Diversification on Fund Management for Sustainable Growth and Support of New Growth Engine Industries (신성장동력산업의 지속적인 육성 및 지원을 위한 펀드 운영방안의 다각화)

  • In the face of climate changes and economic crisis, nations across the world spare no efforts to identify new growth engine industries and lift the domestic economy by promoting green technologies and tightening environmental regulations. The Korean government also tries to create and promote new growth engine industries. As part of these efforts, it launched the New Growth Engine Fund in 2009, a private and public initiative to support small- and medium-sized companies that own promising new green technologies. However, it has a limitation on making investment in the fund due to the global economic crisis, the significant size of necessary capital investment and the difficulty of finding investment companies. The lukewarm response of the private sector arose a need to change the fund management method. Against this backdrop, this paper aims to propose efficient strategies of managing various funds such as cooperation fund between the central and local governments, incubator fund financed by the government and financial institutions and win-win cooperation fund for the government, large companies and partners as a means of developing and supporting new growth engine industries in a sustainable way. The importance of this research lies with the proposition of various funds that can be used to implement the government's strategic goal of developing new growth engine industries.

석유의 대체동력원인 원자력! 원자력선 개발 현황

  • 세계의 석유자원은 향후 30년의 가채년수 뿐일 것이라는 추정은 이제 상식화된 느낌이다. 그래서 세계 선진국들은 석유를 대신할수 있는 에너지원으로서 석탄의 가스 액화, 수소, 원자력, 태양열광 등의 개발을 추진하고 있다. 아직 우리는 석유의 꿈을 버리지 않고 있으며, 한편으로는 원자력 발전소 건설에 기대하고 있다. 국내에도 태양에너지 연구가 활발히 진행되고 있는 줄 안다. 고리에 원자발전 제1기를 점화한 우리는 계속 2,3,4의 발전소를 계획하고 있다. 따라서 1990년대 우리 나라 소요에너지의 75%를 원자력에 두게 될 것이라는 전망이고 보면 향후 우리의 생활과 원자력 발전은 불가분의 관계를 이끌어가게 될 것으로 본다. 우리는 지금 육상에서 원자력 발전을 이용하는 단계이나 선진제국은 원자력을 선박 추진력에 이용하는 단계에 있다. 미국을 비롯해서 소련, 영국, 서독, 프랑스, 일본 등이 원자력선 개발에 열을 올리고 있어 앞으로 10년 뒤에는 원자력선 시대의 막이 올려질 것으로 전망된다.

Numerical Analysis of Proportional Pressure Control Valve using Bondgraph (본드선도를 이용한 비례전자 감압밸브의 수치해석)

  • The paper made a description of the method for numerical analysis and modeling of a proportional pressure control valve by bondgraph. The valve is a three port pressure regulator valve, consists of two subsystems; a proportional solenoid and a spool assembly. A purpose of this study is to analysis the dynamic characteristics of the valve using bondgraph method and to verified results that each of parameters has an effect on modeling. It considered the effect which the presence of solenoid, flow coefficient and non-linearity of resistance causes in the valve modeling. In particular, it is analyzed the effect that the solenoid interacted with modeling results and characteristics of the nonlinear resistance through orifice on the supply and discharge side of valve. Thus this paper described method to present nonlinear characteristics by bondgraph modeling method, so that we could know easily result that each parameters has an effect on the modeling.

  • In this paper, vibration characteristics after applying variable speed control to fans with a rated speed used in a power plant are studied by performing experiments and analyzing finite element models. Then the campbell diagram is presented to verify the reason of the abnormal vibration measured from fan structure during variable operation of Forced Draft Fan & Induced Draft Fan. According to results, it is found that amplitude of acceleration increases abruptly when a 2X harmonic component meets the natural frequency of fan rotor. Therefore it is very important thing that investigate exactly dynamic characteristics for the rotor at variable speed zone before applying variable speed control to a rotor with a rated speed.

  • In this study, a dynamic model of proportional pressure control valve using the bond graph and a predictive controller are presented in the form of dynamic matrix control which is concerned with a design method of digital controller for the electro hydraulic servo system. The bond graph can be utilized for all types of systems which involve power and energy, and it is applied to a propotional pressure control valve in this study. Recently, many researchers suggested that better control performance could be obtained by means of the predictive controls with future reference input, future control output and future control error. The Predictive controller is very practical because the controller can be easily applicable to a personal computer or a microprocessor. This study investigates through numerical simulations that hydraulic system with the predictive controller shows very good control performances.

The Development of a Balancing Control System for the Anti-Rolling Rail of a Delivery Ship (용달선의 횡 동요를 억제하기 위한 곡선레일의 수평유지장치 개발)

  • A delivery ship is used to handle the cargo with the crane to/from the ships. The ship is inclined in the direction of a cargo which is hung on a crane. In this case, a arc shaped rail should be in the equilibrium state to get good anti rolling performance. In this study, a device and control algorithm are developed to take accurate and quick equilibrium of the rail. The device is composed of a hinged immovable support and two screw jacks. And the control algorithm demands two controllers. One controller is designed such that the screw jack 1 and 2 follow the position reference signal generated by a tilt sensor. The other controller of two degree of freedom is designed to remove the synchronous error occurred between jack 1 and jack 2. The simulation results show that the desirable control performance is achieved.

소형 동력로의 핵적 개념 설계

  • 원자력의 이용 분야 확대를 위하여 선박용 소형 동력로를 설계하였다. 본 연구에서는 다음의 제한 조건 및 설계 조건을 설정하여 핵적 개념 설계를 수행하였다. 노심의 부피는 국내 제작가능한 VLCC기종 유조선 기관실내에 배치 가능하도록 제한하였고, 선박의 정기 점검 기간에 맞춘 핵연료 재장전 주기 길이, 무붕산 노심 운전, 상용 가압경수로 보다 낮은 선출력과 출력 밀도, MUTSU호와 같은 1차 계통 열수력 조건, 등의 설계 조건을 설정하였다. 울진 3&4의 핵연료 집합체의 길이만을 짧게 하여 사용하는 것에 대한 타당성 모색을 핵적 개념 설계 목표로 삼았다. 핵연료 집합체의 설계 및 반응단면적 생산은 CASMO-3 코트를, 노심 전체의 분석은 3차원 노달 코드인 KINS-3코트를 사용하였다. 개념 설계 결과, 노심 주기길이 690일을 달성할 수 있는 핵연료 집합체의 농축도와 갯수는 1.88%의 17개, 3.3%의 20개로 결정하였고, F$_{Q}$는 2.833이였고, 운전 상태에서의 감속재 온도 개수는 -24.8 pcm/$^{\circ}C$로 나타나서 한국형 원자로용 핵연료 집합체를 그대로 선박용 원자로에 사용 가능함을 볼 수 있었다.

In this study, a device and control algorithm are developed to take accurate and quick equilibrium of the rail. The device is composed of a hinged immovable support, screw jack and damper. And the control system is based on I-PD control law to consider of control input saturation and overshoot. The controller is composed of integral controller of feedforward path and proportional-derivative controller of feedback path. The parameters of controller is designed to follow the reference signal and to remove overshoot. The simulation results show that the desirable control performance is achieved.

  • 본 연구에서는 경부고속철도의 주요 교량형식인 PSC 박스교량을 3차원 뼈대요소를 사용하여 모형화하였으며, 궤도불규칙성의 형상은 지수 스펙트럴 밀도함수를 사용하여 생성시켰다. 경부고속철도차량(K-TGV)중 동력차는 17자유도의 3차원 주행열차로 모형화하였고, 이러한 교량, 궤도불규칙성 및 차량 모형을 이용하여 교량과 차량의 상호작용을 해석할 수 있는 프로그램을 개발하였다. 동적해석을 위한 교량과 차량의 운동방정식은 Lagrange 방정식을 사용하여 유도하였으며, 운동방정식의 수치해석에는 Newmark-β법을 사용하였다. 개발된 프로그램을 이용하여 동력차의 주행에 의한 교량의 시간이력곡선을 구하였으며, 궤도불규칙성의 영향을 분석하였다. 또한 도상의 유무에 따른 교량동적거동의 특성과 함께 열하중의 편심의 영향도 분석하였다.

A Discussion of Combustion Regime Based on Laser Tomography and Flame Structure Diagram (레이저 토모그래피와 화염구조선도에 의한 연소영역의 검토)

  • The combustion regime was discussed using a laser tomography and flame structure diagram. It was shown first how to represent the turbulent burning velocity and flame structural parameters in the dimensionless plane referred to as the flame structure diagram. And then, turbulent flame structure from the obtained images by laser tomography was compared with combustion regime in the Re-Da plane, one of the diagrams, specified by different researchers. As the result, the $u'/S_{L0}$ ratio at the boundary between the wrinkled laminar flame regime and reactant islands flame regime was found to be about 1.5.
