Empathy is the ability to feel, understand, and respond to the emotions of others from the standpoint of others. Recently, 'sympathy' has emerged as an important issue not only in emotional empathy in relation to individuals but also in 'social empathy', which sees sympathy as a basic principle for maintaining society. This study focuses on the issue of empathy as a new driving force for modern society and focused on 'urban scene' as a spatial application for cultural empathy in the city. Urban scenes approach the city as a space of consumption, classify it according to its inherent attributes, and analyze its characteristics. This study approaches the existing urban scene theory in terms of empathy. In addition, as a way to consume city images reflected on contents, a concrete example of 'contents tourism'is examined, and a 'contents scene' is proposed as a new urban scene and its meaning and possibility are presented.

Due to the pandemic caused by Corona 19, cities around the world have faced a change. As the global economic system weakens, localization is increasing in the product production and distribution system. In addition, consumption patterns have changed in urban where localization has been strengthened. As a result, the way physical places are consumed is also changing. Consumption of large multi-use facilities has drastically decreased, the speed of the collapse of the online and offline boundaries has been accelerated, and the consumption of amenities for sharing tastes has become more subdivided, specialized, and private. A big change also appeared in the urban scene, which is perceived as the concentration of urban amenities. Local scale and locality became important in the urban scene, and a new urban scene element called empathy emerged. Empathy aims to connect socially and emotionally to individuals consuming urban amenities. The pursuit of connectivity, taste consumption, and nostalgia. In this study, the space for cultural consumption based on empathy was named as empathetic space and the concept was explained. The importance of empathic space in the urban scene in the future post-corona situation was presented.

최근 도시의 발달은 하상공간에 대한 이용도를 높이는 방향으로 개발이 진행되어가는 추세이며, 하상도로 및 하상주차장의 이용은 이제 도시 내에서 이용 가능한 마지막 여유 공간으로 인식될 정도로 그 의존도가 높아져가고 있다. 그러나 하상공간의 활용도가 높아져갈수록 도시홍수의 발생으로 인한 대피문제가 발생하게 되고 돌발홍수로 인하여 하상도로의 차단 혹은 하상 주차장에 주차된 차량의 소거가 늦어지는 경우 고스란히 피해를 보게 되는 등 그 부작용도 계속 증가되고 있다. 도시홍수의 특성을 살펴보면 국지성 돌발 강우에 의한 유량의 급격한 증가와 짧은 유하시간, 작은 유역면적 등에 의하여 주요 예보지점까지의 도달시간이 매우 짧아 수문학적 홍수예측 모형을 이용하여 홍수예측 업무를 수행하는데 선행시간을 충분히 확보할 수 없다는 단점을 지니고 있다. 이에 따라 본 연구에서는 기존의 하천시스템에 대한 설계 등을 목적으로 하여 모형의 적용을 통한 시뮬레이션 기법을 적용하고 이를 통하여 홍수 예경보를 발령하기에는 선행시간의 확보(대피시간의 확보)라는 측면에서 상당한 어려움을 지닐 수 있으므로 시시각각으로 측정되는 실시간 수위측정 자료 및 실시간 강우자료를 이용하여 모형의 수행과정을 생략하고 하천의 수위변동을 직접 예측하고 대피할 수 있는 시나리오 기반의 수문모형을 개발하였다. This research aimed to develop the district unit plan simulation using procedural modeling based on shape grammar. For this, Esri's CityEngine 2020.0 was selected as a main development tool, and Inside Commercial Area in Bangi-dong, Songpa-gu, Seoul as the research site where about 25% of the total area was developed over the past five years. Specifically, the research developed the simulation through the following three phases of Data-Information-Knowledge after selecting necessary parameters. In the Data phase, 2 and 3 dimensional data were obtained by utilizing data sharing platforms. In the next Information phase, the acquired data were generated into various procedural models according to the shape grammar, and the 2D and 3D layers were then integrated using relevant applications. In the final Knowledge phase, three-dimensional spatial analysis and storytelling contents were produced based on the integrated layer. As a result, the research suggests the following three implications for the simulation development. First, data accuracy and improvement of sharing platforms are needed in order to effectively carry out the simulation development. Second, the guidelines for district unit plans could be utilized and developed into shape grammar for procedural modeling. Third, procedural modeling is expected to be used as an alternative tool for communication and information delivery.
