공간 연관규칙을 이용한 도시성장 확률모형의 구현

  • GIS는 공간과 관련된 문제를 해결하는데 있어 좋은 도구가 되며 도시성장 예측과 같은 문제에 사용될 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 수도권 내에 위치한 수원지역을 대상으로 1960년대부터 1990년대까지의 도시성장에 관한 데이터베이스를 구축하고 도시의 물리적인 확산에 초점을 맞추어 모형의 핵심이 되는 공간 연관규칙을 추출하였다. 공간 연관규칙의 추출을 위해 GIS 공간 분석 기능과 데이터마이닝 기법을 이용하였으며, 규칙을 기반으로 모형을 작성하여 도시성장을 분석 및 예측하고 UGM(Urban Growth Model)과 비교하였다.

A Study on the Diffusion Behavior of Leak Gas from Underground Gas Pipeline (지하매설 가스배관의 가스 누출시 지하 확산거동에 관한 연구)

  • An experimental chamber was fabricated to observe the gas diffusion behavior of leak gas from underground city-gas pipeline. It was made of acryl so that feeding of gas and the measuring points of the gas could be varied in each experiment. The MOS sensors were used to measure the concentrations of leak gas. The soil media such as the Jumunjin standard sand and the granite weathered soil were used to measure the gas diffusion and the change of leak gas concentrations was measured with time for various gas flow rate. As the distance between the leak point of gas and the measuring point of MOS sensor decreases, or the leak rate increases, the detection time of gas at a measuring points decreases and the gas concentration increases quickly and the concentration of the gas at steady state also increases. As the density of granite weathered soil is higher than that of Jumunjin standard sand for compaction, the detection time of leak gas in the granite weathered soil was longer than that in the Jumunjin standard soil. The leak gas concentrations in the granite weathered soil were lower than those in the Jumunjin standard sand at the beginning of gas leaking from a pipe, but inverse phenomenon was occured at steady state.

  • 하천에서 종, 횡방향이 고려된 확산-이송 현상을 수치기법인 유한요소법을 이용하여 2차원으로 해석하였다. 유한요소법으로는 Galerkin의 가중잔차 방법을 수십에 대해 적분을 취한 연속, 운동량 및 확산-이송방정식에 적용하였고, 선형보간함수와 선형삼각형요소가 이용되었다. 모형의 타당성을 입증하기 위해 단순화된 1차원 수로에서 수차례 검정한 결과 정확해와 거의 일치하는 만족할만한 결과가 도출되었다. 개발된 모형의 실험이 2차원수로에서 행하여져 지류의 유입에 따른 확산-이송현상이 모의되었으며, 실험적용은 개발사업후의 한강본류 9km 구간에 적용되어 탄천과 중량천의 지천 영향을 받는 오염 농도가 2차원적으로 도시되었다.

This study introduced the meaning and trend of 'One Book, One City' program on the world. And this study also suggests the ideas for the collaboration among public libraries and communities making use of this reading campaign; activation of reading campaign, building library network, establishing partnership model between private and public sectors.

  • The purpose of this study is to examine the characteristics and continuity of 'One Book, One City' community reading campaign in the U.S.A. An analysis of 584 'One Book' projects registered in the Library of Congress, the Center for the Books shows that this innovative model of reading campaign has been diffused through three stages: the beginning(1998-2001), the growth (2002-2006), and the second take-off(2007-present). The stability of more than fifty 'One Book' projects was confirmed and the continuing diffusion of 'One Book' model through 'The Big Read' Initiative and some projects' attempt to try new directions seem worth observing.

Environmental Change Analysis of Kwangju City using Landsat TM Data (Landsat TM 자료를 이용한 광주시 환경변화 분석)

  • The analysis of environmental change followed by cultural development is useful for determining development plan hereafter. This study aimed for quantitative analysis about urban sprawl within 10 years, from 1984 to 1994, at Kwangju city, and to extract characteristics of change. For this purpose, we performed land cover classifications using Landsat TM data. And to evaluate influence of urbanization, we carried out surface temperature analysis using TM band 6 data. From the change analysis in land cover, it wa found that expansion of urban areas amounted to 3% and get accomplished by exploitation of farm land area, and that a rice paddy fields were changed to vinyl house areas considerably. In the regional aspect, development was concentrated on Kwangsan-ku which had been incorperated into Kwangju city in 1988. The results from temperature analysis showed that there was close correlation between surface temperature and land cover types, and that urbanization would influnce temperature to rise $0.3^{\circ}C$ in summer. As a results, we can prove that satellite data is very effective for environmental change analysis.

Analysis of Crime Prevention Effects of CCTV Installation (CCTV 설치로 인한 도시공간 범죄예방효과 분석)

  • CCTV is widely used as a crime prevention method globally; however, there is insufficient evidence regarding its effectiveness. This study assesses the suitability of CCTV locations and their impact on crime prevention. First, to analyze the appropriateness of the location of CCTVs, we overlaid the locations of crimes and CCTV, and found that there are many cases where CCTV were placed where crime rarely occurred. Using various cases, we verified CCTV's crime prevention effectiveness. The WDQ was applied to comprehensively analyze the impact of CCTV surveillance area and surrounding areas to determine the crime prevention effect. As a result of the analysis, CCTV was found to be effective in preventing crime. In 53.09% of the cases, there was a diffusion effect of crime control benefits in the surrounding area, which was four times more than the cases with a transfer effect. Thus, strategically installing CCTV in appropriate locations enhances crime prevention effectiveness based on spatial analysis.

  • 본 연구는 저자가 2005년 평택시 문화상품 개발과정에 연구위원으로 참여하여 지역의 대표성을 가지는 디자인 고찰 과정을 살펴본 것이다. 연구목적은 고유문화재와 전통성을 바탕으로 한 상품 개발을 통한 인식 변화를 가져오는 것이다. 그리고 평택시의 문화성립 및 자긍심 고양 및 지역 위상을 확립하는 것이다. 또한, 국 내외 관광객 유치 및 지역 문화 알리기의 기반 마련하는 것이다. 이를 바탕으로 대표적 문화 상품의 개발을 통하여 도시 이미지 확산을 고려하는 것이다. 구체적으로는 평택농악(전통악기, 뱃지, 키홀더등), 문구사무용품(서류함, 책갈피, 시계, 키홀더), 생활용품 (컵받침, 탁상용 저금통, 북, 명함), 장식용품(주방용품등 문화관련 상품들을 개발) 등으로 세분화하여 조사 하였다. 연구 개발 과정을 통하여 도시브랜드 디자인 개발사례로 디자인 적용안을 도출하였다. 그 결과 지역의 도시브랜드 확립을 위한 결론이 선행되어야 한다는 아홉가지 결론을 구체화 할 수 있었다.

  • 여름철 국지성 집중호우 및 태풍으로 인한 피해가 빈번하게 발생하고 있으며, 산지가 많은 국내에서는 산지지역 뿐만 아니라 도심지에서의 토석류 피해 또한 급증하고 있다. 2011년 집중호우로 인해 서울시 서초구에 위치한 우면산에서 동시 다발적으로 많은 토석류가 발생하였고 이로 인해 많은 인명과 재산피해가 발생하였다. 규모면에서 보다 큰 토석류가 이전에 강원지역 등에서 발생하였음에도 불구하고 우면산 산사태가 사회적 관심을 일으킨 것은 서울 도심지에서 발생하였기 때문이다. 이러한 토석류로 인한 피해를 줄이기 위해서는 토석류를 유발시키는 강우의 해석이 먼저 선행되어야 하며, 토사유출모의 결과의 확산면적의 정확성이 중요하다고 판단된다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 도심권(서초구 우면산) / 비도심권(춘천 마적산)을 대상지역으로 선정하였으며, 분포형 강우-유출모형인 S-RAT을 이용하여 빈도별(30년, 50년, 100년, 200년, PMP) 토석류 유발 강우를 산정하고, 토석류 2차원 수치모형인 RAMMS를 이용하여 정량지수(Quantitative index)분석을 통해 최적의 매개변수를 산정하였다.

  • The important of Smart City has been increasing on the driving force of 4th industrial revolution and method to solve urban problems. Korea government introduced and implemented ubiquitous City as an intrinsic Smart City brand from the early 21th century. Diverse types of Smart City projects were announced as national strategy by the spatial characteristics. National Test-Beds in Sejong city and Busan(EDC: Eco Delta City) are urban planning to be future city models for new town development. In the old towns in cities, various type of Smart City projects are support by government by urban growth stage; frontiers, stable or declining urban realm. 「3rd Comprehensive Plan for Smart City(2019 ~ 2023)」 in Korea plans an important role to build innovative ecosystem and reinforce global competiveness by spreading of Smart Cities. For the successful Smart City as open and inclusive space, it is need that this space should be made by the cooperation of citizens, private sectors and local and central government.
