT-2000 신호를 표본화하고 이를 컴퓨터에서 디지털 필터를 이용하여 두 신호를 분리하는 실험을 통하여 다중 대역통과 표본화의 적용 가능성을 검증하였다.

The system for counting the number of people has traditionally been implemented in various ways. Existing systems include infrared sensors, lasers, cameras, etc. In the case of such an existing system, there are restrictions on space such as ceilings and sides of walls. In this paper, we propose a method of detecting the footsteps of pedestrians using a piezoelectric mat containing a number of piezoelectric sensors and counting the number of pedestrians passing simultaneously by using the data collected from the piezoelectric mat. When pedestrians pass over piezoelectric mats, the collected sensor data was aggregated using SPI communication and transmitted to PC server using TCP/IP communication. Performance analysis shows that approximately 600 step data can be recognized with 99% accuracy. This is to overcome the shortcomings of other counting systems.

부산항 입항 및 출항 대기, 통과 선박의 중간 기항지로 이용되는 부산 남외항 대기 정박지는 N-1~N-5으로 구성되며 현재, 최대 90척이 동시에 정박 가능한 집단 정박지 지정방식으로 지정되어 있다. 부산 남외항 대기 정박지는 입 출항 선박 및 통과 선박, 급유선 등의 교통에 따른 충돌, 접촉 등의 해양 사고와 갑작스러운 돌풍 등 기상악화에 따른 충돌, 접촉 및 좌초 등의 해양 사고가 발생하고 있다. 부산 남외항 대기 정박지의 자연 환경, 이용현황, 기상, 입 출항 선박 및 통과 선박의 교통 흐름을 종합적으로 살펴보고 부산 남외항 대기 정박지에서 발생하는 해양사고를 분석하였다. 따라서 부산 남외항 대기 정박지의 운영상의 문제점을 찾고, 해상교통조사 설문조사 이론적 근거를 기초로 안전도 평가 시스템을 사용하여, 향후 개선방향을 제시하였다.

저압전로에 시설하는 과전류차단기는 이를 시설하는 곳을 통과하는 단락전류를 차단하는 능력을 가지는 것이어야 한다. 다만 그곳을 통과하는 최대단락전류가 10kA를 넘는 경우에 과전류차단기로서 10kA이상의 단락전류를 차단하는 능력을 가지는 배선용 차단기를 시설하고 그곳으로부터 전원측의 선로에 그 배선용차단기의 단락전류를 그 배선용차단기보다 빨리 또는 동시에 차단하는 능력을 가지는 과전류차단기를 시설하는 때에는 그러하지 아니하다.

e러닝 업계의 숙원이던 e러닝산업발전법이 우여곡절 끝에 국회 본회의를 통과함에 따라 e러닝 산업활성화를 위한 제도적 기틀이마련됐다. 이 법은 공공기관의 e러닝 활용과 중소기업의 e러닝을 통한 교육훈련 지원, 각종 조세지원 등 정부가 e러닝 활성화를 위해 다양한 지원을 할 수 있는 근거조항을 담고 있다. 따라서 e러닝 산업발전의 토대를 다지는 동시에 온라인 교육의 백년대계를 세우는 중심 축으로 자리매김하게 될 전망이다.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the cliche for English-Korean interpretation and translation with special reference to the cliche based on the Holy Bible texts. Cliches are figurative or literal expressions and are overused expressions in various different cultures. In addition, cliches are languages, a tool of communication in an appealing way. Therefore, cliches are must be clearly distinguished from the term of idioms that are figurative phrases with an implied meaning; the phrase is not to be taken literally. Also, cliches are the single most important factor that characterizes socioculturally. Through this empirical analysis on cliches we see that this study has conceptualized the meaning of cliche. Based on this result, I expect that anyone who researches English-Korean interpretation and translation field should be concerned about cliches. I hope this study will be a guide to the right uses of cliches in English language fields.

In this paper, microstrip bandpass filter combined DCRLH metameterial-cells with a hairpin resonator is designed and fabricated to be transferred only fundamental passband signal, and removed a spurious resonant mode occurring when filter design using a microstrip transmission line is done. The bandpass filter is composed of CCRLH hairpin resonator and DCRLH interdigit metameterial-cells. The hairpin resonator with CCRLH property is implemented between two DCRLH interdigit metameterial-cells with DCRLH property, which is parallel to input port and output port. The interdigit metameterial-cells suppress spurious harmonics occurring on the higher order frequency and improve a filter performance. Insertion loss of the fabricated microstrip bandpass filter on the passband from 1.91GHz to 2.41GHz is 0.2dB, and attenuation on the stopband from 3GHz to 7.7GHz is bellower than -30dB. Therefore, this filter has a good performance for both mobile communications of WCDMA and wireless internet of WiBro.

본 논문에서는 동시적 위치 추정 및 지도 작성 (simultaneous localization and mapping)에서 루프 폐쇄 검출을 딥러닝 방법의 일종인 variational autoencoder 를 이용하여 수행하는 방법에 대해 살펴본다. Autoencoder 는 비감독 학습 방법의 일종으로 입력 영상이 신경망을 통과하여 얻은 출력 영상과 동일하도록 신경망을 학습시키는 모델이다. 이 때 autoencoder 중간의 병목 지역을 통과함에도 불구하고 입력과 동일한 영상을 계산해야 하는 제약조건이 있기 때문에 이는 차원 축소나 데이터 추상화의 목적으로 많이 사용된다. 여기서 한 단계 더 발전된 variational autoencoder 는 기존의 autoencoder 가 가진 단점인 입력 변수의 분포와 잠재 변수의 분포 사이에 상관관계가 없다는 단점을 해결하기 위해 Kullback-Leibler divergence 를 활용한 손실 함수를 정의하여 사용했다. 실험결과에서는 루프 폐쇄 검출에서 많이 사용되는 City-Centre 와 New College 데이터 집합을 사용하여 평가하였으며 루프 폐쇄 검출의 결과는 정밀도와 재현율을 계산하여 나타냈다.
