요구사항에 대한 우선순위는 요구공학에서 핵심적 활동으로 매우 중요하다. 추출된 요구사항을 소프트웨어 제품 개발의 목표와 조직에 적절하도록 우선순위 방법과 관점 등을 선택할 수 있는 연구가 미흡하고, 요구 분석 단계에서 우선순위 프로세스가 내재화되지 못하고 있다. 요구사항 우선순위는 프로세스 모델, 제품 종류, 우선순위 프로세스에 대한 경험을 바탕으로 주어진 요구사항에 대해 이해관계자들이 우선순위화하기 위한 방법과 관점 등을 선택하는 활동으로 시작된다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 개발 제품의 목표와 조직에 적합하도록 우선순위 방법과 관점 등을 선택할 수 있는 적응적 우선수위 기법을 제안하고, 핸드폰 소프트웨어 개발에 적용하여 그 효과성을 보이도록 한다. 본 논문에서 제안하는 우선순위 기법의 유연성과 다양성을 통하여 요구 분석단계에서 우선순위 프로세스의 정착에 기여할 수 있다.

The purpose of this study was to design career guidance program based on the research of career demand in order to help students choose and prepare careers suitable to students' interests and aptitude. The study surveyed 211 students in the $3^{rd}$ and $4^{th}$ years of C medical school. The survey was about start time of career guidance by medical schools, information collecting method for major selection, conformity degree among interest-aptitude-major after graduation, demanded information for career guidance, considerations in selecting majors, the reasons for not being able to select majors, etc. The result showed that students thought that start time of career guidance should be good for juniors, seniors, or all grades in order. The students got the information about career selection mostly from the direct contact with seniors. Students who had already decided the career, showed the high conformity degree among interest-aptitude-major after graduation Students who had already decided the majors, highly considered the aptitude and interest, while students who had not decided the majors, did not know their aptitude or did not have enough information about majors. This study gave the basic direction for the career guidance and provided necessary information for designing customized career guidance programs by reconstructing contents of the programs according to school conditions.

Background: Despite increasing the number of newly licensed nurses across Korea, shortages caused by geographical imbalances remains a significant concern. Therefore, understanding nursing students' attitudes to working and living, factors influencing where they first choose to work after graduation is useful in formulating appropriate interventions to retain nurses in regional areas. Methods: A total of 329 senior nursing students from areas outside Metropolitan Seoul completed self-report questionnaires. Data were analyzed using t-test, chi-square test and multiple logistic regression analysis. Results: Of the respondents, 57.8% reported that they planned to work in the region in which their school was located. The three factors ranked as having the greatest influence on their decision to work in non-metropolitan regions were: the cost of living, housing costs, and the proximity to family. Enjoyable aspects of rural life contributed positively to students' intentions to work in non-metropolitan regions, whereas isolation and socialization problems negatively affected their intentions to work in such areas. Conclusions: Greater consideration should be given to improving working conditions and housing environments in non-metropolitan regions.

Internal labor market in a firm is normally designed to solve the adverse-selection problem as well as the moral hazard problem in the world of information asymmetry. The internal labor market of a Korean university as a non-profit organization should have the same function as the firm. The purpose of this paper is to evaluate the economic performances of a university's internal labor market, using confidential data. And I suggest how to improve the performances of a Korean university's interal labor market. Specifically, I suggest incentive pay for university professors. I also suggest eight job classification and job-related pay system for staffs and secretaries to enhance the efficiency of the university's internal labor market.

In the College Scholastic Ability Test, applicants of science tracks usually choose type Ga mathematics. However, students who took type Na mathematics test can also apply to science and engineering tracks in many universities by cross-Applications. Many universities have given additional points to type Ga mathematics test taker in order to recruit students who excel in the natural science track curriculum. In this paper, we study the necessity and effect of additional points system by using the data of Seoul National University of Science and Technology.

본 논문에서는 효율적인 쇼핑 경험을 제공하기 위해 숏카트라는 자동화된 쇼핑 카트 시스템을 제안한다. 숏카트는 사용자의 편의성을 높이기 위해 자동화 기술을 활용하며, 사용자가 상품을 선택하면 카메라를 통해 바코드를 인식하고, Python을 활용하여 바코드값을 읽어온다. 읽어온 바코드 값을 데이터베이스의 바코드 값들과 비교하여 동일한 값을 가진 상품을 사용자의 장바구니에 자동으로 추가한다. 이를 통해 사용자는 편리하게 상품을 선택하고, 계산 과정을 자동화하여 시간을 절약할 수 있다. 또한, GUI 프로그램을 PyQT로 개발하여 사용자에게 시각적으로 장바구니 내용을 표시해 준다.

본 논문에서는 스마트 폰의 GPS 센서와 Google Map, 공공데이터를 활용해 사용자 주변의 최저가 업소를 맵에 표기하는 애플리케이션을 개발한다. 이 애플리케이션은 휴대폰 인증을 통한 회원가입 기능을 구현하였으며 안드로이드 GPS 센서를 이용하여 현재 사용자의 위치 주변의 최저가 업소들을 표기한다. 또한 사용자가 검색하고자 하는 업소의 업종을 선택하면 맵에 선택한 업종과 같은 업소들의 위치에 마커를 표시하고 마커를 클릭 시 업소명, 대표메뉴, 가격 등의 정보를 볼 수 있다.

본 논문에서는 Microsoft의 Bot Framework v4를 활용하여 C#으로 개발한 피자 주문 챗봇에 대해 설명한다. 이 챗봇은 Azure에 호스팅 되었으며 피자 메뉴 선택, 피자 주문, 콜라 메뉴 선택, 콜라 주문, 배달 조회, 주문 종료 등의 기능을 제공한다.
