현대는 정보센터에서 제공하는 정보서비스의 품질을 고객이 요구하는 수준으로 제공하여야 한다. 이를 위하여 프로세스를 중심으로 한 시스템 경영이 필요한 시점이라고 할 수 있다. 본 연구는 국제적인 품질경영시스템인 ISO 9000 인증제도의 이론적 검토를 통하여 ISO 9000 인증제도와 인증 추이를 조사하였다. 아울러 이를 정보센터에서 ISO 9000 품질경영시스템의 도입에 대한 조직 구성원들의 인식도를 설문조사, 분석하였다. 이를 통하여 정보센터에서 ISO 9000 품질경영시스템 인증제도에 대한 인식제고와 향후 ISO 9000 인증제도의 도입시 필요한 사항 등을 파악하고자 하였다.

교육과학기술부는 교원능력개발평가를 도입하면서 사서교사를 평가하기 위한 평가지표와 문항을 제시하였다. 이 연구는 교원능력개발평가에 제시된 사서교사의 평가지표와 문항의 타당성을 분석하고, 분석과정에서 제안된 문제점을 종합하여 새로운 평가지표를 개발하기 위한 목적으로 수행되었다. 연구결과 현 평가지표는 사서교사의 교육활동과 서비스 대신에 시설과 장서의 관리에 중점을 두고 사서교사를 평가하는 구조로 되어 있고, 제시된 지표의 대표성과 체계성에 있어서도 많은 문제점이 드러났다. 이 연구에서는 사서교사의 전문성을 타당하게 평가하기 위해 문헌연구, 전문가 검토, 실증연구의 과정을 거쳐서 12개 지표로 구성된 새로운 사서교사 평가지표와 새 지표에 적합한 동료교원, 학생, 학부모의 평가문항을 개발하였다.

기록 생산에 책임이 있는 개인, 가문, 단체 등에 대한 정보를 기술하는 것은 맥락정보를 제공하는데 있어서 필수적이다. 기록물 생산자 전거제어를 통한 맥락정보의 구축을 기록물 내용표준인 ISAAR(CPF) 2판과 구조표준인 EAC(Encoded Archival Contort)를 중심으로 살펴본다. 또한 도서관, 아카이브, 박물관 등 상이한 정보서비스 기관별로 구축된 맥락정보를 서로 공유하고 교환하기 위한 모델을 EAC를 적용하여 제시한 유럽의 LEAF Project를 소개한다. 끝으로 전거파일 구축 및 교환에 있어서의 한계를 짚어보고 국가적 차원에서 맥락정보 구축을 위해 수행해야 할 과제가 무엇인지 제시한다.

최근 Elsevier사에서 제작하여 현재 베타버전으로 시험 서비스 중에 있는 Scopus는,13,000여종의 학술지에 수록된 2,600만여 건의 논문에 대한 초록을 제공하는 세계에서 가장 규모가 큰 웹 데이터베이스이다. 여기에는 SCI와 SSCI에 등재된 7,000여종의 학술지와 자체적인 학술지 선정기준에 의해 추가한 6,000여종의 학술지에 수록된 논문에 대한 초록을 제공하고 있다. 또한 최근 5년간의 학술지에 수록된 각 논문의 참고문헌을 제공하고 있으며, 이들 참고문헌을 토대로 각 논문에 대한 피인용 회시수와 인용문헌에 대한 정보도 제공하고 있다. 이처럼 최근 등장한 Scopus가 SCI와 SSCI에 수록된 학술지를 망라하고 있을 뿐 아니라 인용정보도 제공하고 있다는 점에서, 현재 전세계적으로 가장 대표적인 인용색인인 SCI, SSCI및 A&HCI의 웹 데이터베이스인 Web of Science와 필적할 것으로 보인다. 그러나 Elsevier사에서는, 엄격한 심사기준에 의해 핵심 학술지만을 유지시키고 있는 Thomson-ISI사와는 달리, 학술지의 망라성에 비중을 두고 최소한의 질적 수준을 갖춘 학술지라면 모두 Scopus에서 별도로 추가한 6,000여종의 학술지에 대해 다각적인 측면에서의 검증이 필요할 것으로 보인다.

This study attempts to developing an organizational model for industrial information service a n.0, pplicable to industrial su n.0, pporting organization in every industrial sectors. An emphasis is placed on the discussion of the a n.0, ppreciation of industrial climate. Raw data is easily accessible, but industry requires judged, evaluated and assessed information. The case of Korea Federation of Textile Industries is used. The proposed industrial information service model consists of the following elements. Managerial information is frequently published, assessing information from a variety of sources and its implications on products development. Technical information is less frequently published, assessing from serials subscribing for industrial su n.0, pporting organization. Online information system could be adopted. Database such as statistics, personnel, industrial premises, exhibition, bibliographic are desirable.

Up to recently, information service have emphasized mainly on efficiencies of information collection, storage, process. But, now, many people take interest in criteria and evaluation on quality of information itself and its services because of growth of electronic materials and development of telecommunication. Especially, since the greater part of infomation is made gradually digital format, quality of information service regards as of great importance. This study attempts to investigate the quality problem in information services and its a n.0, pplication. Also, to su n.0, pport high quality, it is needed criteria of information services to evaluate and measure. To understand quality of information services, This articles deal with concept of quality on information related sector, quality management, the reason of importance of information quality, quality work of information services. There is little method to measure and evaluate quality of internet services. So it is necessary to study on internet quality, user's selection on its quality, and development on high quality site.

The present study is a review to determine by what bodies and through what mechanisms the national industrial information policy is implemented and administered, that is what is its content and how it is linked to industrial and technological needs in the field of industrial firms. There are lacking essential capabilities required to transfer industrial information and to channel it to ultimate users. It is not possible to identify users' information needs adequately, to acquire pertinent information, to adapt it to prevailing conditions, to disseminate it to those who need it. Various organizations work to meet the specific information requirements of industry. These organizations include governmental agencies, industrial associations, research institutes and information centers. They have, however, developed independently without liaison among them. They may be some unnecessary duplication in some spheres and inadequate facilities in others. A n.0, ppropriate institutions which provide industrial information would be industrial associations, industrial research and development institutes. They serve as a coupling mechanism between industry and the existing information facilities.

A n.0, ppropriate institutions which provide industrial information would be industrial associations, industrial research and development institutes. The proposed industrial information services could be Kumi Information Center for Industrial Technology (KICIT) and information Center of Machinery and Materials (ICOMM). KICIT has established in cooperation with the Kumi city and Kumoh National University of Technology (KNUT) su n.0, pporting the finance and technology management respectively. ICOMM has established within the framework of the Korea Institute of Machinery and Materials. Major activities of ICOMM is to provide local companies with better extension services on technology information.

Isite를 이용한 전자도서관 시스템의 구축은 다양한 무서형식(HTML, SGML, FGDC 등)의 이용과 분류 및 분산관리가 용이할 뿐만 아니라 자료의 인덱싱을 미리 해놓기 때문에 자료처리 속도도 빠르게 된다. Isite를 분산데이터베이스 환경하에서 이용할 경우에는 분산된 자료의 효율적인 처리와 기존의 데이터베이스 시스템과의 연결을 위한 운용모델이 필요하게 된다. 본 논문에서는 이와 같은 문제를 해결하기 위해 Isite를 이용한 분산데이터베이스 운용모델을 제안한다. 이 운용모델을 이용하면 방대한 자료로 구성된 데이터베이스의 경우 자료를 분할하여 여러 개의 데이터 서버들을 구축 가능함으로써 하나의 컴퓨터에서 데이터베이스를 구축한 경우에 갖는 데이터 처리 한계성을 극복할 수 있다. 또한 Isite가 갖는 다양한 서비스들을 충분히 이용하게 된다.

현재 국내 많은 도서관과 여러 대여점 시설이 코로나로 인하여 운영에 제한이 있거나 중지되었다. 이에 기존 시설 이용자는 도서 대여에 불편함을 겪고 있으며, 민간 도서 대여점과 도서 대여업 산업 전반의 매출이 감소한 것을 확인하였다. 본 논문에서는 시설 사용자의 불편함과 민간 업체의 매출을 개선하기 위해 대여 서적 배달 서비스인 O2O(Offline to online) 플랫폼을 클라우드 서버에 구축하고자 한다. 플랫폼은 하이브리드 애플리케이션으로 구현하여 스마트 폰에 익숙한 신세대와 컴퓨터의 친숙한 기성세대 모두 쉽게 이용할 수 있게 구현하였으며, 이를 통해 대여점 이용자는 편리하고 안전하게 집에서 대여하고 대여점은 이용자 증가와 더불어 또 다른 홍보 수단으로 이용하여 대여점의 매출 개선을 기대할 수 있다.
