최근 사물인터넷에 대한 발전이 빠르게 이루어짐에 따라서 인터넷 상의 보안 이슈 또한 증가하고 있다. 이에 따라 데이터를 안전하고 은밀하게 통신하기 위한 공개키 기반 구조 (public-Key Infrastructure: PKI) 기술이 발전하고 있다. PKI는 신뢰할 수 있는 기관에서 개인이나 기관을 식별할 수 있는 인증서를 저장하고 있으며 이를 활용할 수 있도록 돕는 디렉토리 서비스를 제공한다. 특히 기존의 PKI 구조에는 사용자의 경험이 담겨있는 패스워드 기반으로 개인키를 암호화 하고 있다. 이는 사용자 인증과 데이터 암호화와 같은 강력한 보안 서비스를 제공하고 있지만 이 또한 취약점을 내포하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 공개키 기반 구조의 핵심 요소에 대해 논의하며 보안 취약점을 분석한다. 이를 통해 안전한 사물인터넷 환경을 위한 연구 방향을 제시한다.

Linked Data는 서로 분리돼 있는 데이터를 HTTP와 SPARQL을 이용하여 한 번에 질의하는 것이 가능하다. 많은 공공정보들이 여러가지 형식으로 공개되고 있지만 데이터의 재사용성을 높이고 공개된 다른 데이터들과의 활용도를 높이기 위해 Linked Open Data (LOD)로 발행되고 있다. 국내 LOD 중 국가서지 Linked Data와 RISS Linked Data를 중심으로 발행현황을 살펴보고 LOD 발행 후 외부자원과의 연결을 시도한 활용서비스에 대하여 점검하고 활용방안에 대해 고찰하였다. LOD 발행에 있어 SKOS, FOAF, DC 등과 같은 국제 표준용어집을 사용하여 연계 용이성을 확보하고 LOD 연계에 대한 실질적 활용과 운용경험을 공유할 수 있는 플랫폼의 중요성을 제안하였다. 또한 국내외 LOD 플랫폼을 통해 홍보 및 네트워크를 구성하는 노력과 기술적인 운용에 대한 가이드의 필요성을 제안하였다.

최근 GTP4, LLama와 같은 초거대 언어모델을 활용한 서비스가 공개되어 많은 사람의 주목을 받고 있다. 해당 모델들은 사용자들의 다양한 질문에 대하여 유창한 결과를 생성하고 있지만 한국어 데이터에 대한 학습량이 부족하여 한국어 이해 및 한국 문화 등에 대한 잘못된 정보를 제공하는 문제를 야기할 수 있다. 이에 본 논문에서는 한국어 데이터를 학습한 주요 공개 모델 6개를 선정하고 5개 분야(한국어 이해 및 문화 영역으로 구성)에 대한 평가 데이터셋을 구성하여 한국어 이해 능력에 대한 평가를 진행하였다. 그 결과 한국어 구사 능력은 Bookworm 모델이, 한국어 이해 및 문화와 관련한 부문은 LDCC-SOLAR 모델이 우수한 것으로 확인할 수 있었다.

미디어방송이 다양해지고, 웹에서 소비되는 콘텐츠들 또한 멀티미디어 중심으로 재편되는 경향에 힘입어 인공지능 연구에 멀티미디어 콘텐츠를 적극적으로 활용하고자 하는 시도들이 시작되고 있다. 본 논문은 다양한 형태의 멀티모달 정보를 하나의 동영상 콘텐츠에 연계하여 분석하여, 통합된 형태의 융합정보 데이터셋을 구축한 연구를 소개하고자 한다. 구축한 인공지능 학습용 데이터셋은 영상/음성/언어 정보가 함께 있는 멀티모달 콘텐츠에 상황/의도/감정 정보 추론에 필요한 다양한 의미정보를 부착하여 활용도가 높은 인공지능 영상 데이터셋을 구축하여 공개하였다. 본 연구의 결과물은 한국어 대화처리 연구에 부족한 공개 데이터 문제를 해소하는데 기여하였고, 한국어를 중심으로 다양한 상황 정보가 함께 구축된 데이터셋을 통하여 다양한 상황 분석 기반 대화 서비스 응용 기술 연구에 활용될 것으로 기대할 수 있다.

The general public are interested in the politics and form public opinion and keep in check the government for true democracy. The general public have the right to be furnished information from the government. And the government should enact the Freedom of Information Act to provide the public's right to know. At the same time, the government should enact the Data Protection Act to provide the public's right to privacy. There is a friction between the Freedom of Information Act and the Data Protection Act. It's hard to maintain the proper balance between the Freedom of information Act and the Data Protection Act, but many countries try to do so. The UK enacted the Data Protection Act 1998(DPA), which entered into force on 2000, to comply with EU Directive 1995. The Freedom of Information Act 2000(FOI), which came fully into force on 2005, was passed in 2000. The FOI imposes significant duties and responsibilities on public authorities to give access to the information they hold. The purpose of this study is to consider the provisions of the personal data in FOI and DPA. Besides this, it identifies the complaint cases on public authorities about the disclosure and exemption of the personal data in comparison with the acts. If information is the personal data of the person making the request, it will disclose under the DPA. If information is the personal data of a third party, it will disclose under the FOI. These acts interact each other to make up for the weak points in the other to make a proper application of the act on public authorities. This study may have any limitation in making a comparative study of the disclosure and exemption of the personal data in Korea. But it is expected to provide a basis for understanding the disclosure and exemption of the personal data in the UK.

DASE(Digital TV Application Software Environment)는 데이터 방송을 위한 국제 표준으로 MPEG-2 TS(Moving Picture Experts Group-2 Transport Stream) 형식의 데이터를 처리한다. 소스코드 대신 입력 데이터 명세 정보만을 공개하는 특성상 DASE 시스템의 오류를 테스트하기 위해서는 테스트 데이터에 오류를 삽입하는 방법이 적합하고 이를 위해 MPEG-2 표준을 위한 오류 항목을 개발이 요구된다. 본 논문에서는 관계형 데이터 베이스를 위한 데이터 분류인 Kim’s et al 분류를 근거로 하여 MPEG-2 표준을 위한 오류 항목을 개발하였다. 이는 DASE 시스템의 오류 삽입 테스트 기법에 유용하게 사용될 수 있을 것이다.

The development of the communication network and the other network method can generate serious social problems. So, it is highly required to control security of network. These problems related security will be developed and keep up to confront with anti-security field such as hacking, cracking. The way to preserve security from hacker or cracker without developing new cryptographic algorithm is keeping the state of anti-cryptanalysis in a prescribed time by means of extending key-length. In this paper, we proposed M3 algorithm for the reduced processing time in the montgomery multiplication part. Proposed M3 algorithm using the matrix function M(.) and lookup table perform optionally montgomery multiplication with repeated operation. In this result, modified repeated operation part produce 30% processing rate than existed montgomery multiplicator. The proposed montgomery multiplication structured unit array method in carry generated part and variable length multiplication for eliminating bottle neck effect with the RSA cryptosystem. Therefore, this proposed montgomery multiplier enforce the real time processing and prevent outer cracking.

In recent years, countries such as USA, United Kingdom and Australia have begun to implement national policies in order to systematically manage and share research data produced through publicly funded research. However, Korea as of yet does not have a coordinated research data policy. The lack of infrastructure that supports the sharing and preserving research data results in the poor management and loss of valuable data produced from significant national R&D investments. The need for research data collection, management and sharing goes beyond the outcome assessment of national research: it facilitates the diffusion of research impact and economic development. There is a growing recognition that data sharing is an essential element of research ethics. This research investigates the relevant research data policies and methods of governance at the national level using a case study analysis. United Kingdom was selected as a case study target as it shows a wide variety of policy examples and instruments. In particular, this research focuses on the UK's national legal framework for research data sharing, analyzes the RCUK (Research Councils UK)'s data policies, activities at the seven research councils under RCUK as well as several supporting institutions. Based on the analyses, this research offers a national roadmap for better managing and sharing of research data in Korea.

Linked Open Data (LOD) is rated as the best of any kind of data disclosure, and allows you to search related data by linking them in a standard format across the Internet. There is an increasing number of cases in which relevant data are constructed in the LOD form in the global environment, but in the domestic healthcare sector, the disclosure of data in the form of LOD is still at the beginning stage. In this paper, we introduce a case of LOD platform construction that provides services by linking domestic and international related data by LOD method, based on the data of Korean medical research paper data and health care big data linkage platform. Linking all data from each DB into an LOD requires a lot of time and effort, and is basically an infrastructure task that government or public institutions should be in charge of rather than the private sector. In this study, ten domestic and foreign LOD sites were linked with only a portion of each DB, enabling users to link data from various domestic and foreign organizations in a convenient manner.

정부의 공공데이터 활성화 전략에 의해 행정기관과 공공기관의 정보공개 및 재이용이 활발해 지고 있다. 이러한 분위기와 함께 민간에서의 공공데이터 활용이 점점 늘어나고 있다. 하지만 당초 기대치에 못 미치는 성과와 공공데이터 개방하는 기관에는 정보화시스템을 운영하는 비용은 증가하였다. 따라서 상대적으로 민간에서 선호하는 문화관광 공공데이터를 통해 공공데이터의 효율성을 분석한 후 시사점을 도출한다.
