A new species, Daphne jejudoensis M. Kim, has been named and described from Seonheul, Jejudo Province, Korea. Daphne jejudoensis shares several characteristics (white calyx colors, long calyx tube, evergreen leaves, leathery leaf textures, etc.) with its related species D. kiusiana, but it is distinct from D. kiusiana which has a hairy calyx tube and lobes, short calyx lobes, oblanceolate leaves (with acute apex), and a different distribution (coastal region in Geojedo Is.) by having a glabrous calyx tube and lobes, long calyx lobes, elliptic leaves (with acuminate apex), and by its distribution (inland region in Jejudo Is.).

Phantasy is the psychic reality in which drive, sadism and anxiety are represented and constructed. It is one of important metapsychological concepts of the psychoanalysis which explains the formations of symptoms, internal psychic structure, and the mutual relationship between internal subjective world of man and external world. Through the understanding of phantasy we can approach the man's unconsciousness and fathom the structure of the subject itself. Especially S. Freud and M. Klein's psychoanalysis give us the deep insight into the phantasy, on the basis of which we can investigate the cause and structure of the pathological phenomena of the man.

There are many challenges for reconstruction after intraoral tumor resection. Especially, palatomaxillary reconstruction has two primary goals: closure of the oronasal communication and re-creation of proper myomucosal function. Prosthodontic treatment using obturator and several surgical procedures are selected depending on the size and site of the defect, the difficulty of operative procedure, operation time and donor site problem. Above all, it is considered that radial forearm free flap is the first choice for palatal reconstruction. Our department introduces a novel method using tunnelized-facial artery myomucosal island flap for palatomaxillary defect reconstruction, which can successfully reduce donor-site morbidity, and duration of surgery and hospitalization.

The Seated iron Vairocana Buddha statue of Dopiansa Temple, Cheolwon was designated National treasure No. 63, it is very important to rearch about Korean Buddha statue because it has an inscription on the back indicates that it was made in 865 A.D., the fifth year of the reign of King Gyeongmun(861-875) of Unified Silla(668-935), through the devoted faith of some 1,500 Buddhist followers of the Cheorwon-gun area. In this conservation treatment, for the Seated iron Vairocana Buddha statue of Dopiansa Temple, Cheolwon plating layer and cashew paint layer of the iron pedestal were removed and for the paint the Body of the Buddha, fake metal layer and plaster layer were removed, stabilizing treatment and coating treatment were done, and removal and restoration of earlobe which had been damaged and later was restored with plaster in the regilding in 1988, and the white hair on forehead was replaced with material of rock crystal, and conch-shaped hair damaged was restored on 35 spots.

The authors carried out a model experiment to compare the sinking speed and the tension of the purse line in two nets, made of knotted webbing (Model A) and Raschel webbing (Model B). The model net was made in 1/450 scale of the actual net being commercially used in the Korean coastal waters for mackerel. The headline of the model net is 200cm and the maximum height 50cm. The weight of the sinker in water was changed 4g and its multiplication till 20g. The results obtained are as follows: 1. Sinking speed of the model A was faster 1. 4 to 1. 8 times than that of model B. 2. Tension of the purse line of the model A was 10 to 20 percent less than that of model B.

There is no substantive enactment in our country to regulate testifier's false statement in the process of investigation under current law. In consideration of such investigation reality, there exist predominant view that the regulations against testifier's untrue statement are necessary to fine actual truth on criminal justice. However, such view is not quite agreeable, for it holds a probability that excessive investigation rights might cause infringement on personal rights. It's because of human rights protection that the criminal justice puts before the finding of actual truth as its biggest principle, and as we see above, any testifiers' untrue statement are already punishable, although restrictive, through interpretation of deceptive scheme under current law such as obstruction of justice, crimes of sheltering or flying a criminal or calumny.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effects of festival experiential factors on festival satisfaction and behavioral intention by questionnaires to 550 experience program participants in the Muju Firefly Festival. And the hypothesis verified by 493 valid questionnaires with AMOS 18.0. The result of analysis showed that educational experience, escapist experience and entertainment experience except esthetic experience had positive effects on the festival satisfaction. Based on standardized coefficients showed that entertainment experience had the greatest impact on the festival visitor's satisfaction. And it showed that the satisfied visitors with the festival experience programs are the more likely re-visit and recommendation of visitors to subsequent festivals.

The printing could not expect the print effect of the specific character of a printing material. Specially, a property of the paper that we are aware of the substrate has controled printability as well as run ability. The objective of this study was to measure substrate properties by measuring the water receptivity in order to know the degree of the uniformity on surface of paper. Therefore, the water receptivity was measured by fluid bridge method. And then the physical properties of samples such as ink set-off, porosity and print mottle of domestic coated papers were measured by Tappi method. Accordingly, this study obtained the outcome of water receptivity. And then we could know that the relations between water receptivity and physical properties of the paper samples have correlations. There are many measurement equipments to find out print mottle by the measurement of the reflected density at this point in time. However, it is thought that the fluid bridge method is the most proper way to find out print mottle, though there are many other ways to figure out.

The problem of adolescents' Internet addiction is getting serious. So, preventive education of Internet addiction that cultivate right Internet use attitude is getting important. The purpose of this study is to offer a suggestion about preventive education of Internet addiction based on characteristics of adolescents' Internet addiction. We analyzed factors affecting Internet addiction by using multidimensional scale of Internet addiction for adolescent. This scale is composed of eleven factors that are mentioned by previous researches. As a result, the significant factors affecting Internet addiction are internet use time, escape from reality, anger-control, depression, family coherence, social competence, impulsivity, self-efficacy. Based on these analysis, we made a suggestion about preventive education of Internet addiction.

The purpose of this study is to examine the usage of time for internet game in students of college and analyse the addiction and verify the relation between elements of the capacity of self-control and internet game addiction. The result show that the use time and the duration of daily internet game have influence on the internet game addiction(p<0.05) and also show that they have highly influence(+) on the relation elements of self-control : the trouble of studies, the loss of human relation, the confusion between the real and virtual, and the escapism.
