The study investigated the indicators for information service system performance measurement through the review on the related literatures, and developed 16 indicators for the performance measurement in 4 areas of library visit, lending, reference service and user instruction, and electronic service. And then with the indicators, the study surveyed 6 academic libraries including each 2 of large, middle, and small sized academic libraries. Based on the survey results, the study made a proposal for the application of performance indicator and the improvement of information service system performance.

대학교에 민원, 문의 등 업무용 전화가 많이 오가는 상황에서 사용자가 원하는 부서, 교직원의 전화번호를 알아내기 위해 직접 검색하는 과정에 대한 솔루션을 제공하기 위해 본 논문에서는 대학 교직원들의 전화번호와 부서의 정보를 저장하고 있는 CSV 파일을 챗봇 시스템에서 요구하는 모양과 특성에 맞게 데이터를 가공하고 알맞은 정보를 제공하기 위해 사용자의 질의 문장을 해체 분석하여 필요 정보에 대하여 답변을 해주는 대학 교직원 번호 안내 챗봇 시스템을 개발하였다.

대부분의 대학에서는 연구과제 관리 및 연구비 집중관리를 위한 정보시스템을 운용하고 있다. 하지만 새로운 제도의 도입이 잦은 해당 업무의 특성상 정보시스템의 유지보수가 매우 어렵다. 이에 본 논문에서는 학생인건비 pooling 제도를 분석하고, 연구과제관리시스템 및 연구비관리시스템을 운용하고 있는 국내 K대학에서 인건비 pooling 제도 도입에 따른 유지보수 사례를 소개하고자 한다. 본 연구는 기존에 운용되고 있는 시스템에 대한 분석 결과를 바탕으로 새로운 제도를 접목시키는데 필요한 기능을 추출하고, 이의 구현을 위한 설계 변경을 실시하였다.

오늘날 자동차 이용자가 점점 증가하고 있다. 이로 인해 주차 공간이 부족해져 많은 불편을 초래한다. 따라서 본 연구는 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위해 주차 예약 시스템을 구현하였다. 본 시스템은 Spring Framework 기반의 주차 예약 시스템으로 예약과 취소를 자유롭게 이용할 수 있다. 또한 주차 예약 시스템의 이용 후기, 꼭 알아야 하는 공지사항 등 게시판을 활용하여 더욱 자유롭게 이용할 수 있다.

As a number of new college students is dramatically decreasing, each college is trying to find various solutions for gathering many students and operating a school. In specialty, information such as entrance examination and matriculation status data is very important for a college to decide a direction of admission and public relations policy, and increase welfare of the school. Therefore, it is seriously needed for a school to introduce a matriculation management system that can do the effective analysis through various entrance examination and matriculation status data and decision factors of school. In this study, I developed a matriculation management system which can analyze information of applicants, successful candidates and registrants based on national framework data, and was able to analyze applicants, successful candidates, registrants by regional groups and the ratio of successful applicants against applicants and the change rate of applicants in the last 3 years. It is expected that the developed system can provide appropriate and rational information for public relations policy and operation to a college.

사무적인 일을 문서로 송수신할 경우 팩시밀리를 이용한다. 이러한 팩시밀리는 전화선을 통해 쉽게 문서 송수신이 가능하지만 무차별한 광고 수신으로 인한 피해가 발생한다. 또한, 소규모 기업의 경우 즉각적인 팩스 확인이 불가능한 상황이 많다. 본 논문에서는 팩스 오픈 소스 SW인 HylaFAX를 기반으로 스마트 팩스 송수신 서비스 시스템을 구현하였다. 웹에서 팩스 문서 송수신이 가능하며, 수신받은 문서는 스팸 여부를 구별하여 스팸이 아닌 실제 전송된 문서를 수신한 경우에 사용자에게 알림을 준다. 또한, 수신한 문서는 클라우드에 업로드해 공유할 수 있다.

본 논문에서는 산업 현장에서 사용되는 기계들의 건전성을 유지하고 예측하는 시스템을 개선할 수 있는 연구 결과를 비교하고 설명한다. 이번 연구에서는 딥러닝 기술을 이용함으로서 특정장치에 종속되지 않고 범용적으로 수집된 소음데이터를 사용하여 현장 적용의 유연성을 높이고, 딥러닝 모델 중 GRU를 이용하여 기존 연구 결과와 비교 실험을 하여 더 우수한 결과를 얻었다.

Recently to take actions to environmental changes like rapid development of IT techniques and acceleration of internal and external competitions etc, domestic universities are conducting projects for establishment and upscaling of integrated information system. In this regard, in this study, the status of integrated information system of national and private universities was analyzed in order to deduce environmental factors for establishment of integrated information system of higher education institutions out of the recognition that environmental factors also are important factors in making the information system a success, and on such basis, 3 environmental factors and 21 detailed measurement items to be considered in establishing integrated information system of higher education institutions were deduced, and plan for successfully application of such integrated information system to the universities that intend to establish integrated information system was proposed. It is anticipated that this study results will be utilized as basic data for successfully establishment of integrated information system in universities when they establish integrated information system.

본 연구는 대학의 다양한 정보시스템을 단일의 통합인증을 통하여 통합검색을 제공하고 학내구성원 그룹별에 따라 개별화 맞춤형 정보를 제공하는 대학 종합정보서비스의 포털 구축을 제안하였다. 특히 웹 기반 하에 대학정보화의 종합정보서비스와 단일 게이트를 수용하는 대학 종합정보서비스의 포털 모형으로 구축방안을 제시하였다.

본 논문에서는 기존의 화소값 차영상 기법이 저속으로 움직이는 물체의 동작정보 감지에 취약한 점을 보완하기 위하여 실시간 영상 처리를 목적으로 연속된 프레임(Frame)에서 움직임이 있는 프레임을 찾아내고, 움직임 영역을 추출하는 움직임 검출에 관한 연구를 통해 웹캠 기반의 객체 감지시스템을 제안하였다. 제안 시스템은 단일 객체뿐 아니라 다중 객체의 움직임까지 파악할 수 있다는 장점을 가지고 있다.
