This study examined the role of trait anxiety in the relationships among academic contingencies of self-worth, self-esteem, academic help-seeking, and academic concealment. The participants were 254 male and female undergraduate students, and the analyses were conducted using PASW 18.0. The results were as follows. Anxiety was confirmed to be a mediating variable between the academic contingencies of self-worth, self-esteem, and academic concealment. That is, the academic contingencies of self-worth and self-esteem had an effect on academic concealment through anxiety. On the other hand, the academic contingencies of self-worth had a positive effect on anxiety. On the other hand, self-esteem had a negative effect on anxiety. The need to develop education and counseling approaches as a special intervention is discussed. The approaches are meant to reduce the academic self-worth and anxiety. In addition, it is important to promote self-esteem in education and counseling. The limitations and implication for further study are suggested.

The purpose of this study was to identify and compare the factors that influence the mental health help-seeking behavior in Korean and immigrant married women. A cross-sectional descriptive study design was used. Participants were 110 Koreans and 91 immigrants in D metropolitan city. Collected data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, ${\chi}^2$-test, t-test, ANOVA, ANCOVA, Pearson correlation coefficient, and multiple regression with SPSS 21.0 program. Mental health help-seeking behavior was significantly correlated with depression, belief toward mental illness, and perceived need for mental health service in Korean women, and with Korean fluency, belief toward mental illness, and social support in immigrant women. In the regression analysis results, the predictors of mental health help-seeking behavior were belief toward mental illness in Korean married women (10.5%), and Korean fluency, nationality, belief toward mental illness, and social support in immigrant women (59.0%). These findings should be considered when developing strategies for enhancing the mental health help-seeking behavior in married women.

The main purpose of this study was to investigate structural associates among high school students' perceived parental autonomy support, growth mindset, grit and avoidant help-seeking behaviors. There were 419 high school students participated for this study, and their perceived parental autonomy support, growth mindset, girt and avoidant help-seeking behaviors were collected through on-line survey. Descriptive analyses, Pearson correlation analyses, Structural equation modeling and Boostrapping analyses were performed to explore those relations through SPSS 25.0 and Mplus 8.2. First of all, as the result, it was found that the perceived parental autonomy support had positive effects on growth mindset and grit. Second, the growth mindset worked as a negative mediator for the association between perceived parental autonomy support and avoidant help-seeking behaviors. The results suggested that we should consider not only relations with parents but also individual growth mindset to increase high school students' self-regulated learning. Also, theoretical and practical implications were discussed.

This article is media education uses type of a middle high school students and research about effect that is taking media education. Measured media education uses motivation, studies own effect academic self-efficacy, media competence and school achievement for this research. As analysis result, priority media education uses motive was 'teaching convenience/help sought', 'Information/education method picking up sought', 'new teaching/communication thoroughgoing sought', 'ability elevation pursuit', 'self-regulating education sought', 'up-to-dateness sought', 'New knowledge/education sought' of order. By next time, only 'new knowl edge/education sought' motive caused positive effect in studies own effect among media education uses motive. Among media education uses motive, 'teaching convenience/help sought', 'Information/education method picking up sought', 'New study/communication thoroughgoing sought', 'self-regulating education sought', 'up-to-dateness sought' motive caused positive effect in media competence. Also, it caused positive effect among media education uses motive 'self-regulating education sought' and 'new knowledge/education sought' in students' school achievement. Finally, 'academic self-efficacy' is 'media competence' more in school achievement influence. Media education influenced new teaching method and ability elevation to some students. But, academic self-efficacy and school achievement did not cause big effect students. However, media education influenced in some students' media competence elevation.

더 건강하고 더 행복하게 살자는 참살이 열기는 대단하며 또한 참살이를 추구하는 자세는 조금도 잘못되지 않았다. 그러나 불확실한 소문에 휩쓸린 참살이 광풍은 절대 도움이 되지 않는다. 특히 먹을거리의 현명한 소비도 합리적인 생산만큼이나 중요한 과제다.
