최저속주행시 동력전달계의 비틀림진동 저감을 위한 클러치특성 연구 (A Study on Clutch-disc Characteristics for the Torsional Vibration Reduction of the Drive-Line at Creeping)

  • The non-periodic fluctuation of the engine torque appears to be the major source of the torsional vibration of the automotive driveline. The reduction of this torsional vibration has become a significant problem along with the requirements of higher performance. The torsional vibration of the automotive driveline can be reduced by smoothing the fluctuation by adjusting the torsional characteristics of the clutch-disc. Computer simulation of the driveline is a useful investigative tool on studying the torsional characteristics of the clutch-disc. In this paper, a dynamic model for the automotive driveline was developed, and the engine torque of the model were evaluated with experimental data. By executing a simulation using the model, it has become possible to obtain the clutch-disc torsional characteristics for reducting the torsional vibration at creeping.

승용차 동력전달계의 히스테리시스 영향에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Hysteresis Effects on a Passenger Car Driveline)

  • A friction damper is installed in the passenger car driveline in order to dissipate the torsional vibration energy. The frictional damping hysteresis has considerable influences on the driveline vibration characteristics and, therefore, it is one of the most important parameters in the damper design. To investigate the hysteresis effects on the driveline vibration, a dynamic model of the passenger car driveline with manual transmission has developed, and simulations were executed on the several different driving conditions for various hysteresis values. To verify the model, vehicle tests are preformed and the test data were compared with the simulations results. The simulation and test results show good agreements and the model could be used to determine the optimal hyteresis values in early design stage of the damper.

동강성계수의 전달을 이용한 축계의 비틀림진동 해석 (Torsional Vibration Analysis of Shaft System Using Transfer Dynamic Stiffness Coefficient)

  • Recently, it is increased by degrees to construct complex and large structures. In general, in order to solve the dynamic problem of these structures they have used finite element method(FEM). In this method, however, it is necessary to prove whether its results are correct or not. Therefore it requires much effort, time and many expenses for dynamic analysis of complex and large structures. Authors have developed the transfer dynamic stiffness coefficient method(TDSCM) which is the new vibration analysis method for complex and large structures on personal computer, and confirmed that the results of this method are good for these structures on personal computer. In this paper, TDSCM is applied to the torsional vibration analysis for the shaft system which consist of concentrated disks and shafts of continuous body. First, we formulate algorithms for torsional free and forced vibration analysis, and compare the results of TDSCM and FEM.

강성계수의 전달에 의한 평판 구조물의 구조해석 (Structural Analysis of Plate Structures by Transfer of Stiffness Coefficient)

  • It is important to compute the structural analysis of plate structures in structural design. In this paper, the author uses the finite element-transfer stiffness coefficient method (FE-TSCM) for the structural analysis of plate structures. The FE-TSCM is based on the concept of the successive transmission of the transfer stiffness coefficient method and the modeling technique of the finite element method (FEM). The algorithm for in-plane structural analysis of a rectangular plate structure is formulated by using the FE-TSCM. In order to confirm the validity of the FE-TSCM for structural analysis of plate structures, two numerical examples for the in-plane structural analysis of a plate with triangular elements and the bending structural analysis of a plate with rectangular elements are computed. The results of the FE-TSCM are compared with those of the FEM on a personal computer.

  • 현재 반도체 및 LCD 제조분야에 적용되는 공정장비, 이송시스템에는 고성능, 고생산성이 요구되고 있는 추세이다 기존의 선형이송시스템은 구동원으로 서보모터(Servo Motor)를 사용하고 있으며, 기계적 동력전달장치를 사용하여 직선운동을 하는 구조로 되어있어 마찰소음, Position Error 등의 발생요인이 많은 단점을 가지고 있다. 반면에 선형전동기(Linear Motor)를 이송시스템의 구동원으로 사용하면 기계적 동력전달장치가 생략되어 기존의 선형이송시스템이 가지고 있는 단점들의 개선효과가 크며 유지보수면에서도 유리한 점이 많다. 본 연구에서는 2,500[N]급 영구자석 여자 횡자속 선형전동기를 설계, 개발하였으며, 이를 적용한 추진모듈을 개발하였다. 본 연구에서 개발된 횡자속 선형전동기 적용 추진모듈은 LCD 제조분야의 Stocker, RGV, Index, OHS, OHT 등을 비롯하여 타 산업분야의 선형이송시스템으로의 가능하다.

  • ER clutch is a device using ER fluid, so called "intelligent material" and is a power transmission system controlled with electric field strength. This device responses very rapidly when controlled by rapid and continuous electrical signal and can form a servosystem. Wear, noise and vibration during operation is very low level. This study was undertaken to investigate substitutive possibilities of this ER clutch for existing power transmission mechanism. An analytic relationships using rheological model (so called, 'Bingham plastic model') of ER fluid were developed, and operation constraints and optimum design concepts were constructed. With this relationships, typical responses of ER clutch and effects of changing geometric, kinetic parameters of ER clutch and ER fluid properties were described. In conclusion, compared with existing mechanisms, an excellent performance of ER clutch was confirmed.confirmed.

차량의 동력전달장치 모델 개발에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Development of the Vehicle Powertrain Model)

  • To estimate fuel consumption of a vehicle, a car can be tested on chassis dynamometer. In this case, test causes a lot of time and money. To predict the fuel efficiency of vehicles in the design stage or early stage of development, the development of computer simulation model is necessary. Using simulation to predict the fuel consumption, the driving model which consists of time-velocity profile and time-grade profile is necessary In this study, vehicle model is developed in MatLab/simulink to estimate real driving fuel consumption rate with time-velocity profile, time-shift gear profile and time-grade profile. Vehicle model consists of driver model, engine model, power train model, and so on. On-road vehicle tests to verify the vehicle model are carried out for analyzing the result of simulation and comparing with those of the experiments.

  • 우리나라의 농가에서 운반용으로 사용되고 있는 동력경운기와 트랙터 등의 트레일러는 현가장치와 방진장치가 없는 것이 대부분이다. 이런 트레일러를 비포장 된 과수원 등의 농장에서 과채류를 포장되지 않은 상태로 적재물이 트레일러의 바닥에 깔린 채 소량을 적재한 상태로 저속으로 운송될 때 충격, 진동, 마찰 등으로 많은 수송 손실이 예상된다. 이런 수송손실을 줄이기 위해서는 트레일러에 전달되는 진동을 줄여야 한다. (중략)

  • In this study the dynamic characteristics of automatic transmission system due to the change of the planetary gear ratio is studied. To study the power flow and shift quality for power transmission the simulation program is developed using the modeling and analysis technique. The results from this study will be used in designing the basic structure of automatic transmission using planetary gear system.

가스터빈 개발의 개요와 설계시 참고사항

  • 가스터빈 엔진의 설계는 압축기와 터빈의 효율 이외에도 여러 가지 현실적인 요소가 커다란 영 향을 미치므로 이러한 것들이 설계시에 고려되어야 하며 기존의 기술수준과 부품을 가능한 한 활용하는 것이 현명하다. 특히 산업용 터빈의 개발을 위한 시제 엔진 설계시에는 이러한 접근 방법이 현실적으로 성공 가능성이 크다. 예를 들어서, 기술축적과 연구를 위해서 산업용 엔진을 개발하고자 할 때에 엔진 전부를 설계하는 것보다는 구하기가 용이한 기존의 소형 항공기 엔진의 가스발생기 부분 (압축기, 연소기, 압축기 터빈으로 구성된 부분)을 개조하여 활용하고 동력터 빈과 동력전달 부분만을 자체 설계하여 결합시켜서 개발한다든가 하는 것이 효과적일 것이다.
