Although digitization contributes to the conservation and preservation of cultural heritage resources, detailing the necessary techniques is a lack of standardization in existing digital repositories. The purpose of this paper is to present practical strategies to illustrate technical details of imaging processes and metadata description with examples. This paper also provides important management issues related to digitization management for project managers and practitioners.

데이터베이스 품질문제는 학문적으로나 실무적으로 상당한 관심을 모으고 있지만 아직까지 많은 문제들이 풀리지 않은 상태로 남아있다. 본 연구는 DB 품질에 관한 다양한 관심과 문제들을 분석하고, 이 분야에 관한 체계적 연구흐름의 출발선을 찾고자하는 노력의 일환으로 시도되었다. 우선 지금까지 발표된 관련 연구와 현재 실무에 종사하는 전문가들의 견해를 종합하여 DB 품질에 관한 연구 프레임워크를 고안하고 그 속에서 다섯가지 연구영역(품질기준, 품질측정, 품질등급, 품질관리, 품질인증)을 제안하였다. 그리고 DB 품질을 분석할 수 있는 일곱개의 품질기준(정확성, 완전성, 일관성, 현행성 검색성능, 사용용이성, 사용자지원성)을 추출하고, 각 기준별로 이론적 정의를 시도하였다. 그리고 현실적으로 가장 논란의 여지가 많은 계량적 측정도구, 즉, 설문조사에 사용될 68개 문항과 척도를 개발하였다.

Purpose: The purpose of study was to identify problems in disaster recovery resource management and operation through on-site investigation and utilize them as improvement proposal for disaster recovery resources management by local governments. Method: Areas with high natural and social disasters recorded in historical and yearly records of natural and social disasters, related books, and annual reports for 20 years were selected. The DRSS data of the selected local governments were analyzed and the reserve warehouse were selected for field survey. Result: It is analyzed that the current situation in the city hall and district offices is somewhat insufficient due to heavy work by the working-level officials of local governments on the storage of disaster recovery resources. The actual amount of stockpiles and DRSS data are somewhat different or missing because the input method and criteria are not clear at present when inputting the current data. Conclusion: To improve the management of the disaster recovery resource reserve, it is deemed that education of DRSS and training of best practices for the operation of disaster management resources are urgently needed, and that a systematic management of stockpiles using disaster prevention experts will be required.

본 연구는 개방형 BIM 환경의 품질관리 기준 확보를 목적으로 건설 산업의 공통업무분야와 추가적인 세부업무분야에 대한 품질관리 체크리스트를 제안하고자 한다. 공통업무는 일반적인 목적으로 적용 가능한 설계기준, 시설기준, 시공기준으로 대상을 분류하고, 세부업무는 초고층 건축물의 개방형 BIM적용 및 활용 목적에 따라 피난동선 검토, 에너지 분석 검토 측면으로 대상을 분류하여 각 분야 별 체크리스트를 도출하였다. 도출된 체크리스트가 검증을 통해 실무에 적용되면 BIM 모델의 작성 기준 및 지침과 연계되어 요구되는 조건들을 충족시키는 모델링을 유도하며 BIM 모델의 품질향상의 결과를 가져다 줄 것이라 기대한다.

대학 보건정보 시스템이란 대학교 내의 보건소의 담당자가 서비스와 의료자원을 제공하기 위해 데이터를 수집, 이용, 저장, 검색, 교환을 할 수 있도록 하며 이용자 보건 서비스의 질 향상을 위해 보건 실무를 관리하며 발전시키도록 하는 시스템이다. 본 논문에서는 인터넷 상에서 대학교 보건정보를 효율적으로 관리하며, 관리자 및 일반 사용자들에게 유용한 서비스를 제공하는 대학보건정보 시스템의 설계 및 구현에 관하여 논의하였다. 보건정보관리자는 본 시스템을 사용하여 원하는 정보를 수집, 가공 및 검색할 수 있다. 일반 사용자들은 이 시스템을 이용하여 자신의 보건 정보를 검색할 수 있다.

To reduce facility management costs and safety concerns due to aging of facilities, it is important to estimate the future facilities' condition based on facility management data and utilize predictive information for management decision making. To this end, this study proposed a methodology to estimate facility elements' condition using XGBoost. To validate the proposed methodology, this study constructed sample data for road bridges and developed a model to estimate condition grades of major elements expected in the next inspection. As a result, the developed model showed satisfactory performance in estimating the condition grades of deck, girder, and abutment/pier (average F1 score 0.869). In addition, a testbed was established that provides data management function and element condition estimation function to demonstrate the practical applicability of the proposed methodology. It was confirmed that the facility management data and predictive information in this study could help managers in making facility management decisions.

The purpose of this study is to extract metadata based on Dublin Core from national construction information DBs, to design XML schema from the extracted metadata and to apply the previous works to integrated information retrieval system. To extract metadata, co-work was performed with librarians in the field of construction information, and. as a result, twelve metadata elements from Dublin Core and one administrative metadata could be extracted. Based on the investigation and analysis of those thirteen metadata elements, XML schema design process was described in detail. finally, the service environments of integrated information retrieval system to which XML schema was applied was introduced. Further study was also provided.

In this study, international standardization trend of smart mining technology was analyzed focusing on the guidelines developed by GMG (Global Mining Guidelines Group). GMG is a non-profit organization that unites the global mining community. It was established to promote mining safety, innovation and sustainability. Currently, GMG's working group consists of artificial intelligence, asset management, autonomous mining, cybersecurity, data access and usage/interoperability, the electric mine, mineral processing, underground mining, and sustainability. Guideline development projects related to smart mining technology are being conducted in artificial intelligence, autonomous mining, cybersecurity, data access and usage/interoperability, and underground mining. As of April 2022, eight types of smart mining-related guidelines have been published through pre-launch, launch, guideline definition, contents generation, technical editing/layout/final review, and voting process. It is judged that the GMG guidelines can be an important reference for the development of domestic smart mining technology standards.

Since the interest in big data is growing exponentially, various types of research and development in the field of big data have been conducted in the construction industry. Among various application areas, cost estimating can be a topic where the use of big data provides positive benefits. In order for firms to make efficient use of big data for estimating tasks, they need to establish a strategy based on the multifaceted analysis of internal and external environments. The objective of the study is to develop and propose a strategy of the use of big data for construction management(CM) firms' cost estimating tasks based on the SWOT analysis. Through the combined efforts of literature review, questionnaire survey, interviews and the SWOT analysis, the study suggests that CM firms need to maintain the current level of the receptive culture for the use of big data and expand incrementally information resources. It also proposes that they need to reinforce the weak areas including big data experts and practice infrastructure for improving the big data-based cost estimating.

Big data analysis refers the ability to store, manage and analyze collected data from an existing database management tool. Meta-analysis refers to a statistical literature synthesis method from the quantitative results of many known empirical studies. We conducted a meta-analysis and review of between external factors on perceived value in e-commerce researches. This study focused a total of 11 research papers that established causal relationships between external factors on perceived value in e-commerce published in Korea academic journals during 2000 and 2016. Based on these findings, several theoretical and practical implications were suggested and discussed with the difference from previous researches.
