Theatricals have been with human's history for a long time. And It is also receiving a lot of love in modern times. The stage is recognized another space of time by spectators during the play and the production actualize fictional world by using all destination things on the stage. Therefore, the design of the stage has symbolism and the production needs semiological. The Elements expressed through the stage is composed of stage equipment, costume, lighting, stage effects and the production needs light, sound and costume designers, a stage manager, grips an advertising director for the play. Vertigo/dizziness is a common complaint in patients who are seeking a primary health clinic. Vertigo is traditionally attributed to damage of the vestibular system. Many peripheral and central vestibular disorders are usually presented with vertigo. However, patients with benign paroxysmal positional vertigo (BPPV), a leading cause of vertigo, may present with postural lightheadedness, near faint, imbalance rather than true vertigo. On the contrary, patients with orthostatic hypotension may present with true spinning vertigo, not dizziness. Persistent postural perceptual dizziness, a second most common cause of dizziness (after BPPV), is mainly occurred after organic vestibular disorders such as BPPV or vestibular neuritis, and classified as a chronic functional vestibular disorder. This article describes non-vestibular disorders presenting dizziness and/or vertigos, which conditions may be misdiagnosed as structural vestibular disorders.

To suggest future directions for the improvement in the Institutional Review Board (IRB) review process and efficient operation of IRB, we have analyzed the IRB review results from 460 new research proposals submitted to the Review by the Convened IRB of the Keimyung University Dongsan Hospital IRB from January 2019 to July 2021. IRB is an independently established institutional committee to protect the human subjects by reviewing the research protocol in ethical as well as scientific aspects, so it is necessary to continuously contemplate the ethical versus scientific dilemma of 'what is ethical or scientific and what can actually protect human subjects.' Particularly, in this process, it is necessary to consider diverse ways to strengthen self-supervision through continuous Internal Audit rather than simple reporting outcomes. In addition, if it does not directly affect the protection of the human subjects, the discussion with the committee members is needed so that the comments such as administrative and typographical errors can be reduced as much as possible. Furthermore, as statistical analysis methods can have a significant impact on the safety of human subjects, if a legal basis and/or support related to statistics is provided for the composition of IRB members, a more specialized IRB review will be achieved.

In trying to predict the effect of genetics on the broiler in the year 2000, this is a relatively short period of time as far as broiler genetics in concerned. Modern broiler genetics started around 1945 and tremendous gains when made in past 35 years. Futher improvements on broiler will depend on the evolution and revolution: 1. Evolution: (1) Growth rate has been made 4-5% per year. (2) Feed conversion has improved approximately 1% per year. (3) Abdominal fat is becoming a major complaint in broiler. (4) Because of the changing life-style, broiler meat sales in the future will be more and more in cut-up form. (5) Breeding for stress resistance and selection for docile temperament can be important in order to funker improve fled efficiency. (6) In female parent stock, reproduction characteristics are in many can negatively correlated with the desired broiler traits. (7) Egg production and hatchability in moot commercial parent nod m at a fairly high level.
