This study aims to examine the effects of adjustment factors to college life on the work values of public health major students. We sampled 530 undergraduate students majoring in public health administration and engineering from Kyunggi-do, and analyzed the data using t-test, correlation and regression methods obtained from SPSS Win 21.0 software. We found that (1) a student's intrinsic work value is positively related to their adjustment to college life factors but extrinsic work value is positively related to 'professor-student interaction', 'college life satisfaction' and 'expectation for the service college'; (2) 'social integration', 'professor-student interaction' and 'expectation for the service college' influenced to intrinsic work value; (3) 'career identity', 'family support', and 'college life satisfaction' influenced to extrinsic work value. Based on the results of this study, that the improvement of adjustment to college life factors influence on the work values were discussed.

IT advances rapidly and is widely used both in for-profit and non-profit organizations. Academic institutions are no exception in the adoption of new IT such as e-libraries, e-blackboards, as well as Web 2.0 services. However, administrative information systems in colleges and universities often lag relatively behind. One of the reasons of this is that academic institutions tend to focus only on the implementation of IT, while neglecting the mindfulness needed for post-implementation. This study develops a new perspective for the sustainability of academic information systems through the lens of mindfulness. The results from administrating a nation-wide survey of universities and colleges provide the variations of a ranking of the critical success factors between implementation and post-implementation. The findings imply that both individual and collective mindfulness are needed to implement and, especially, sustain administrative IS successfully in academic institutions.

The purpose of this study was to verify the moderating effects of psychological flexibility on the relationship between perceived stress and depression in university administration staff. A total of 186 participants completed the questionnaire. This data was analyzed using the SPSS program. The results of the analysis showed that perceived stress, positive perception and psychological flexibility had significant effects on depression, but negative perception didn't have significant effect on depression. The results verified the moderating effects of psychological flexibility on the relationship between perceived stress and depression. We discussed that the stress of university administration staff was more closely related to positive perception such as a decrease in positive functioning than negative perception such as loss of control. We also discussed that psychological flexibility can reduce the effect of stress on depression and prevent it. We suggested acceptance commitment therapy to improve psychological flexibility as an intervention method for stress and depression issues in university administration staff.

최근 기후변화로 인하여 발생하는 강우 사상의 변화와 산업화 및 지표면 개발로 인한 인위적인 유역 특성의 변화는 유역 내 지표수 유출 및 지하수 함양에 영향을 미치게 되고, 이는 유역 내 하천 수생태계의 변화를 야기 할 수 있다. 또한 수문순환 요소 간의 상호 영향으로 인하여 유역 내 수문순환 요소의 변화는 타 수문순환 요소의 변화에 영향을 미칠 수 있기 때문에 유역 내 생태수문순환의 변화를 분석하기 위해서는 수문순환 요소 간의 상관관계와 수문순환 요소와 생태요소 간 상관관계의 규명이 매우 중요하다. 이번 연구는 하천 수생태계 건강성 및 지하수위 모니터링 자료 간 상관관계를 분석함으로써 지하수위의 변화가 하천 수생태계 건강성에 미칠 수 있는 영향을 분석하였다. 연구 지역을 선정하기 위하여 국내 전국 시·군 단위 행정구역 별 하천 수생태계 건강성 및 강수, 하천수위, 지하수위 등 수문순환 요소의 모니터링 자료를 수집하고, 유역 내 유출 특성을 대표할 수 있는 지표를 선정하여 국내 전국 행정구역 별 생태수문순환 건전성 악화 예상 지역을 평가하였다. 대표 연구 대상 행정구역을 선정하고, 행정구역 내 대표 하천 별 수생태계 건강성 모니터링 자료와 국가지하수위 관측망 및 농촌지하수관측망 지하수위 모니터링 자료의 상관관계 분석을 통하여 수생태계 건강성과 지하수위 변동 간 상관관계 분석을 실시하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 비교적 연중 흐름이 일정하게 유지되며 하천의 흐름을 유지하는데 기여할 수 있는 지하수위의 수생태계 건강성 관리 및 확보 측면에 대한 중요성을 정량적으로 제시할 수 있다. 추후 연구에서는 데이터 분석 결과를 바탕으로 강우-유출, 지하수 흐름 해석 모형의 결합을 통해 관리 방안 적용에 따른 효과를 제시하고자 한다.

국내대학은 학령인구 감소와 등록금 동결로 재정적인 어려움을 겪고 있다. 2018년 대학기본역량진단평가를 받으면서 선택과 집중을 통한 생존전략을 모색하고, 효율적으로 대학을 운영하는 방법이 주목받고 있다. 교육서비스 품질의 향상은 대학 행정직원의 업무 몰입을 통해서 가능하며, 이는 직원 만족도의 향상을 통해 이루어진다. 대학 행정직원의 실제 만족도는 사전에 갖고 있던 일정 수준의 기대가 영향을 미친다. 본 연구에서는 사전 기대와 실제 성과의 차이인 직무기대 불일치가 전반적인 직무만족에 미치는 영향을 조사하였다. 이를 통해 지원정책의 우선순위를 제시하여 효율적인 전략수립에 도움을 주고자 한다. 남성은 여성에 비해 보수결정과정과 조직내 인간관계를 더욱 중요하게 여기고 있으며, 여성은 정년보장을 더욱 중요하게 여기고 있다. 근무기간이 짧을수록 보수결정과정, 급여의 적절성, 복지제도에서 기대불일치가 높고, 승진의 공정성에 대한 기대불일치는 낮다. 전반적인 직무만족 결과가 개인 특성별로 차이가 존재하므로 직원 지원정책 수립과정에 개인 특성을 고려한다면 제한된 재원으로 효율적인 전략을 수립할 수 있을 것이다.

대학 행정의 전산화 프로젝트는 여러 부분에서 진행되어 왔다. 본 논문은 학사 행정 업무에 관한 프로토타입으로 사용될 목적으로 개발되었으며, 웹에 대학 지원 경쟁률을 실시간으로 사용자에게 보여지도록 했다. 개발 환경은 Unix 운영체제에 오라클 데이터 베이스가 기반이며 호스트 언어로 Pro*C를 사용하였다. 구현 원리는 TCP/IP 프로토콜을 거치지 않고 웹 서버를 이용하여 웹 상에 데이터베이스의 데이터를 주기적으로 갱신하여 보여준다는 점이 특색이다.

대학에서의 생명교육은 대학의 체질을 개선함으로써만 가능하다. 가장 바람직한 방향은 대학의 전통적 정신과 제도를 현대의 사회.문화적 조건 아래서 재발견하고 소화하여 이 기초 위에 현대의 모든 새로운 과학, 기술, 방법들을 수용하는 것이다. 이를 위해 대학은 강연을 되찾아야 한다. 학문의 공동체이어야 한다. 연구와 교수의 기능으로 새로워져야 한다. 연구와 교수의 질 제고를 위해 대학은 작아야 한다. 행정과 경영으로부터 자유로워져야 한다.
