As performance and feature set of mobile devices are getting better, the scope of things for which they can be used is also getting widened. More than simply browsing information using mobile web, now these devices can interact with users. It requires various features to manage a web site; supporting full-browsing alone is not enough since there are problems such as processing speed, user interface restriction. However, using mobile devices to manage a web site has its own merits since the can be used without restriction of time and location. In this paper, we introduce a mobile web site administration software that provides both online and offline features. It supports CRUD (Create, Read, Update, Delete) operations for news and users. These operations can be executed both offline and online. A user can do most of things offline; It connects to online only when it's absolutely necessary and does those in batch mode.

Today, the medical system is changing into a comprehensive health care system in which collaborative relationships between medical professionals and non-medical personnels in neighboring occupational areas. The current medical act brands such "collaboration" as unlicensed medical practice, and punishes non-medical personnel who acted in the risk management of doctors as well as doctors collaborated with non-medical personnel as unlicensed medical practice. In order to narrow the gap between the legal system that regulates unlicensed medical practices and the medical reality, it is necessary to overcome the structural limitations of dualistic, nationalistic, and identity-oriented regulation of unlicensed medical practices. The legal interests of unlicensed medical practice have a dual nature as a personal legal interest of "human life and body" as well as a national legal interest of "maintenance and protection of the nation's medical license system", and it should be noted that the criteria for judging the legal interests protected by the regulations of criminal punishment should be found in "personal legal interest theory." In addition, when determining which behavior is a medical practice and evaluating its risk, the dimension of behavior and measures should be considered in a fair manner without being biased against the subject (identity) of the action. In other words, judging unlicensed medical practice should depend on whether the risk of side effects that may result from the act is reasonably managed. Considering the prospect of therapeutic dialogue between medical professionals and patients, it would be desirable for medical law policies to move in a way that does not fundamentally block the possibility of collaboration among pluralistic medical personalities.

The paper proposes information system for providing proper well known delicious restaurants as interactions with users. The system calls 'Moloke', which is an agent for recommending sensitive information on mobile environment The proposing agent differs from existing ones that guide the telephone number and the name of the restaurant. The differences are as following goals. First, the agent gets existing from users as interactive communications on mobile devices through the proper requests on each time zone such as morning, afternoon, and evening. Second, the agent also can recommend a specific restaurant for current personal states such as parties, special community meetings, bio-rhythms and so on. Among them, specially the bio-rhythm is used for recommending proper restaurants to each user. In addition to through proposal suitable design for the mobile agent design more effectively. The research used mobile environment for recommendation service and web environment for data management. Server environment for service used Apache, PHP4, Mysql and mobile page was implemented m-html for approach. Mobile Service was optimized Mozilla-1.22, KUN-1.2.3 Browser

Nodes communicate through wireless channels under peer-to-peer level in ad-hoc mobile networks. The nodes are free to move around in a geographical area and are loose]y bounded by the transmission range of the wireless channels. Also, a node is completely free to move around, there is no fixed final topology. Hence, to manage the inter-node communication and data exchange among them a leader node is required. In this paper we introduce an efficient leader election algorithm for mobile ad hoc networks where inter-node communication is allowed only among the neighboring nodes. Furthermore we present the result of performance evaluation through simulation. The algorithm is efficient and practical since it uses least amount of wireless resources and does not affect the movement of the nodes.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the users' expectation and expectation gap about the attributes of smart speaker as an intelligent agent, ie autonomy, sociality, responsiveness, activeness, time continuity, goal orientation. To this end, semi-structured interviews were conducted for smart speaker users and analyzed based on ground theory. Result has shown that people have huge expectation gap about the sociality and human-likeness of smart speakers, due to limitations in technology. The responsiveness of smart speakers was found to have positive expectation gap. For the memory of time-sequential information, there was an ambivalent expectation gap depending on the degree of information sensitivity and presentation method. We also found that there was a low expectation level for autonomous aspects of smart speakers. In addition, proactive aspects were preferred only when appropriate for the context. This study presents implications for designing a way to interact with smart speakers and managing expectations.

Recently, the investigation has been difficult due to the emergence of messengers that encrypt and store data for the purpose of protecting personal information and provide services such as end-to-end encryption with a focus on security. Accordingly, the number of crime cases using security messengers is increasing, but research on data decoding for security messengers is needed. Element security messengers provide end-to-end encryption functions so that only conversation participants can check conversation history, but research on decoding them is insufficient. Therefore, in this paper, we analyze the instant messenger Element, which provides end-to-end encryption, and propose a plaintext verification of the history of encrypted secure chat rooms using decryption keys stored in the Windows Credential Manager service without user passwords. In addition, we summarize the results of analyzing significant general and secure chat-related artifacts from a digital forensics investigation perspective.

This study aimed at comprehending the duty, role, and difficulty of intermediary manager through in-depth investigation of dental hygienist intermediary managers experienced over 10 years working in a dental clinic. In-depth interviews were conducted with 10 dental intermediary managers and Giorgi's analysis method was used to analyze the data. Findings revealed that the work experience of the dental hygienist intermediary managers appeared in the range of "becoming an intermediary manager through various processes", "various duties that they experience as an intermediary manager", "difficulty as an intermediary manager", "ability that they perceive as necessary for being a dental intermediary manager", and "worthiness they feel as the intermediary manager". The dental intermediary managers complained of difficulties at work, and appeared to perform various tasks such as human resource management, clinic management support, and patient's management. Accordingly, the researcher considers that research on dental intermediary managers' capacity development necessary.

In this paper, we present the development of a system(WebPierrot) that helps end-users to generate home pages with the construction of their corresponding web databases without the web programming technique. It consists of a page editor. a database wizard and a database manager. The page editor creates and modifies multimedia home pages. The database wizard generates databases operated with home pages automatically, and the database manager maintains the database related to the home pages. The page editor has been made based on the DHTML(Dynamic Hypertext Markup Language) and lets users generate multimedia home pages interactively. The database manager creates, updates and manages web databases. The system has the advantage which end-users can create multimedia home pages containing databases without requiring web database programming.

생산성 저해 요인의 제거는 바로 생산성 향상으로 연결된다. 뽕밭의 생산성을 저해하는 요인은 여러가지지만 그 중에서 토양의 이화학적 불량과 농약 공해가 비중이 가장 크다고 볼 수 있다. 우리나라 뽕밭은 입지가 경사지에 많으므로 토심이 얕은데 비해, 뽕나무는 영년성 심근성 작물이므로 식재후 근권의 물리성에 따라 생산성이 좌우되는 비중이 매우 크다. 그러나 식재후 토양 물리성 개량은 화학성 개량보다도 어려우므로 그 결과 생산성이 낮은 상태를 벗어날 수 없다. 따라서 정기적인 심경이나 심토 파쇄를 통한 물리성 개량이 요망된다. 계속적인 금비위주의 비배관리에 의해 강산성 반응을 보이는 토양이 대부분이므로 석회에 의한 산성개량이 필요하다. 질소질의 과다시비는 수량을 감소시킬 뿐만 아니라, 엽질을 악화시키고 질산태 질소가 지하로 흘러 들어가 지하수의 오염을 일으켜 청색증과 암을 일으키는 원인이 될 수 있다. 심각한 정도로 축적된 인산과 칼리도 수량을 떨어뜨리고 환경을 해치는 원인이 되므로, 축적 양분의 재활용에 대한 연구가 계속되어져야 한다. 특히 사용의 편리성 때문에 고농도의 복합비료 위주의 비배관리가 반복되고 있는 실정이므로 토양검정을 받아서 단비를 이용하여 적정한 시비를 해야 할 것이다. 이러한 방법은 생산성의 향상, 영농비의 절감, 공해의 유발을 억제하는 여러가지 효과가 있다. 농약과 산업공해로부터 양잠의 보호를 위해서는 안전지대에 잠업의 단지화, 인근 농과와의 대화를 통해서 양잠에 안전한 농약을 사용토록 하는 한편, 연구분야에서는 심도 있는 연구를 통해 양잠농가를 보호할 수 있는 대책의 수립이 요망되고 있다. 종합해서 말하자면 연구기관의 심도있는 연구가 더욱 활발히 이루워져야 할 것이며, 농민은 개발된 새기술에 보다 깊은 관심을 갖고 활용하는 한편, 필요로 하는 기술을 연구기관에 개발을 요청할 정도의 적극적인 자세가 요구된다. 또한 연구기관의 농민의 중간 교량역할을 하는 지도부문에서도 보다 적극적인 활동이 요청된다.

The study explores how the discourses on game addiction, which emphasize diligence and sincerity for labor and self-control, and professional gamers, who are trapped in pleasures of playing games in the virtual world, cohabit in Korean society. Progamers have grown from entertainment industry enlarged along with the current of the economic 'postmodernization,' mentioned by Hardt and Negri(1997; 2001; 2004). Hardt and Negri have elaborated on the economic postmodernization with the notion 'immaterial labor,' which blurs the line between economic (instrumental) actions and humane qualities as well as pertains to the potentiality of resistant practices against the power of modernity. From this perspective, progamers' labor is understood as 'affective labor,' an aspect of immaterial labor with the potentiality of resistance. However, meticulous examination of progamers' labor in this study reveals that progamers control their affects systematically, strategically, and rationally for their materialistic success. Progamers, while performing postmodern mode of labor, are subordinate to modern work ethics, which lead them to lose the potentiality of resistance. Consequently, while the discourses on game addiction and progamers outwardly form sharp contrast to each other, the two indeed are placed in tandem in the vein of modern work ethics of Protestantism.
