휴대용 카세트 사용 청소년의 청력관련 요인 (A Study about the Factors Affecting Hearing loss in Adolescent's use of Personal Cassette Players(PCPs))

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the factors affecting hearing loss in adolescent's use of PCPs, and to give the basic data for adolescent's hearing conservation program development and prevention education against their hearing loss. This study was a descriptive research about three factors affecting hearing loss; the knowledge and attitude about noise, the perception of hearing loss and the hearing threshold. The subjects of this study were 383 students in two general high schools and two vocational high schools in Teagu. They have been using PCPs but with no current or past ear disease. This study was carried out from Sep. 1. 2000 to Oct. 24, 2000. The instrument used for the knowledge and attitude about noise was a questionnaire developed by Rhee. Kyung Yong and Yi. Kwan Hyung(1996). The instrument used for the perception of hearing loss was a Smith Hearing Screening Questionnaire. A Belton Model 112 Audiometer. air-conduction hearing test instrument. was used for the hearing threshold. Data was analysed by a SPSS/Win 10.0 program with frequency. percentage, t-test. ANOVA and pearson correlation. The results of this study were as follows; 1. The average of concern about hearing scored the highest $3.66{\pm}0.70$. The average of perceived susceptibility scored $2.64{\pm}0.85$ and the average of knowledge about noise scored $2.13{\pm}0.56$. The average of total knowledge and attitude about noise scored $2.82{\pm}0.46$. The average of discomfort of hearing loss($2.51{\pm}0.81$) scored higher than that fear of hearing loss($1.35{\pm}0.53$). The average of total perception of hearing loss scored $1.93{\pm}0.59$. The hearing threshold of the subjects scored the highest at 500Hz(Lt. $23.21{\pm}6.62$, Rt. $23.39{\pm}7.02$) and scored higher in order of 1000Hz, 2000Hz, 4000Hz and 8000Hz. 2. The knowledge and attitude about noise and the perception of hearing loss were both affected only by one important characteristic, which was general and vocational high schools. The knowledge and attitude about noise raked (t=5.258, p=0.000), and perception of hearing loss raked(t=2.241. p=0.026). However. several other important characteristics also impacted significantly on the knowledge and attitudes about noise. They included grade (t = 1. 987. p=0.048), father's education(F=2.745. p=0.043), marks(F=3.157, p=0.044), drinking(t=2.307, p=0.022) and smoking(t=2.587, p=0.010). The left hearing threshold differed significantly by sex at 1000Hz(t=5.175, p<0.001) and 8000Hz (t=3.334, p<0.01). According to general and vocational high schools (p<0.001), at 500Hz (t=-5.056), 1000Hz (t=-5.253), 2000Hz (t=-4.905), 4000Hz (t=-4.704) and 8000Hz (t=-5.204) significant differences were also shown. Marks were significant at 1000Hz (F=3.824, p<0.05) and drinking was found to be significant at 500Hz(t=2.203, p<0.05). The right hearing threshold differed significantly by sex at l000Hz(t=5.557. p<0.001). 4000Hz(t=2.234. p<0.05) and 8000Hz (t=2.730. p<0.01). According to general and vocational high schools(p<0.001) at 500Hz (t=-4.730), 1000Hz(t=-6.271). 2000Hz (t=-4.573). 4000Hz(t=-3.554) and 8000Hz (t=-3.405) significant differences were also shown. Grades impacted at 500Hz(t=2.201. p<0.05) and 4000Hz(t=2.511. p<0.05), while marks were significant at l000Hz(F=4.1l5. p<0.05) and drinking was significant at 500Hz(t=2.333. p<0.05). 3. The left hearing threshold in accordance with use of PCPs differed significantly at 2000Hz(F=2.996. p=0.03l) according to volume level and at 8000Hz(F=2.197. p=0.022) according to duration${\times}$hours per day. The right hearing threshold differed significantly at l000Hz(F=3.075. p=0.028) according to volume level and at 8000Hz(F=2.925. p=0.034) according to duration. 4. The knowledge and attitudes about noise showed a light positive correlation with the perception of hearing loss. A positive correlation was shown. as stated previously in all Hz, between the left hearing threshold and the right hearing threshold, especially the highest correlation at 2000Hz(r=0.761. p=0.000). This study has shown that the factors related to adolescent's use of PCPs are important as they impact significantly an adolescent's hearing. These results then indicate that in future, when designing a hearing conservation program and prevention education this data should be considered.

여성의 고위험 임신에 대한 경험 (Womans experience of Risk Situation on the High-Risk Pregnancy)

  • In spite of the great progress of the theory and skill of the Nursing Care & Medical area in relation to pregnancy, nurses in clinics face up to many challenges in maternity nursing care areas. The reason is that the mobility and mortality of mothers was sharply decreased and the unknown high-risk diseases of pregnancy woman in the past is made public. That's why it is difficult to meet the pregnancy woman in natural process from pregnancy to delivery in recently. Admission rooms are filled with high-risk pregnancy women. As a matter of fact, we have done nursing care into the surface symptoms and diseases of high-risk pregnancy women so far. We have been indifferent to a long period hospitalization, separation from family, and conflict of repeated examination. Therefore, it is widely spread to understand the emotional conflict experienced by high-risk pregnancy women and to need for nursing intervention to bring up about emotional support and the ability of perception in psychological crisis. Although the pregnancy woman judged in high-risk should carry out normal task of pregnancy, she have to be confronted with secondary risk situation. The health of self & fetus threatened by the risk situation could be decreased through care plan, but psychological stress increases. Therefore, the pregnancy brings into non-control state. It is important to ask that what the hospitalized pregnancy women in high-risk think of themselves status. Because misunderstanding or serious anxiety of themselves status put into mother and fetus in danger. And adaptation mode makes all the difference. I would like to consider how nurses could deal with this high-risk circumstances in the position of pregnancy woman on the basis of the above fact. This study uses phenomenological method to suggest the basis material for nurses to do nursing intervention in view of pregnancy woman. Because this method understands the nature of true life of pregnancy woman throughly. The phenomenological method is the sources to describe or explain affluently the process generated in confirmation areas and environment and is the application for readers to understand and recognize clinic reality and then apply this method to reasoning study place or other places. Specifically, the phenomenon study method, one of the phenomenological method, is applied. The use of that method is to describe and generalize the experience in environment exactly. The study of this study is as follows : Among 187 descriptive stamens from 8 study participants are classified into 42 theme cluster at the stage of the first analysis. Those theme is categorized into 8 sub-subjects such as anxiety of uncertainty, foreknowledge about risk circumstance, will power about overcome, unsettled feeling about hospital, relief, optimistic thought, family support, and indifferences. At the last stage of analysis, those things are categorized into 3 subjects. When high-risk pregnancy woman foretell the situation, they feel unsettlement about uncertainty and untrust feeling about hospital. But they are ease with family support and hospital support. On the other hand, they express indifferent 3-way structure response to the situation having will of overcome and exceeding optimistic thought. In those statements, the experience by pregnancy woman shows 3 respect subjects. 1. They are anxious of this situation and are in desperation and don't recognize their role to be carried out 2. They think of this situation as normal process of pregnancy and are not concerned that this can give themselves and fetus fatal damage. 3. The pregnancy women will never confront this situation. This study shows the pregnancy woman has anxiety and optimistic relief about the situation, and ignores and optimistic relief about the situation, and ignores many things. Therefore, nurses in clinic should give pregnancy woman knowledge and information about the high-risk and help them to deal with the situation spontaneously. High-risk pregnancy woman should have the care plan in respect of the right perception. And the nurse know that their support help out pregnancy woman overcome the crisis in this respect of the special nursing intervention.

초산모의 분만유형별 분만경험에 대한 지각과 모아상호작용 과정에 관한 연구 (Primiparas만 Perceptions of Their Delivery Experience and Their Maternal-Infant Interaction : Compared According to Delivery Method)

  • One of the important tasks for new parents. especially mothers, is to establish warm, mutually affirming interpersonal relationships with the new baby in the family, with the purpose of promoting the healthy development of the child and the wellbeing of the whole family. Nurses assess the quality of the behavioral characteristics of the maternal-infant interaction. This study examined the relationships between primiparas pereptions of their delivery experience and their maternal infant interaction. It compared to delivery experience of mothers having a normal vaginal delivery with those having a casearean section. The purpose was to explore the relationships between the mother's perceptions of her delivery experience with her maternal infant interaction. The aim was to contribute to the development of theoretical understanding on which to base care toward promoting the quality of maternal-infant interaction. Data were collected directly by the investigator and a trained associate from Dec. 1, 1987 to March 8, 1988. Subjects were 3 random sample of 62 mothers, 32 who had a normal vaginal delivery and 30 who had a non-elective cesarean section (but without other perinatal complications) at three general hospitals in Seoul. Instruments used were the Stainton Parent -infant Interaction Scale(1981) and the Marut and Mercer Perception of Birth Scale(1979). The first observations were made in the delivery room (for vaginally delivered mothers only), followed by day 1, day 2, day 3, and 2 weeks, 4 weeks, 6 weeks and 8 weeks after birth, for a total of 7-8 contacts(Cesarean section mothers were observed on days 4 and 5 but the data not used for analysis). Observations in the hospital were made during the hour prior to scheduled feedings. The infant was placed beside the mother. Later contacts were made at home. Data analysis was done by computer using as SPSS program and indulded X² test, paired t-test, t-test, and Pearson Correlation coefficient ; the results were as follows. 1. Mothers who had a normal vaginal delivery tended to perceive the delivery experience more positively than cesarean section mothers(p=0.002). The finding supported the hypothesis I that perception of delivery would vary according to the method of delivery. Mothers' perceptions of birth were classified into three dimensions, labor, delivery and the bady. There was a significantly different and positive perception by the vaginally delivered mothers to the delivery experience(p=0.000) but no differences for labor or the bady according to the delivery method(p=0.096, p=0.389), 2. Mothers who had a normal vaginal delivery had higher average maternal-infant interaction scores(p=0.029) than mothers who had a cesarean section. There were similar higher scores for the 1st day(p=0.042), 2nd day (p=0.009), and the 3rd day(p=0.006) after delivery but not for later times. The findings supported the hypothesis Ⅱ that there would be differences in maternal-infant interaction for mothers having vaginal and cesarean section deliveries. However these differences deccreased section deliveries. However these differences decreased over time . by eight weeks the scores for vaginal delivery mothers averaged 8.1 and for cesarean section mothers, 7.9. 3. The more highly positive the pereption of the delivery experience, the higher the maternal-infant interaction score for all subjects(F=.3206, p=.006). The findings supported the hypothesis Ⅲ that there would be correlations between perceptions of delivery and maternal-infant interaction. The maternal infant interaction was highest when the perception of the bady and deliery was positive(r=.4363, p=.000, r=.2881, p=.012). No correlations between perceptions of labor and maternal-infant interaction were found(p=0.062). 4. The daily maternal-infant interaction score for the initial contact after birth to 8 weeks postpartum had the lowest average score 5.20 and the highest 7.98(in a range of 0-10). This subjects group of mothers needed nursing intervention to promote their maternal- infant interaction. The daily scores for the maternal-infant over the period of eight weeks. However, there were significantly different increases in maternal-infant interaction only from the first to second day(p=0.000) and from the fourth to sixth weeks after birth(P=0.000). 5. When the eight items of maternal-infant interaction were evaluated separately, “Expresses feelings about her role as mother” had the highest average score, 1.64(ina range of 0-3)and “Speaks to baby” the lowest, 0.9. All items, with the possible exception of “Expresses feelings about her role as mother”, suggested the subjects' need of nursing intervention to promote maternal-infant interaction. 6. There were positive correlations between certain general charateristis, namely, both a higher economic status(p=0.002) and breast feeding(p=0.202) and maternal - infant interaction. There were positive correlations between a mother's confidence in her role as a mother and the perception of the birth experience(p=0.004). For mothers who had a cesarean section, a positive perception of the birth experience was related to the duration of her marriage(p=0.010), a wanted pregnancy (P=0.030) and her confidence in her role as a mother(p=0.000). Pereptions of birth for mothers who had a normal vaginal delivery were positive than those for mothers who had a cesarean section. The level of maternalinfant interaction for mothers delivered vaginally was higher than for cesarean section mothers. The relationship between perception of birth and materanalinfant interaction was confirmed. Cesarean section has an impact on the mother's perceived experience of birth which, in turn, is positively related to maternal-infant in turn, is positively related to maternal-infant interaction. Nursing intervention to enhance maternal-infant interaction should begin in prenatal classes with an exploration of the potential impact of cesarean section on the perceptions of the birth experience and continue throughout the perinatal and post-natal periods to promote the mother's ability to control with this crisis experience and to mobilize social support. Nursing should help transform a relatively negatively perceived experience into an accepted, positively perceived and self affirming experience which enhances the maternal-infant relationship.

노인요양시설에 있는 노인환자의 구강실태 및 치료수요도 (Oral health status and treatment need of institutionalized elderly patients)

  • 문제제기: 노인요양시설은 치과진료영역 가운데 가장 취약한 상태에 놓여 있고 신체적, 정신적 장애로 인해 주관적 치료요구도를 파악할 수 없는 상태지만 이에 대한 기초적인 실태조사가 전무한 상태이다. 목적: 본 연구는 노인요양시설에서 노인환자들의 치아우식증에 의한 구강실태를 조사하고, 기능치아와 보철물로 이루어진 교합단위를 분석하여 그에 따른 치과치료수요도를 분석하는데 목적이 있으며 향후 적절한 진료방향을 수립하는데 기여하고자 한다. 연구재료 및 방법: 노인요양시설에서 758명의 노인환자와 D치과의원에 내원한 212명의 65세 이상인 노인을 대상으로 2000년 국민구강건강실태조사에서 작성된 치아우식검진지침에 입각하여 구강실태조사를 시행하였다. 결과: 노인요양시설의 노인에게서 고령으로 갈수록 대조군에 비해 악화되고 있는 구강상태를 알 수 있었고 매우 높은 치료수요를 파악할 수 있었다. 고찰: 노인환자의 구강건강관리를 위해서는 무엇보다도 이들을 보살피는 간병인과 간호 인력들이 가지고 있는 구강건강의 중요성에 대한 인식을 바꾸기 위한 노력이 절실히 필요한 상황이다. 이제는 무치악 환자에게 시행되고 있는 일회성 의치사업 일변도의 복지정책방향을 보건복지부와 일선 지방자치단체에서 사후관리를 원칙으로 한 전문가에 의한 무치악 환자의 의치사업으로 강화해야 하며 유치악의 노인환자들에 대한 정기적인 치과검진을 시행하고 이동진료 및 왕진시스템이 보완된 구강건강관리 및 보존, 수복진료 형태로의 전환을 고려할 시점이라 생각된다.

Noncondensable gas's influence in waster vapor absorption accompanying interfacial disturbance into aqueous solution of LiBr

  • 흡수식 열펌프에서 폭 넓게 사용되고 있는 대표적인 냉매/흡수용액은 $H_2O$ / LiBr 계이다 그러나, LiBr 수용액의 점성계수는 LiBr의 농도가 커짐에 따라 증가하기 때문에, LiBr수용액의 농용액 영역에서 물질확산계수가 감소한다. 이 결점을 보완하기 위해 흡수용액에 계면활성제를 첨가시키므로서 흡수를 촉진시키는 방식을 이용하고 있다. 계면활성제의 첨가에 의한 흡수용액의 열 및 물질이동 촉진에 관한 연구는 계면활성제 첨가농도에 의해 흡수용액의 표면상에서 게면활성제가 액적으로 존재하는 계면활성제 포화용해도 이상의 조건에서 발생하는 마랑고니대류가 효과적이다. 이 흡수촉진효과는 냉매증기의 흡수시 흡수용액표면상의 분포한 계면활성제와 흡수용액사이의 표면장력차에 기인하는 계면교한 현상에 기인한다. 그러나, 이흡수촉지효과는 냉매증기의 흡수가 일어나는 흡수기 내부의 不안정상태, 즉, 불응축성가스(공기)가 존재하지 않는 조건하에서 이루어지며, 불응축성가스가 흡수촉진저하(열 및 물질이동의 저하)에 기인하는 연구는 보고된 바 없다. 이러한 불응축성가스가 흡수기 내부에 존재할 때 계면교한의 거동 및 열 및 물질이동저하현상을 파악하기 위하여 계면활성제 농도변화(포화용해도 이상 및 이하의 두 조건)에 따른 증기흡수 실험 및 계면교한가시화 실험을 행하였다. 결과적으로 본실험을 통하여 불응축성가스가 수증기흡수에 끼치는 영향을 파악(계면교란의 악화) 첨가시의 흡수량과 不安定상태(불응축성가스가 존재시)의 증기흡수량의 비교에 의해 급격한 증기흡수저하가 不安定상태하에서 발생함으로서 불응축성가스가 흡수촉진효과(계면교한현상)을 저해시키는 결론을 얻었다.es and facts obtained by the expenence in this area, respectively. Both depth-first search and backward chaining schemes are used in reasoning process. This expert system is written in an artificial intelligence language "PROLOG", and its availability is demonstrated through the case study.e함량은 감소되었으며 sulfhydryl기가 증가됨에 따라서 disulfide groups은 감소되는 경향을 보였고 ascorbic acid는 열처리 온도뿐만 아니라 시간과도 관련이 있음을 알 수 있었다. 저온 살균유와 초고온 살균유 사이에서는 지표물질들의 함량이 다소 차이가 있음을 볼 수 있었다.담시간이 구체적으로 기술되지 않았으며, 고유한 언어를 통역하는 과정에서 의미론적 문제에 대한 고려가 부족하였다. 면접과 기록과정에서 보면 자료의 기록과정과 분류 및 분석과정이 명시되어 있지 않았다. 참여관찰과 면접방법을 사용시 이에 대한 자세한 기술이 되어 있지 않았다. 5. 연구결과의 적용 및 이에 대한 논의는 상당히 제한되어 있었는데, 수편의 연구만이 방법론 문제점과 앞으로의 연구분야에 대한 전망을 제시하였으며, 특이한 것은 어 떤 연구자도 이른 개발을 위한 적용 및 임상실무적 차원에서 간호에 대한 제언을 하지 않았다.유모델변수들은 유입-유출 자료들로부터 평가할 수 있으며, 이를 위해서 본 논문에서는 Gauss-Newton 방법을 이용한 Bard

간호원의 환자교육 활동에 관한 연구 (Study of Patient Teaching in The Clinical Area)

  • Nursing of today has as one of its objectives the solving of problems related to human needs arising from the demands of a rapidly changing society. This nursing objective, I believe, can he attained by the appropriate application of scientific principles in the giving of comprehensive nursing care. Comprehensive nursing care may be defined as nursing care which meets all of the patient's needs. the needs of patients are said to fall into five broad categories: physical needs, psychological needs, environmental needs, socio-economic needs, and teaching needs. Most people who become ill have adjustment problems related to their new situation. Because patient teaching is one of the most important functions of professional nursing, the success of this teaching may be used as a gauge for evaluating comprehensive nursing care. This represents a challenge foe the future. A questionnaire consisting of 67 items was distributed to 200 professional nurses working ill direct patient care at Yonsei University Medical Center in Seoul, Korea. 160 (80,0%) nurses of the total sample returned completed questionnaires 81 (50.6%) nurses were graduates of 3 fear diploma courser 79 (49.4%) nurses were graduates of 4 year collegiate nursing schools in Korea 141 (88,1%) nurses had under 5 years of clinical experience in a medical center, while 19 (11.9%) nurses had more than 5years of clinical experience. Three hypotheses were tested: 1. “Nurses had high levels of concept and knowledge toward patient teaching”-This was demonstrated by the use of a statistical method, the mean average. 2. “Nurses graduating from collegiate programs and diploma school programs of nursing show differences in concepts and knowledge toward patient teaching”-This was demonstrated by a statistical method, the mean average, although the results showed little difference between the two groups. 3. “Nurses having different amounts of clinical experience showed differences in concepts and knowledge toward patient teaching”-This was demonstrated by the use of a statistical method, the mean average. 2. “Nurses graduating from collegiate programs and diploma school programs of nursing show differences in concepts and knowledge toward patient teaching”-This was demonstrated by a statistical method, the mean average, although the results showed little difference between the two groups. 3. “Nurses having different amounts of clinical experience showed differences in concepts and knowledge toward patient teaching”-This was demonstrated by the use of the T-test. Conclusions of this study are as follow: Before attempting the explanation, of the results, the questionnaire will he explained. The questionnaire contained 67 questions divided into 9 sections. These sections were: concept, content, time, prior preparation, method, purpose, condition, evaluation, and recommendations for patient teaching. 1. The nurse's concept of patient teaching: Most of the nurses had high levels of concepts and knowledge toward patient teaching. Though nursing service was task-centered at the turn of the century, the emphasis today is put on patient-centered nursing. But we find some of the nurses (39.4%) still are task-centered. After, patient teaching, only a few of the nurses (14.4%) checked this as “normal teaching.”It seems therefore that patient teaching is often done unconsciously. Accordingly it would he desirable to have correct concepts and knowledge of teaching taught in schools of nursing. 2. Contents of patient teaching: Most nurses (97.5%) had good information about content of patient teaching. They teach their patients during admission about their diseases, tests, treatments, and before discharge give nurses instruction about simple nursing care, personal hygiene, special diets, rest and sleep, elimination etc. 3. Time of patient teaching: Teaching can be accomplished even if there is no time set aside specifically for it. -a large part of the nurse's teaching can be done while she is giving nursing care. If she believes she has to wait for time free from other activities, she may miss many teaching opportunities. But generally proper time for patient teaching is in the midmorning or midafternoon since one and a half or two hours required. Nurses meet their patients in all stages of health: often tile patient is in a condition in which learning is impossible-pain, mental confusion, debilitation, loss of sensory perception, fear and anxiety-any of these conditions may preclude the possibility of successful teaching. 4. Prior preparation for patient teaching: The teaching aids, nurses use are charts (53.1%), periodicals (23.8%), and books (7.0%) Some of the respondents (28.1%) reported that they had had good preparation for the teaching which they were doing, others (27.5%) reported adequate preparation, and others (43.8%) reported that their preparation for teaching was inadequate. If nurses have advance preparation for normal teaching and are aware of their objectives in teaching patients, they can do effective teaching. 5. Method of patient teaching: The methods of individual patient teaching, the nurses in this study used, were conversation (55.6%) and individual discussion (19.2%) . And the methods of group patient teaching they used were demonstration (42.3%) and lecture (26.2%) They should also he prepared to use pamphlet and simple audio-visual aids for their teaching. 6. Purposes of patient teaching: The purposes of patient teaching is to help the patient recover completely, but the majority of the respondents (40.6%) don't know this. So it is necessary for them to understand correctly the purpose of patient teaching and nursing care. 7. Condition of patient teaching: The majority of respondents (75.0%) reported there were some troubles in teaching uncooperative patients. It would seem that the nurse's leaching would be improved if, in her preparation, she was given a better understanding of the patient and communication skills. The majority of respondents in the total group, felt teaching is their responsibility and they should teach their patient's family as well as the patient. The place for teaching is most often at the patient's bedside (95.6%) but the conference room (3.1%) is also used. It is important that privacy be provided in learning situations with involve personal matters. 8. Evaluation of patient teaching: The majority of respondents (76.3%,) felt leaching is a highly systematic and organized function requiring special preparation in a college or university, they have the idea that teaching is a continuous and ever-present activity of all people throughout their lives. The suggestion mentioned the most frequently for improving preparation was a course in patient teaching included in the basic nursing program. 9. Recommendations: 1) It is recommended, that in clinical nursing, patient teaching be emphasized. 2) It is recommended, that insertive education the concepts and purposes of patient teaching he renewed for all nurses. 도시와 농촌지역의 폐결핵 환자 순응도 및 치료에 관련된 요인 (Factors Related with the Compliance and Treatment in Patients with Pulmonary Tuberculosis in Urban and Suburb Area)

  • 도시와 농촌지역의 폐결핵환자 순응도 및 치료에 관련된 요인을 조사하기 위하여 1992년 1월 1일부터 1993년 12월 31일까지 2년동안 도시지역 보건소에서 등록치료한 545명과 농촌지역 보건소 210명으로 총 755명을 대상으로 조사한 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 폐결핵환자의 일반적 특성을 지역으로 나누어보면 도시는 545명중 $20\sim29$세가 150명(27.5%)이고 농촌은 210명중 $60\sim69$세가 45명(21.4%) $70\sim79$세가 45명(21.4%)으로 유의하게 많았고, 폐결핵환자의 폐결핵과 관련된 특성은 도시는 초회X-선 검진결과 경증이 54.5%, 농촌은 중등증이 44.3% 많았다(P<0.01). 추후X-선 검진은 도시지역이 94.3% 실시한 것으로 농촌지역 90.0%보다 잘하는 것으로 나타났다(P<0.05). 폐결핵 발견경위는 도시지역은 보건소 유료X-선 검진 56.7% 농촌지역은 보건소 무료X-선 검진 35.2%로 가장 많았다(P<0.01), 폐결핵환자의 완치자 수는 도시가 90.8% 농촌이 87.1%로 도시지역이 높았다. 폐결핵환자의 동거가족이 있는 경우는 도시지역이 79.1% 이고 농촌은 88.1%로 농촌이 유의하게 높았다(P<0.05). 폐결핵환자의 폐결핵과 관련된 특성별 치료효율은 배양검사결과 양성인자의 완치자수는 도시가 201명(93.5%)이고 농촌은 108명중 99명(91.7%)으로 음성인 도시 330명중 294명(89.1%) 농촌 102명중 84명(82.4%)으로 배양에서 양성으로 나온사람이 음성인자보다 완치율이 높았다. 일반적 특성별 수약협조에 관한 사항의 유의한 관련성이 있는 요인은 연령, 동거가족유무, 사회경제적상태 등이고 폐결핵과 관련된 특성별 수약협조에 관한 사항은 방사선 소견, 배양검사 등이었다(P<0.05). 생존분석에 의한 도시에서의 등록기간별 규칙수약 누적율은 추적 6개월째 92.5%이고 농촌은 88.1%였다. 규칙수약실패율은 도시가 2개월째 3.75%, 농촌은 4개월째 4.15%로 가장 높았다. 치료결과에 관련된 요인들에 대한 다변량분석결과(Logisric Regression) 도시는 X-선 검진과 수약협조가 유의한 관련성이 있는 것으로 나타났다(P<0.05). 농촌은 통계적으로 유의한 것은 없었다. 이는 sample size가 작아서 유의하지 않은 것처럼 나온 것이라 생각된다. 수약협조에 관련된 요인에 대한 다변량 분석결과 (Logistic Regression) 도시는 초회 X-선, 객담 배양검사결과와 동거가족 유무가 유의한 변수였다(P<0.05). 즉 가족이 있는 환자가 치료지시이행이 높은 것으로, 이는 장기간의 치료를 요하는 질병일수록 가족의 지지가 중요한 것임을 시사한다 하겠다. 따라서 동거가족이 있고, 규칙수약하는 환자는 문제가 없는 것으로 폐결핵환자의 치료 순응도를 높이기 위해서는 치료실시전 보건교육을 보다 철저히 하여 규칙수약토록 하여야 하며 특히 동거가족이 없는 환자에 더욱더 관심을 가져야 할 것으로 사료된다.

간호학생의 효과적인 자율학습을 위한 조사연구 (A Study on the Effective Independent Study of Nursing Student)

  • This survey was made for a month starting from November 15 to December 15, 1977 covering 711 students taking the junior. (3rd-yea.) and the senior. (4th-year) at nine college of nursing in Seoul concerning their perception and Attitude toward the profession of nursing, motive for the necessity of learning, environment of study, attitude of study and particulars relevant with study performance, particulars of library, references and reading, assignments and particulars of the degree of confidence for the learning achievement. Through the survey of the above Particulars, the following results were obtained by classifying all subject matters and by analysing motive of the selection of their course, awarding or not awarding of scholarships. 1. General characteristics: it was revealed that 406 students (57.1%) were attending at the junior. while 305 students (42.9%) were taking the senior. Thus, the total number was 711 and their average age was 21.4 years. Their dwelling category was; 73.9 percent of them resided at their parent's home, 214 students (30.1%) were awarded with scholarships. The reason to be attracted by nursing science was the possibility of continuing social life after graduation (43.5%). 2. Their perception and attitude toward the profession of nursing: According to the perception of profession by the students of each grade, students of the 4th grade showed comparatively strong conception. Also, students of the 4th grade showed more positive attitude in the purchase and reading of magazines relative with the science of nursing, in the reading of Code for Nurses and in their interest in the activity of nursing field. For the necessity of mission of nurse, 97.7 percent of the entire number of students covered responded to necessity. For the necessity of the particular humanity and particularity in the character of nurses, 95.8 percent of those students responded to necessity. By the each grade, students of the 4th grade showed more response. 3. As to professional field desired after completing the professional course: 57 percent of those students desired for clinician nurse while 55 percents desired for community health-nurse. 4. As to the environment of study: they were mostly satisfied with their present residential environment. However, they complained of inconvenience at their lecture-halls. Students of the 3rd grade showed more complain. As to their attitude toward the adjustment of environment of study, they showed a affirmative response. As to the opinion of factors which interfere with their study, comparatively strong response was showed in their scepticism in the science of nursing, insufficient comprehension in general learning, relation with professors n4 discrepancy in the method of study. According to opinions of students at each grade, students of the 4th grade showed more scepticism. 5. Particulars relative with their attitude and performance of study : As to their knowledge of the objectives of their study of subject, the majority was to study with a partial knowledge of the objectives of their study. As to the plan of study, a low percentage indicated management of routine life under regular scheduling. Students of the 4th grade responded to rather planned life. As to time spent in independent study, response to concentrated study when necessary was stronger than that to regular daily study. Students of the 4th grade showed stronger response to regular study than that of the 3rd grade. As to the contents of their note-taking, 67.4 percents of those students responded to such regulatory procedure performing in the lecture-hall as they listen to lectures. 17.3 percents of those students showed response to adding supplementary informations from references to what was entered in choir note-taking at their lecture-halls. 6. Particulars of library, references and reading books: As to receiving of instruction for the utilization of library and time of receiving such instruction 64.7 percents of those students had received such instruction. 66.7 percents of the those responded received such instruction at orientation conducted for freshmen. As to the convenience of the utilization of library, 49.9 percents of those students responded to convenience. However, students of the 3rd grade showed a much stronger response to inconvenience. As to the time of the utilization of library,92.5 percents of those students showed a response to occasional utilization for particular purpose than regular utilization. 53.2 percents of those students responded to ordinary in quantity that library have references. 34.2 percents of those students responded to insufficient. As to the particular relative with the method and field of reading: 53.5 percents of those students responded to intensive reading and was the majority. As to the reading field, fiction u as the majority. When read any books for their major, they usually rend Korean text-b, oks. 7. Particular relative with giving assignment: All respondents were well aware of the objectives of giving home tasks. As to the attitude toward assignments and performing home tasks, 54.8 percents of those students to making ostentatious study because of an excessive quantity of assignments imposed. For performing assignment, they showed comparatively positive response. Also, 52.2 percents of those students responded that they usually submitted complected assignment with references. 8. As to motive to realize the necessity of study : 55.6 percents of those students responded that they realized such necessity in communication with patients when they were engaged in clinical practice. Also, 8.6, the lowest percents of those students responded that they realized such necessity in the course of conversation with nurses when they were engaged in clinical practice. 9. As to the determination of their confidence in the performance of study relative with clinical experience: They showed a general inclination of having in nursing. The major response was that they came to well comprehend the patients families. the lowest response was that they could apply what was learned at lecture-hall to practice. This response incidentally showed the distance the lecture-hall and practical study. In general items, students of the 4th grade showed more favorable response than students of the 3rd grade and there was a significant difference. 10. As to the perception and attitude toward profession according to the motive of selecting the nursing science : Those who selected the nursing voluntarily showed stronger conception than those who selected the nursing through indirect influence. However, there was no significant difference on this point. Only there was a remarkable difference in the reading of Code for Nurses. 11. Those who showed a stronger conception in the profession of nursing according to the motives of attractive nursing science indicated a strong will and ability to manage stable life and comparatively strong response was shown in the management of good home life because of the good adaptability of the science to their character. This group showed a strong conception of the profession than those who responded that they prefer this profession out of a longing for the work of a hospital and for the easy obtaining of opportunity to immigrate to over seas and for economic cause and for high school grade. There was significant difference between these two groups, 12. As to the conception and attitude toward the profession of nursing according to benefits by scholarships, those who were benefitted by scholarship showed stronger conception of profession than those who did not receive scholarship and there was a remarkable difference between these two categories. However, there was no remarkable difference between these two categories in the extent of interest of the activities of nursing fields and in the reading of Code for Nurses. 13. As activation for study according to the benefits of scholarships, those who were benefitted by scholarships showed stronger response to the motive for study comparing with those who receive. 14. As to tile field of reading according to the benefits by scholarships, those who received scholarships tended to read autobiographies and essayers to a considerable extent. Those who did not receive scholarships tended to read novels. Those who received scholarships more read nursing boots than those who did not receive scholarships. 15. As to the attitude of study and doing of assignment according to benefits of scholarships, those who received scholarships managed a favorable life with schedules for study, More students of receiving scholarship showed a regular study for more than one hour per day. Also, in the method of doing home tasks, more students of receiving scholarship showed reference to relative books frequently for the submission of completed assignments.

  • 비병원근무자(非病院勤務者)인 부산대학교(釜山大學校) 자연과학대학(自然科學大學) 생물학계열(生物學系列) 18명(名), 미생물학과(微生物學科) 2학년(學年) 31명(名), 미생물학과(微生物學科) 3학년(學年) 37명(名)과 병원근무자(病院勤務者)인 간호과학생(看護科學生) 30명(名), 간호원(看護員) 30명(名), 수술근무간호원(手術勤務看護員) 30명(名), 의사(醫師) 30명(名), 총(總) 256명(名)을 대상(對象)으로 하여 비강(鼻腔)에서 황색포도구균(黃色葡萄球菌)을 분리(分離)하여 얻은 성적(成績)은 다음과 같다. 1. 비병원근무자(非病院勤務者) 대학생(大學生)에서 황색포도구균분리율(黃色葡萄球菌分離率)은 49예(例)(29.7%), 병원근무자(病院勤務者)에서는 67예(例)(55.8%)이었다. 2. 비병원근무자(非病院勤務者) 대학생(大學生)의 비강(鼻腔)에서 분리(分離)한 황색포도구균(黃色葡萄球菌)의 40예(例)에서 coagulase 양성균주(陽性菌株) 29예(例)(72.5%), 음성균주(陰性菌株) 11예(例)(27.5%)이고, mannitol 분해(分解) 양성균주(陽性菌株) 29예(例)(72.5%), 음성균주(陰性菌株) 11예(例)(27.5%)이었다. 3. 병원근무자(病院勤務者)의 비강(鼻腔)에서 분리(分離)한 황색포도구균(黃色葡萄球菌)의 67예(例)에서 coagulase 양성균주(陽性菌株) 59예(例)(58.1%), 음성균주(陰性菌株) 8예(例)(11.9%)이고, mannitol 분해양성균주(分解陽性菌株) 49예(例)(73.1%), 음성균주(陰性菌株) 18예(例)(26.9%)이었다. 4. 분리균주중(分離菌株中)에서 coagulase양성(陽性) 및 mannitol분해양성(分解陽性) 49균주(菌株)에 대(對)한 용혈반응(溶血反應)의 감수성(感受性)의 순위(順位)는 가토(家兎) 40예(例)(81.6%), 모르못트 25예(例)(53.5%), 면양(緬羊) 13예(例)(26.5%)이고, 닭 및 사람의 적혈구(赤血球)에는 용혈반응음성(溶血反應陰性)이었다. 5. 분리균주중(分離菌株中)에서 coagulase양성(陽性) 및 mannitol분해양성(分解陽性) 49균주(菌株)에 대(對)한 용혈반응(溶血反應)은 전주(全株)에 대(對)해서 각각(各各) 음성(陰性)이었다. 6. 화학요법제(化學療法劑)에 대(對)한 분리균주(分離菌株)에 대(對)한 성적(成績)은 비병원근무자(非病院勤務者) 분리균주(分離菌株)는 대부분(大部分) 감수성(感愛性)이 있으나 병원근무자(病院勤務者) 분리균주(分離菌株)는 대부분(大部分) 저항성(抵抗性)을 나타냄을 관찰(觀察)할 수 있었다.

NaCl처리에 따른 벼 유묘기의 엽록소 및 유리 Proline의 함량 변화 (Changes in Contents of Chlorophyll and Free Proline as Affected by NaCl in Rice Seedling)

  • 벼의 내염성 검정 방법을 개선하고자 주요 품종을 수경재배하여 염분처리하고 유묘기에 엽의 엽록소 및 유리 proline의 함량을 조사하여 달관조사에 의한 내염성정도와의 관계를 검사하였다. 1. 염해정도는 0.6%의 염분처리에서 약 25일이 경과되어야 품종간 차이가 뚜렷하였다. 2. 염분처리농도별 엽록소의 함량은 처리후 14일에 가야벼와 태백벼에서 모두 처리농도가 높아짐에 따라 점차 감소하였는데 그 감소경향은 0.4% 이상부터 가야벼보다 태백벼에서 크게 나타났다. 3. 0.6%의 염처리에서 염록소의 함량은 시간이 경과함에 따라 가야벼에서는 감소정도가 완만하였는데 태백벼에서는 감소정도가 컸으며 처리 20일 후에는 무처리에 비하여 가야벼는 약 16%, 태백벼에서는 약 67%가 각각 감소되었다. 4. 0.6% 염처리에서는 처리후 10일에 품종별 엽록소함량과 염해정도(1-9)와의 사이에는 유의적인 부의 상관이 인정되었다. 5. 염처리농도에 따라 유리 proline의 함량은 처리 후 14일에 가야벼에서는 염농도가 높아짐에 따라 점차 증가하였고 태백벼에서는 0.6%까지 급증하였다가 0.8%에서는 감소되었는데 특히 0.4%와 0.6%에서는 태백벼가 가야벼보다 월등히 높았다. 6. 0.6%의 염처리에서 시기별 유리 proline의 함량은 가야벼에서는 처리 15일 후부터 증가하였으나 태백벼에서는 처리 5일 후부터 급증하다가 처리 20일 후에는 오히려 감소되었으며 처리 10일 후에는 태백벼가 가야벼에 비하여 6배 이상이나 높았다. 7. 0.6% 염처리 10일 후에 유리 proline의 함량과 염해정도와의 사이에는 유의적인 정의 상관이 있었다. 8. 이상의 결과로 볼 때 벼 유묘기의 염처리에 따른 엽록소 및 유리 proline함량은 품종간 내염성정도를 판정할 수 있는 지표의 하나로 활용할 수 있을 것으로 생각된다.엽면적지수의 최고점이 조기에 오고 만생종은 늦게 최고점에 달하였다. 최고점의 엽면적지수는 6.4~6.8이었고 측정시기별 엽면적지수합계치는 최근품종이 24.6~28.8범위인데 과거품종은 이보다 훨씬 많았다. 8. 조숙다수성인 조광, 내밀, 그루밀, 새밀의 엽록소함량은 월동후 4월 21일까지 높았고 출수후(5월 12일~26일)의 엽록소함량도 높았으며 과거품종인 영광, 장광, 진광, 원광, 신광은 엽록소함량이 낮았다. 9. 순동화율은 다수성품종일수록, 초성이 좋을수록 높았고 장간인 과거품종은 순동화율이 낮았다. 10. 수당립중은 만생종보다 조생종이 낮으며 입모중 1일당 수분감소율은 평균 1.2%, 영광, 진광, 남광, 원광, 신광은 1.5%이었고 조광, 내밀, 그루밀, 새밀, 올밀, 청계밀, 중국8001는 9~1.1이었다. 11. 과거품종에 비하여 최근품종은 다수품종이 많으며 수량의 증가는 직선적으로 증가되고 조광, 내밀, 그루밀, 새밀이 가장 다수성품종이었다. 수량구성요소를 보면 수원 육성품종은 m$^2$ 당수수와 천립중의 증가에 의하여, 밀양육성품종은 m$^2$당수수의 증가에 의하여 수량이 높아졌으며 앞으로 수원에서는 수당립수, 밀양에서는 수당립수와 천립중의 증가에 주력해야겠다.적용 및 임상실무적 차원에서 간호에 대한 제언을 하지 않았다.유모델변수들은 유입-유출 자료들로부터 평가할 수 있으며, 이를 위해서 본 논문에서는 Gauss-Newton 방법을 이용한 Bard 알고리즘을 사용하였다. 서울 구로구 시흥동 산사태 발생 지역의 산사면에 대하여 개발된 모델을 적용하여 예제 해석을 수행함으로써, 지하수 흐름 모델이 산사태 발생 예측을 위하여 이용할 수 있음을 입증하였다. 또한, 매개변수분석 연구를 통하여, 변수 a값은 작은 변화에 대하여 목적함수값에 큰 변화를 일으키므로
