3 Dimensional Perspective Image Generation and Application for Geospatial information management of University Campus (대학캠퍼스 지공간정보 관리를 위한 3차원 투시영상의 생성과 적용)

  • 다양한 지형공간과 시설물이 공존하는 대학캠퍼스를 입체적으로 보여주고 그 시설물을 관리하기 위해서는 2차원 평면적 요소와 결합된 3차원 이상의 공간정보의 생성은 매우 중요한 캠퍼스 관리의 선택요소로 등장하고 있다. 이를 위하여 현재 사용가능한 지형도와 시설도 및 영상자료를 정확한 위치정보로 추출 또는 변환하여 지형공간 내에 존재하는 도로, 건물, 기타 시설물을 입체적으로 중첩함으로서 3차원 이상의 입체적 효과는 물론 부분적으로는 이동접근이 가능한 시뮬레이션 작업을 적용하였다.

Landform Classifications and Management Plan in Gwangneung Forest (광릉숲 지역 지형분류와 관리방안)

  • This study was carried out to suggest plan of earth surface erosion by typifying landforms in Gwangeung Forest. Elements of landform were classifyed as hierachical system by scale. Scale for classification set a decision as four categories. We could classify landforms which level zero is 4 levels of elements, level one is 6, level two is twelve, level three is twenty seven. However, micro landforms of valley bottom which is hard to mapping made a categorization as upper valley, middle valley, artificial channel valley. Plan for soil erosion suggested yarding corridor, landform management for surroundings of slope and bridge using rock and gravel, road construction for forest management stable bedrock rather than soil layer, repose angles and piling up rocks for channel walls, and setting up buffer zone when forest thinning be carried out. The result of this research will be expected to provide information for forest management of mountainous areas by landform types.

  • In construction work's process of a basic planning, we must carry out a topographical for construction reserved land and to the basis of this, production of profile is Indispensable factor for the purpose of every construction work such as road, rail way, canal and etc. From this research, the production of profile about construction reserved land, using topography information of numerical value topographical map produced by NGIS construction project, construct precision 3D topography model and from this, propose plans for utilizing by producing automatic profile. With the aim of this, abstract every layers of main facilities and altitude from numerical value topographical map and while producing 3D topography model by using this, we produce and product automatic profile from construct precision 3D topography. And about the produced profile's process, a topographical by mutual analysis was carried out to check whether the automatic produced profile's accuracy could be accepted at actual estimation and permissible accuracy. It is considered that the result of the research could be suggested as a new formation techniques concept which can reduce the designing time and expenses and increase the efficiency of planning in the basic design process for the construction.

  • Two dimensional road design is connoting danger factor because different point between design standard and driver's reaction. Consequently two dimensional road design is difficult to recognize problem that happen beforehand when before construction. Therefore three dimensional road design that can grasp problem after completion is required. In this study, three dimensional road was designed to evaluate road that is designed. Road designed by Inroad that is road design program. DTM is created using digital map and elevation data. Three dimensional road was designed by integrated DTM of road and topography. Road design evaluation was performed in three dimension. Driving simulation and sight distance assessment were carried out to estimate stability of alignment. Shadow simulation was executed on icy road section for bad section of icy road surface. As a result of evaluation, this study could confirm shape of road after completion. And sight distance could be calculated and visually confirmed. Also, icy road sections were extracted through shadow simulation.

  • The most important factor in highway design is to match highway alignment with topography so that the driver can drive the vehicle safely and comfortably. Highway alignment design is completed with combination of horizontal alignment and vertical alignment that is harmony with topography at the last step. In highway alignment design, the use of continuous perspective can meet vehicle's physical requirements, which is useful to keep driver's psychological and physiological balance. The main purpose of this study is to develop a computer pro-gram which is applicable to highway alignment design through study of how to make and analyze perspective by means of computer.

  • Recently, the volume of transportatin is higher by increasing rapid development and human or material interchange among districts. So, the importance of maintenance and management on existing road is come to the fore. In this study, we'd like to build prototypic Road Information Management System to keep road scientifically and efficiently on general road. We built the database of information about a drawing and register on ex-siting road using GSIS. So, we can offer information rapidly and accurately in road maintenance and management service through the query, update and statistic analysis function on road facility as well as AM.

  • 본 논문에서는 스마트카의 핵심과제인 텔레매틱스와 자동차의 기술융합을 통해 더욱더 향상된 운전자의 안전과 편의를 제공하는 차량 HMI(Human Machine Interface) 시스템을 제안한다. 이 시스템은 차량에 장착된 카메라로 촬영한 도로의 이미지를 실시간으로 레퍼런스 데이터베이스와 매칭하여 도로를 인식하는 기술을 사용한다. 매칭된 레퍼런스 이미지와 운전자 맞춤 텔레매틱스 정보를 합성한 증강현실 영상을 운전자의 시선에 보이는 실제 도로와 지형의 모양에 맞추어 HUD(Head-Up Display)에 투사하는 매핑 기술을 통해 운전자가 운전 중 항시 도로에 집중하여 안전운행을 할 수 있도록 고안하였다.

A Numerical Study on the Effects of Buildings and Topography on the Spatial Distributions of Air Pollutants in a Building-Congested District (건물 밀집 지역에서 대기오염물질 분포에 미치는 건물과 지형의 영향에 관한 수치 연구)

  • Using a computationalfluid dynamics(CFD) model, thisstudy evaluated the representativeness of an air quality monitoring system (AQMS) in an urban area and presented a methodology to determine the suitable AQMS locations for specific purposes. For this, we selected a 1.6 km × 1.6 km area around the Eunpyeong-gu AQMS (AQMS 111181) as a target area. We conducted simulationsfor two emission scenarios (scenario one: air pollutants transported from inflow boundaries, scenario two: air pollutants emitted from roads). Urban airflows were markedly influenced by mountainous terrain located in the northeast and southeast of the target area, and complicated airflow patterns occurred around the buildings. The distributions of air pollutants were dependent on the terrain (mountain) in scenario one, but the road location and building height in scenario 2. We evaluated whether the AQMS could represent the air quality in the target area based on the simulations for two scenarios. The concentrations simulated at the AQMS were similar in magnitude to the layer mean concentrations, which indicated good representativeness for the air quality in the target area. We also suggested which locations were suitable for different measurement purposes (hot spots, clean zones, average zones, shelter zones, equi-background zones).
