Triple Helix Model evolution perspective through human capital policies in the process of industrialization era (산업화과정 인력양성 정책을 통해 본 Triple Helix Model의 진화)

  • The knowledge and technological competitiveness produced by universities determines a country's scientific technology and industrial competitiveness. The aim of this study is to find the evolution of Triple Helix Model (THM) by analyzing cases of technological catching-up and nurturing the human capital policies during Korea industrialization era, from 1960 to 2020. To fulfill the aims, this study utilized qualitative methodologies. In this study not only the process of acquiring technologies and core technologies but also the system for nurturing the human capital focused on scientific and engineers was analyzed. In addition characteristics of each ear of Triple Helix Model (THM) were examined. From the results, this study suggests Triple Helix Syncro-Scenario (THSS) which is the compelling innovation model, based on scenario, combined the personal experiences various critical thoughts and problems with enterprises and government for creating the incessment innovations.

  • 2006년 한국물류혁신컨퍼런스가 서울에서 동북아 물류중심의 전초기지 부산에서 "Hand in Hand for the Global Network"이라는 주제로 개최한다. 부산을 시작으로 매년 지방으로 순회 개최하면서 물류마인드를 전국적으로 확산하여, 지역기업들은 물론 지방정부 공무원들의 물류혁신에 대한 최근 추세와 개선사례를 직접 알아볼 수 있는 좋은 계기가 될 것으로 기대하고 있다. 또, 한국물류혁신컨퍼런스가 "제3차 UN ESCAP 인프라장관회의"와 같은 장소에서 동시에 개최됨으로서, 국제적인 물류컨퍼런스로 도약할 수 있는 절호의 기회가 될 것이다. 올해 성공적인 한국물류혁신 컨퍼런스가 되기 위하여 한국물류혁신 컨퍼런스 조직위원장으로 전일수 인천대학교 동북아물류대학원 원장을 선임했다. 전일수 위원장은 현재 인천대학교 동북아 물류대학원장으로 재직중이며, 물류인재양성에도 많은 노력을 아끼지 않고 있다. 제14회째를 맞이하고 있는 한국물류혁신 컨퍼런스가 성공적으로 개최되기 위한 방안에 대해 전일수 조직위원장으로부터 들어본다.

The Role of Universities and the Characteristics of Knowledge Networks in Three Regions (지역 대학의 역할과 지식 네트워크 특징에 대한 연구 : 3개 지역 비교를 중심으로)

  • In the context of an increased demand in universities' expansion of networks between other innovation actors, this research attempts to make a comparison on university-centered SCIE knowledge networks between regions. Using regional comparison, we have looked into these networks in regards to their characteristics, the importance of regional boundaries, and the effect of the regional industrial policy. As a result of this comparative analysis, we discovered that the point universities and research universities hold high centrality in regional knowledge networks, and that the characteristics of regions are reflected into this network. For instance, the Gyeonggi province had a preeminent level of industry-academy relationship, while for Daejeon it was public research institutions and academy, and Gangwon province it was between academy between academy. As a network analysis based on journals above SCIE levels, regional boundaries were not very clear in the network structures. However, within these boundaries, the impact of regional industrial policies were proven to be stronger in the Gang-won province where the academy-academy network was most prominent. The implication of this research outcome is that for regional innovation, government should more actively implement policies that can link academic institutes' knowledge to industry by expanding knowledge networks. In addition, we emphasize on the necessity of a regionally-appropriate policy, rather than a generalized industrial policy. And fundamentally, in regards to innovation, establishing a sound industrial infrastructure for regional development and efforts to link relevant actors are required.

  • 대학의 품질경영 혁신활동을 통해 우수한 교육서비스를 제공하고, 이해관계자가 존재하는 가치체인 안에 가치지대(Value Zone)를 확대할 수 있도록 역량을 키워야 한다. 이러한 목적을 달성하기 위해 본 연구에서는 린 6시그마(Lean 6 Sigma) 기법을 적용하고자 한다. 본 연구에서는 대학품질경영 활동에 이러한 린 식스 시그마를 적용하여 선택과 집중을 통해 우수한 학생을 육성하는 경쟁력 있는 대학으로 발전시키기 위한 전략과 방안을 제시한다.

The Impact of Intra-Team and Inter-Team Social Ties on Team Innovativeness and Performance: On the Basis of IT Support (팀 혁신성과 성과에 대한 팀 내, 팀 간 사회적 연결의 영향: IT 지원에 기반하여)

  • Social ties play an important role in today's competitive world. The primary objective of this study is to explore the impact of intra- and inter-social ties on team innovativeness and performance. Through an empirical model of 97 teams in six companies, this study attempts to (i) examine how intra- and inter-social ties affect team innovativeness and team performance; and (ii) investigate how the support for information technology facilitates social ties. Our team-based analysis reveals that strong intra-bonds among members improve team innovativeness and enhance team performance. Inter-linkages among teams also lead to team performance through innovativeness, but they are not directly associated with performance. IT support also considerably enhances social ties.
