현재, 다수의 조직에서 개별적으로 메타데이터 표준을 제시하고 구축하고 있다. 이로 인해 메타데이터 상호간 호환성의 문제가 발생하게 되고 각기 분산되어 구축된 메타데이터 이용 또한 원활하지 않게 되고 있다. 이를 해결하기 위해 본고에서는 메타데이터 레지스트리를 적용하여 국내 문헌정보 DB의 메타데이터 표준 유지와 통합 검색을 통한 연계 활용 모형을 구축하고자 한다.

Public information has been collected in various fields with huge costs in order to serve public purposes such as public agencies' policy-making. However, the collected public information has been overlooked as silos. In korea, many attempts have been made to open the public information to the public only to result in limited extent, where OpenAPI data is being presented by some agencies. Recently, at the national level, the LOD(Linking Open Data) project has built the national DB, initiating the ground on which the linked data will be based for their active availability. This study has outlined overall problems in earlier projects which have built up national linking systems based on linked data for public data use. A possible solution has been proposed with a real experience of having set up an existing national DB of Korean public agencies.

This study designed a data model linked to Wikidata and examined its applicability to increase the utilization of the digital archive records of the National Debt Redemption Movement, registered as World Memory Heritage, and implications were derived by analyzing the existing metadata, thesaurus, and semantic network graph. Through analysis of the original text of the National Debt Redemption Movement records, key data model classes for linking with Wikidata, such as record item, agent, time, place, and event, were derived. In addition, by identifying core properties for linking between classes and applying the designed data model to actual records, the possibility of acquiring abundant related information was confirmed through movement between classes centered on properties. Thus, this study's result showed that Wikidata's strengths could be utilized to increase data usage in local archives where the scale and management of data are relatively small. Therefore, it can be considered for application in a small-scale archive similar to the National Debt Redemption Movement digital archive.

The amount and diversity of information is increasing, as is the information integration connecting data among the related institutions. In the defense field, DTAQ, which is in charge of the quality of military supplies, is attempting to collect and analyze the information which is related with it. In addition, the object of information integration is to expand civil data as well as defense data. There are many ways to integrate data in various environments. In the defense field, which needs enhanced security, it is necessary to establish and apply the information integration methods which are enhanced with more security. In this study, the framework and architecture of information integration was designed by considering task requirements and security conditions. As a result of example application of this framework for information systems to the selected 4 institutions, it was confirmed that the task can be performed through data connections. From the study result, integration architecture which can be applied securely in defense field was suggested. The data accumulated by using this framework with strengthened security are expected to be utilized for the quality improvement of military supplies.

현재 전력IT 과제로 개발 중인 배전지능화 시스템은 기존의 배전망 관리뿐만 아니라 154[kV]변전소 및 수용가까지의 모든 전력설비들에 대해 원격제어가 가능하며 각종 센서들을 내장하여 해당 설비들의 상태감시를 관리하고 분산전원 설비와 연계하여 통합운영이 가능한 시스템을 말한다. 오늘날 신재생애너지에 대한 관심 증가로 인해 향후 배전계통은 분산전원과 연계되어 운영 될 것이며 이에 따른 새로운 배전관리 시스템이 필요할 것이다. 본 논문은 배전지능화 시스템에서 분산전원 설비들의 정보를 모니터링하기 위한 데이터 연계 방안을 모색하고 분산전원별 주요 감시 데이터 항목 선정 및 분산전원 설비의 정보를 전달하기 위한 분산전원 연계용 FEP(Front-End Processor)를 설계하였다.

최근 전력산업은 전통산업으로 인식되었던 기존의 틀을 과감히 벗고 IT, NT 테크놀러지와의 기술융합을 통해 혁신과 발전으로 진일보하고 있다. 이와 함께 북미지역을 비롯하여 유럽에서 발생한 광역정전의 영향은 전력계통 안정운영의 중요성을 한층 고조시키고 있다. 이러한 패러다임의 변화로 이기종 전력시스템들이 네트워크로 상호 연결되어 전력계통 데이터의 시스템간 자료교환이 활발해 지고 있으며, 이에 따라 신속하고 정확한 데이터 연계의 중요성이 요구되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 현재 한국전력거래소에서 운영하고 있는 EMS(Energy Management System) 시스템의 데이터베이스와 이기종 시스템과의 데이터 송 수신시 필수요소인 자료연계 DB의 작성을 위해 자체 개발하여 활용중인 전력계통 자료연계 DB 동기화 프로그램을 통한 자동화 사례에 관해 소개하고자 한다.

As ISNI spreads, the process and utilization method of authority control that identifies and links individual or group names is also expanding. In this study, the characteristics of the connection and utilization of ISNI and national authorities in the United States, the United Kingdom, France, and Germany were derived, and a plan to improve the connection and utilization of national authorities and ISNI was presented, focusing on the National Library of Korea. Focusing on major countries actively participating in the establishment and utilization of ISNI since its founding, national authorities and ISNI linkage methods and ISNI data used in services were analyzed. The implications of this study for the linkage and convergence of national authority and ISNI data were: first, applying ISNI to support authority work, second, establishing a close cooperation system with the publishing community, and third, establishing infrastructure for linking ISNI and authority records at the national level, and finally, providing user service pages based on authority data.

시맨틱 웹은 웹 환경에서 데이터의 의미를 표준화된 방법으로 표현함으로써 데이터의 상호 운용성을 보장하고 기계가 활용 가능한 데이터의 웹을 가능하게 해준다. 온톨로지에서 데이터는 식별자(URI)를 사용해서 의미가 명확화되고, 표준 기술 방법(RDF)를 통해서 어플리케이션 간 데이터의 통합 및 재사용을 가능하게 해준다. 최근 미국과 유럽을 중심으로 링크드 데이터 프로젝트를 통해서 시맨틱 데이터들의 상호연계가 활발하게 추진하고 있다. 그러나 다양한 출처들의 데이터를 연계하는 과정에서, 동일한 객체에 서로 다른 식별자가 할당된 경우 식별자를 통한 시맨틱 정보 연계에 문제가 발생할 수 있다. OWL에서는 동일 객체에 대한 2개 이상의 식별자가 부여된 경우 owl:sameAs를 이용해서 식별자들이 동일 객체를 가리키고 있음을 명시한다. 본 연구에서는 서로 다른 식별자를 가진 객체들이 owl:sameAs를 사용해서 동일 객체로 표현되었을 경우, 동일 객체에 부여된 식별자 정보를 효과적으로 관리하고, 이를 서비스에 활용하기 위한 관리 서버를 설계하였다. 관리 서버를 통해 동일 객체에 대한 식별자들의 체계적인 관리는 물론, 동일 객체를 찾기 위한 질의 횟수를 감소시켜서 서비스 소요시간을 줄일 수 있다.

This study analyzed the methods for representing and linking personal information in the linked data of National Library of Korea and provided suggestions for expanding the scope of identifying and linking of the personal information. As a result, the personal information as a subject has been dealt with a concept, where the personal information as a contributor has been linked with a vocabulary of personal name. In addition, there have not been assured of including additional information except existing authority data in the process of building the linked data. Therefore, this study suggested that linking personal information as a subject and personal information as a contributor was essential for the quality of linked data. In addition, we proposed to provide additional information related to the person in linked data for expanding the scope of access points in information discovery.
