Recently, research and development using various Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies are being conducted in the field of education. Among the AI in Education (AIEd), conversational agents are not limited by time and space, and can learn more effectively by combining them with various AI technologies such as voice recognition and translation. This paper conducted a trend analysis on platforms that have a large number of users and used conversational agents for English learning among commercialized application. Currently commercialized educational platforms using conversational agent through trend analysis has several limitations and problems. To analyze specific problems and limitations, a comparative experiment was conducted with the latest pre-trained large-capacity dialogue model. Sensibleness and Specificity Average (SSA) human evaluation was conducted to evaluate conversational human-likeness. Based on the experiment, this paper propose the need for trained with large-capacity parameters dialogue models, educational data, and information retrieval functions for effective English conversation learning.

최근의 삽입 시스템의 실시간 운영체제(RTOS)에서는 메모리와 CPU 파워 등의 제한적인 환경에서 원하는 기능을 최적으로 최단시간에 구현할 수 있는 개방형 개발도구 환경이 거의 필수적이다. 개방형 개발환경은 타겟시스템의 부담을 최소화하면서 원하는 정보를 대화식으로 빠르게 억세스하여 참조, 제어 할 수 있는 원격 대화형쉘이 필수적이다. 본 논문에서는 원격지에서 모듈별 로딩, 태스크의 스폰과 더불어 테스크 상태 등을 확인할 수 있는 원격 대화형쉘 프로그램의 프로토타입과 그에 대한 구현방법을 기술하고 원격지에서 타겟의 부담을 최소화하는 방향의 정보참조방법을 비교분석하여 실시간 OS와 더불어 개발환경의 빠른 상호유지보수를 가능하게 하였다.

Speech recognition errors cause fatal results in a spoken dialogue system. When a system can not determine the speech-act of u utterance due to speech recognition errors, a dialogue system has a difficulty in continuing conversation. In this paper, we propose strategies for sub-dialogue generation by inferring the speech-act of an utterance with patterns of recognition errors on the field of form-filling dialogue. We used the proposed method on a plan-based dialogue model, corrected 27% of incomplete tasks, and acquired overall 89% of task completion rate.

현재 서비스되고 있는 홈네트워크는 가전기기들에 대한 홈오토메이션 서비스로서 웹이나 TV 등을 통한 메뉴선택 방식으로 제어되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 홈네트워크에 SMS를 통한 대화형 인터페이스를 도입함으로서 시간과 장소의 제약이 없는, 가전기기 제어를 가능하게 하였다. 대화형 인터페이스의 구현을 위해 홈네트워크 영역의 요구분석을 통하여 23개의 화행과 22개의 의미성분으로 이루어진 의미구조를 수립하였으며, WOZ(Wizard-of-OZ)방식으로 9만 6천 대화쌍을 수집하였다. 대화 처리를 위하여 예제기반 대화추론 및 응답생성 방법을 사용하였으며, SMS 영역에서의 성능향상을 위하여 전처리를 도입하였다. 구현된 서비스에 대한 성능평가 실험을 통해 사용자 만족도를 조사하였다.

The Purpose of this study is to explore if people with intellectual disabilities can play a role as 'meaningful informants' in research process in Korea, by challenging the existing paradigm which consists of suspicion on the communication ability of people with intellectual disabilities and truthlessness of their statements, which results in ignorance on the covered life of people with intellectual disabilities. In this research, lessons which could learn through reinterpretation of my research experience are as follows. Firstly, the deficits of communication ability can be supplemented with restructuring interview instruments such as research questions, visual aids etc and adopting conversation analysis methods. Secondly, Suspicion on the truthlessness of their statements can be restructured by epistemological and methodological reinterpretation on the representation of social reality. Thirdly, the mechanism of exclusion and oppression according to the ignorance can be substituted by 'uncovering the life of people with intellectual disabilities', which can be basis of reconstructing the contents of programmes in the disability service centers and disability policies in the government. With these research results it could be argued that there needs to include people with intellectual disabilities as meaningful informants in the research projects funded by the government and also to provide people with intellectual disabilities with diverse roles in the research process by virtue of the development of qualitative research methods in the near future.

대화 시스템에서 사용자 발화에 대한 감정 분석은 적절한 시스템 응답과 서비스를 제공하는데 있어 매우 중요한 정보이다. 본 연구에서는 단순한 긍, 부정이 아닌 분노, 슬픔, 공포, 기쁨 등 Plutchick의 8 분류 체계에 해당하는 상세한 감정을 분석 하는 데 있어, 임베딩 모델을 사용하여 기존의 어휘 자질을 효과적으로 사용할 수 있는 새로운 방법을 제안한다. 또한 대화 속에서 발생한 감정의 지속성을 반영하기 위하여 문장 임베딩 벡터와 문맥 임베딩 벡터를 자질로서 이용하는 방법에 대해 제안한다. 실험 결과 제안하는 임베딩 자질은 특히 내용어에 대해 기존의 어휘 자질을 대체할 수 있으며, 데이터 부족 문제를 다소 해소하여 성능 향상에 도움이 되는 것으로 나타났다.

The purpose of this study is twofold: (i) to develop a teaching and learning plan and practical performance assessment tools for the improvement of teenager-parent communication and relationships as well as explore their effects on the communication in the everyday family life; and (ii) to find the underlying problems of teenager- parent communication through conversation analysis and to provide a improved dialogue model. We provided the experimental group with a performance task of communication training between teenagers and their parents in the real family situation while the control group practiced communication skills in a learning situation. However for both classes, before and after performance tasks were equally provided. The experimental group exhibited a longer conversation time with their parents, better communication skills, and higher degrees of relational satisfaction than the control group. Conversation analysis revealed that the experimental group reduced the use of blocking techniques in the teenager-parent conversations more than the control group, and all so raised the frequency of functional communications more than the control group. In both areas of communication in the experimental group was significantly improved, Most notably, a problem-solving case through no-lose conflict resolution methods was effective, succeeding by 70% in the e experimental group and 43.3% in the control group. Parents use blocking techniques like admonition, lecturing, blaming. sarcastic remarking, ordering and so forth, while teenagers use dispute, avoidance, blaming, and teasing in this order. The communication problems during the conversation process, teenagers' evasive and rebellious way of speaking instigates adverse communication responses from parents, so their conversation tends to unfold as ambiguous evasion opposed to: inquiring or evasion by short answers vs. ordering-preaching, or disputing vs. criticizing-making sarcastic, disputing vs. disputing-teaching, and criticizing vs. criticizing.

이 논문은 대화 시스템에서 질의를 이해하기 위해 딥 러닝 모델을 통해 추출된 자동 추출 자질을 이용하여 문장의 유사성을 분석하는 방법에 대해 기술한다. 문장 간 유사성을 분석하기 위한 자동 추출 자질로써, 문장 내 표현 순차적 정보를 반영하기 위한 RNN을 이용하여 생성한 문장 벡터와, 어순에 관계 없이 언어 모델을 학습하기 위한 CNN을 이용하여 생성한 문장 벡터를 사용한다. 이렇게 자동으로 추출된 문장 임베딩 자질은 금융서비스 대화에서 입력 문장을 분류하거나 문장 간 유사성을 분석하는데 이용된다. 유사성 분석 결과는 질의 문장과 관련된 FAQ 문장을 찾거나 답변 지식을 찾는데 활용된다.

화자의 의도를 결정하는 문제는 대화 시스템에서 핵심적인 부분이다. 기존의 연구에서는 모델의 간소화를 위해 화자의 의도를 화행과 개념이라는 두 요소로 분리하여 분석하였다. 하지만 두 요소는 서로 밀접하게 관련되어 있기 때문에 모델의 간소화는 의도 분석 성능 저하의 원인이 되었다. 이런 문제점을 해결하기 위해 본 논문에서는 화자 의도 분류를 위한 재학습 방법을 제안한다. 제안된 방법은 화자의 의도를 분석하기 위해 화행 분류 모델과 개념열 분석 모델로 분리하여 분석한다. 학습 단계에서 화행 분류 모델은 개념열 분류 결과를 입력으로 사용하고 개념열 역시 마찬가지로 적용하였다. 목적 지항 대화를 대상으로 한 실험에서 제안된 시스템은 화자 의도 분류에서 최대엔트로피 모델과 지지 벡터 기계의 성능을 효과적으로 향상시켰다.

본 논문은 전자상거래에서 판매와 구매방법의 획일화된 검색기법을 이용한 상품의 검색 및 사용자 인터페이스를 지능형 대화 판매 에이전트를 설계함으로써 보다 편리하고 효율적인 사용자 인터페이스를 제공하는 시스템을 설계하였다. 기존 사이버 쇼핑몰에서 구매자의 검색에 의한 방식을 판매자와의 대화에 의한 검색방법으로 전환하여 구매자의 구매의욕을 증가시키고 검색에 소요되는 시간을 절약할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 구매자 어휘를 분석하고 구매패턴을 파악하여 추가의 수요를 창출 할 수 있는 데이터를 축적하는 방법을 제시하고 많은 고객을 동일한 시간에 상대해야 하는 웹의 전자상거래 시스템에서 판매를 담당하는 에이전트를 설계하게 되었다.
