휴면도서를 덤핑 처리하는 것은 출판경영의 합리화와는 동떨어지는 일이다. 오히려 지금 우리가 생각할 것은 휴면도서의 처분 문제가 아니고 도서판매의 불확실성에 대비해 어는 수준의 적정재고를 둘 것인가이다. 과다재고의 근본원인인 과잉생산, 과잉송품을 줄이는 방책을 연구하는 일이 급선무이다.

This paper intends to analyse some legal issues on US-Orange Juice Case. Brazil's WTO challenge is to the methods undertaken by US in calculating antidumping duties in administrative reviews of Brazilian Orange Juice. Panel resulted that conforms with earlier Appellate Body decision outlawing the use of 'weighted average to transaction zeroing. This paper note that panel's stance was driven from 'stability and predictability' within the DSB system. There was a de facto form of stare decisis. However, Panel in US-Orange Juice recognized that Appellate Body decision is wrong about finding zeroing to be violation of the fair comparison requirement of the Article 2.4 of the WTO Anti-Dumping agreement. Zeroing dispute of WTO Anti-Dumping Agreement will be continued that because this matter. Fortunately, the American government announced it would be stop zeroing system of administrative reviews. As result, Carefully, We anticipate that US-Orange Juice's decision is the end of zeroing method on the WTO Anti-Dumping Agreement.

첫 평론집 "비순수의 선언"은 2천부를 찍었는데 전혀 나가지가 않았다. 그래도 신구문화사쪽에서는 덤핑처리를 하지 않고 계속 창고에 보관해 두었으니 고맙기 이를 데 없다. 20년이 훨씬 지나서 '북페어'란 것을 할 때 한권 샀다는 얘기를 신문사에 있는 조우석씨에게 들은 적이 있는데 이쯤되면 장기판매로서는 기록이 아닐까 한다.

기업은 환율갈등과 통상마찰이 불리하게 작용하는 최악의 경우를 상정하여 보수적인 대응책을 마련해야 한다. 특히 무역보복의 빌미가 될 수 있는 가격 덤핑이 일어나지 않도록 동종 업체들이 협력해야 한다. 또 위안화 동향에 계속 신경을 쓰는 한편 단기간에 큰 폭의 조정을 받는 경우를 상정한 시나리오를 마련해야 한다.

This paper discusses wheel offloading approaches of the COMS which has a single solar array system for the accommodation of the optical payloads. First of all, in an effort to reduce fuel consumption and reflect practical implementation point of view, thruster sets for wheel offloading are proposed based on numerical analyses taking into account the COMS configuration. In this analysis, it is assumed that the wheel offloading is conducted twice a day. Secondly, in order to evaluate the effectiveness of the proposed thruster sets, orbit simulations are conducted for several wheel offloading approaches and compared.
