Overseas advanced ports are promoting smartification, as well as full automation of the terminals surrounding container terminals. A smart port can be defined as a comprehensive concept that pursues increased operational efficiencies, maximization of profit, efficient use of energy, and construction of eco-friendly ports with the introduction of fourth-industrial-revolution technology, including port automation. However, Korea is making efforts to introduce fourth-industrial-revolution technology into ports, but indications are that they are somewhat insufficient compared to advanced ports abroad. Therefore, this study conducted a survey about operators and users of container terminals in Gwangyang Port by deriving the factors determining the introduction of smart ports, such as cost, service, time, safety, and environment, from previous studies. This study analyzed the factors determining the introduction of smart ports and moderating effects when the adjustment variables of operators and users were applied to the pros and cons. As a result of the analysis, it was found that port operators and users have a moderating effect on cost, time, safety, and environmental factors, but not on service factors. These results indicate that port operators try to reduce costs through efficient operation, time management, and by reducing safety accidents by building smart ports, but analysis showed that the negative effects of smart ports have affected port users. The results of this study were derived through a moderated regression analysis and suggested implications for introducing smart ports in the conclusion.

유비쿼터스 시대가 도래하면서 많은 기업들이 RFID(Radio Frequency Identification)의 도입에 대한 관심을 보이고 있다. 그러나 RFID의 도입 비용이 높고, 도입 후 효과에 대한 예측이 어렵기 때문에 기업은 도입을 미루고 있는 실정이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 시스템 다이나믹스 방법론을 활용하여, 소매업이 RFID 시스템 도입을 할 때, 기업의 수익 및 업무 효율성, 고객 만족도에 미치는 효과를 분석하는 모텔을 구축하고 시뮬레이션을 수행하였다. 이러한 분석과정을 통해, RFID의 활용은 매장 및 창고관리자동화에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 또한 자동화에 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 요인으로는 자동화 수준임을 밝혔으며, 자동화 수준이 높아지게 되면, 수익과 업무효율 및 고객 만족도가 증가됨을 확인할 수 있었다.

호우로 인한 도시 지역의 침수는 빗물받이의 능력 부족, 우수관로 용량 부족 등 다양한 요인에 의하여 발생한다. 구체적으로 빗물받이 능력 부족으로 인한 침수는 노면에 떨어진 우수가 빗물받이로 유입하지 못하고 지표면을 유하하여 저지대에 빗물이 모여 발생하게 되며 우수관로의 용량부족은 설계 강우 이상의 호우가 발생하거나 하류 배수위 영향으로 인하여 우수관로 내 만관이 발생하여 맨홀 월류로 인하여 침수가 발생하게 된다. 도시지역의 침수를 경감하기 위해서는 구조적, 비구조적인 대책을 마련할 수 있으며 본 연구에서는 국부적인 노면 침수가 발생하는 주요 도로 주변부의 침수발생을 효율적으로 제어하기 위한 구조적 대책 중 하나인 UHPC 저류침투시설 도입에 따른 홍수저감 효과를 수리수문학적 분석하는 방법을 개발하였다. 분석 절차는 ① 대상지역 현황 분석을 위한 관망도, 수치지형도, 토지피복도, 토양도 등 관련 자료의 조사 ② 침수 발생 현황 및 시설물 설치에 따른 효과분석을 위한 강우분석 ③ 주요 호우 시 대상지역 침수발생 현황 분석 ④ 저수지 홍수추적 기법을 활용한 저류침투시설 도입효과 계산 ⑤ 주요 호우별 홍수조절효과 분석결과를 기초로 저류침투시설 도입에 따른 침수 저감 효과를 2차원으로 검토의 5개 단계로 이루어진다. 노면을 따라서 유하 또는 맨홀 월류에 의해 저류 침투시설로 유입하는 우수의 홍수조절 효과 분석은 연구에서 개발한 스프레드시트 기반 저수지 홍수추적 기법을 활용하여 분석하였으며 강우-유출량 중 10 %가 시설물로 유입하는 가정 조건하에 시설물로 유입하는 우수의 저류-침투-방류를 동시에 고려하여 계산하였다. 다만, 저류침투시설로 유입하는 노면 유출수의 정량적 수치는 자연적 요인 및 다양한 제약 조건에 따라 큰 차이가 있을 수 있으며 불확실성이 높으므로 노면 유출수의 저류침투시설 유입량의 추가적인 연구가 필요하다.

The rapid development of information technology and emergence of the internet have created a borderless business environment and intensified market competition. Riding on the globalization trend, companies have been gradually leveraging information technology in order to shorten their manufacturing processes, enhance productivity with lower costs and prompt delivery to meet the customers' needs. To achieve these targets and maintain competitive advantage, companies have been introducing enterprise resource planning (ERP). This study distributed and collects the questionnaire which is suitable for the research goals during 25 days from march 12th, 2012, to April 6th, 2012. Totally 226 employees answer the questionnaires by the method of direct visiting interview. The results are as follows; In the relationship between management performance and ERP-introducing factors, the moderating effect of internal performance has significant influence by statistical analysis. Our findings suggest that a better understanding of the contribution of ERP systems to business performance and introducing ERP system.

To analyze the national competitiveness of Korea leads to the conclusion that global high-tech enterprises have been playing leading and pulling roles in making Korea in line with advanced countries even though the country is lacking in various natural resources. The characteristics of these companies above are as follows; Firstly, these enterprises continue to accumulate core technologies and know-how with highly competent human resources and well-organized management. Secondly, they are well structured and equipped with information technology infrastructures which are, for example, ERP, SCM, CRM, and PLM. Among them PLM is considered to be the principal core information technology infra in manufacturing industry. The urgent task of manufacturing industry recently is to develop new products to accept various needs of consumers, and to launch the products in time to market, which requires the manufactures to be equipped with product development infra and system to upgrade product fulfillment and mass production system in a short period. The introduction of PLM System is a solution of core strategy as a manufacturer for collaboration, global development, reengineering of manufacturing system, the innovation and efficiency of manufacturing process, and product quality improvement. The purpose of this study is to analyze the success factors of introducing PLM System and its practicing effectiveness. And the results of empirical study are as follows; (1) Technical success factors positively impact system quality and user satisfaction, (2) Organizational success factors positively impact system quality, but does not impact user satisfaction, (3) Environmental success factors positively impact system quality and user satisfaction, (4) System quality positively impacts user satisfaction, (5) User satisfaction positively impacts the effectiveness of implementing PLM systems, but system quality does not impact it.

A empirical study investigating firms' attitudes and behaviors regarding of RFID technology within supply chain is very limited. Thus, this study examines the determinants influencing firms' adoption and performance of RFID within the supply chain. Particularly, this study focus on the impacts of the companies' relationship characteristics, including strategic fit, interdependence, compatibility, and long-term orientation affection RFID adoption and performance within the supply chain. Furthermore, the study includes environment uncertainty as a moderating effect between relationship characteristics and RFID adoption. The proposed research model was tested using structural equation modeling from 227 employees. Results of this study support the proposed hypotheses. The implication of this study suggest a new theoretical framework explaining RFID adoption and performance with the supply chain.

본 논문에서는 환자의 수명과 치료횟수의 모형화를 위해 관측가능한 공변량을 포함하는 동시에 두 변수에 영향을 미치는 관측불가능한 환경요인을 고려하기 위한 개별환경효과모형을 도입하고자 한다. 개별환경효과를 나타내는 분포를 감마분포로 가정하여 사망시간과 치료횟수의 모형을 개발하고, 모형에 포함된 모수의 추론과정을 논의하며, 개발된 모형을 Autologous Blood and Marrow Transplant Registry(ABMTR)에 등록된 환자의 자료에 적용하여 환경효과를 고려하지 않은 독립모형과 비교하고자 한다.

본 연구에서는 Web-EDI 서비스를 제공하고 있는 KTNET의 이용 기업들의 사례를 분석하여 Web-EDI의 도입효과, 장애요인, 개발과 구현상 문제점 등을 VAN EDI와 비교, 분석하였다. 본 연구에서 도출된 주된 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 기존 VAN EDI를 대체하는 Web-EDI의 도입은 기존 EDI 담당자들의 선호도, 최고경영자의 지원, 기업 간 관계증진이 영향을 준다. 둘째, 본 연구결과 Web-EDI의 확산에는 서비스 제공업체와 사용기업간의 관계가 가장 큰 영향을 미치고 있다.

이 연구에서는 기존 연구에서 지식공유의 영향 요인을 살펴보고, 업무특성에 따라 영향요인이 지식공유에 미치는 영향을 검증해 보고자 한다. 구체적으로 개인적 요인, 관계적 요인, 구조적 요인이 지식공유의도에 미치는 영향을 분석하고자 하며, 공유지식의 형태를 업무적 지식과 비업무적 지식으로 나누고 이들이 지식공유에 미치는 영향에 대하여 실증적으로 연구하고자 한다. 이를 위하여 지식경영을 도입해서 활용하고 있는 국내기업의 조직구성원을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하고자 한다.

1987년 10월 미국의 주가폭락과 1990년대 일본주식시장의 지속적 침체 이후로 미국과 일본 등의 주식시장에서는 주식시장의 변동성 증대 및 침체의 원인으로서 주가지수선물이 주목받기 시작하였다. 1987년 주가대폭락을 연구한 브레디보고서에는 주가지수선물과 이를 이용한 포트폴리오보험전략이 주가폭락의 한 요인으로 지목되고 있으며, 일본의 경우 장기적인 주식시장 침체가 주가지수선물에 기인한다는 생각이 일반화되어 있다. 본 연구는 우리나라에서 1996년 5월 3일부터 시작된 주가지수선물거래 도입이 주식시장에 미치는 개입효과를 분석하는데 목적이 있다. 본 연구의 목적을 위하여 Box와 Tiao(1975)에 의해 제시된 개입분석모형(intervention analysis model)을 이용하여 분석한 결과 개입의 효과가 전체 모형 설정에 유의한 영향을 미치지 않음을 알 수 있었다. 따라서 우리나라의 경우 주가지수선물거래 도입이 주식시장에 미치는 개입효과는 미미하다고 할 수 있다.
