지난 1월 28일부터 2월 1일까지 서울 대치동 서울무역전시컨벤션센터에서 제23회 MBC건축박람회가 열렸다. 건축박람회인 만큼 건축자재, 인테리어, 건축정보, 건축 리노베이션, 조명, 전원주택 및 펜션산업 등이 주력으로 전시되면서 총 330여 업체 3천여 아이템이 선보였다. 건축전문 박람회라는 한계성에도 불구하고 인테리어 벽지 및 광고물기자재 등을 비롯한 부문에서는 인쇄산업과 접점을 찾을 수 있는 몇몇 아이템이 출품되어 관심을 끌었다. 그 가운데 관람객들의 시선을 끈 주요 업체들을 소개한다.

우리나라의 계절 특성상 여름철 집중호우가 쏟아지는 현상이 빈번하게 발생하는데 이러한 돌발홍수가 예고 없이 일어나 상습적으로 침수 피해를 입는 지역이 증가하고 있다. 본 연구에서 2009년 ~ 2019년 동안 서울시 침수 피해 사건 중심의 인터넷 기사를 기반으로 실제 침수 사례를 조사해본 결과, 침수가 가장 많이 발생한 순으로 반포동(26건), 대치동(25건), 잠실동(21건)으로 집계되었다. 침수피해가 가장 많은 반포동을 연구지역으로 선정하고 그 중 잠수교의 수위를 예측하는 연구를 진행하였다. 기존 연구에서는 수치모형에 비해 신속한 결과를 도출할 수 있는 자료 기반 모형 중 LSTM 기법을 많이 사용하였다. 그러나 이는 선행 시간이 길어질수록 첨두수위에서 과소추정된 것으로 분석된 취약점이 존재하였다(정성호 외, 2018). 본 연구에서는 이러한 단점을 보완하기 위해 GANs(Generative Adversarial Networks)를 이용하였다. GANs는 생성자와 감별자가 나뉘어 생성자가 실제 자료인 첨두수위에서의 잠수교의 수위를 학습하고 실제와 근접한 가상데이터를 결과로 생성하여 감별자는 그 생성된 미래의 잠수교의 수위가 실제인지 가상인지 판별하도록 학습시키는 신경망 구조이다. 사용한 수문자료는 한강홍수통제소, 기상청, 국립해양조사원에서 제공하는 최근 15년간의 (2005년~2019년) 수위, 방류량, 강수량, 조위 자료를 수집하였고 t-test와 상관성분석을 통해 사용한 인자 간의 유의미성 판단과 상관성을 분석했다. 또한, 민감도 분석 결과 시퀀스길이(5), 반복횟수(1000), 은닉층(10), 학습률(0.005)로 최적값을 선정하였다. 또한 학습구간(2005년~2014년)과 검증구간(2015~2019년)으로 나누어 상대적으로 높은 수위가 관측되는 홍수기의 3, 6, 9시간 후의 수위를 예측하고 오차 지표를 이용해 평가하였다. LSTM 기법으로 예측된 수위와 GANs로 예측된 수위를 비교한 결과 GANs으로 예측된 첨두수위에서의 정확도가 5% 정도로 향상되었다. 향후에는 다양한 영향인자와 다른 기법과의 결합을 고려한다면 보다 정확하게 수위를 예측하여 하천 주변 사회기반시설의 침수 피해를 감소시킬 것으로 판단된다.

서울시 강남구청은 지난12월 대치동에 세워질 구민회관 및 구의회청사신축 현상공모를실시하여 명종합건축(대표:김명화)안을 당선작으로 선정하여 발표하였다. 총27점의 작품이 응모된 이번 현상공모에는 당선작외에 예종합건축(대표:김상경)안이 우수작으로 선정되었으며, 건원국제종합건축(대표:이대형)안이 가작으로 선정되었다. 당선작으로 선정된 명종합건축(안)은 서측의 35m도로를 주 진입로로 하고 부지 앞쪽에 개방된 오픈 스페이스를 구성하여 출입을 자연스럽게 접근토록 하였으며, 주민들의 문화활동과 교육,복지를 위한 구민회관을 저층부에 두고 고층부에는 구의회를 위치토록 분리계획하여 동선과 기능의 명확성이 우수한 평가를 받았다. 본지에서는 당선작과 우수작 및 가작을 게재코자 한다.

It is shown that the optical system with Gaussian pupil e, diffraction amplitude distribution is not affected by the presence of residual aberrations. The case of spherical aberration is treated, as an example, and the complex diffraction amplitude distribution at the neighbourhood of the image point is described analytically by using a recurrence formula.

Background: There are no ideal substitutes for tracheal replacement. Therefore we investigated the possibility of clinical use of cryopreserved tracheal homograft with special interest in the viability and rejection of the epithelial cell and cartilage. Material and Method: Rabbit's trachea was sected and stored in liquid nitrogen tank for 1 month. Tracheal replacement was done in 45 rabbits with autograft(n=15, Group 1), fresh allograft(n=15, Group 2) and cryopreserved homograft(n=15, Group 3). After 7, 14, and 30 days, 5 rabbits in each group were sacrificed and the regeneration of epithelium and cartilage and the degree of rejection were assessed by counting the monocellular infiltration. Result: Investigation at day 7, showed no difference in epithelial regeneration, however, at days 14 and 30, Group 1 showed better regeneration of epithelium than groups 2 and 3. There was no difference of epithelial regeneration between group 2 and 3. There was little rejection at day 7, but at days 14 and 30, there was significant rejection in group 2 and group 3.(P<0.05). Group 3 showed lesser rejection than group 2 at days 14 and 30, but it was not statistically significant. Cartilage showed no rejection and maintained its viability in groups 2 and 3. Conclusion: Cryopreserved tracheal homograft can maintain its viability, therefore it may represent a possibility of clinical application for tracheal replacement. However, cryopreservation can not eliminate the antigenicity of the trachea completely. Furthere studies for lowering the antigenicity and rejection should be performed for an ideal substitute for tracheal replacement.

본 연구에서 퍼지제어 시스템 설계를 위한 마이크로 컴퓨터 지원 설계 기법과 프로그램 FCS 를 개발하였다. 이 프로그램은 IBM-PC 호환기종 (80386,804860) 에 사용되는 Turbo-C 언어를 사용하였고, Borland C $^{++}$ 2.0 컴파일러를 사용하였다. 제어시스템의 각 요소를 모듈화 하여 동특성을 차분 방정식으로 표시하여 사용자가 쉽게 대치할 수 있도록 서브루틴화 하였다. 퍼지제어 규칙의 최적조건, 퍼지 입출력 변수의 최적조건, D/A 및 A/D 변환기의 최적 비트수, 최적 샘플링 시간을 결정 할 수 있다. 공기예열 시스템을 예로서 이 프로그램을 이용하여 설계하였다.

본 논문에서는 J.Klapper와 E.J. Kratt[1]III에 의하여 제안된 저지연 FM검파기의 일반적인 왜곡해석을 Taylor[2] 반수전개법에 의하여 또한 상기의 저지연 FM검파기에서 사용한 RLC Notch 필터를 동 FM 검파기의 IC화를 고려하여 Twin-Tee RC 능동필터로 대치하고 예상되는 검파신호의 지연시간을 검토하였다.

PURPOSE: Estrogen replacement therapy is indicated for the relief of hot flushes and urogenital atrophy, the prevention of osteoporosis and the reduction in risk of cardiovascular disease. The present study assessed by blood pressure, heart rate variability, and climacteric symptoms in menopausal women before treatment and at 1 month during estrogen replacement therapy. METHODS: The study sample consisted of 16 healthy menopausal women (range 49 to 59 years, mean : 53.4 years) attending menopausal clinics for the complaint of climateric symptoms at S. hospital in Chunchoen. They were all non-smokers and no patient had symptoms or evidence of cardiovascular disease. They took estrogen replacement therapy (conjugated estrogen 0.625 mg with or without medroxy progesteron 2.5mg) for 1 month. Blood pressure, heart rate variability(heart period and vagal tone) through ECG, and climacteric symptom were measured in all subjects before treatment and at 1 month during treatment. Climacteric symptom questionnaire which was developed by Neugarten et al.(1963) was modified with 20 items of question(Cronbach's alpha = 88 -.89). The data was collected from Sept. 1. 2000 to July. 30. 2001. RESULTS: There was no significant difference in mean systolic and diastolic pressure between the baseline and at 1 month during treatment. The mean heart period and vagal tone were slightly increased, but difference of mean heart period and vagal tone were not statistically significant between the baseline and at 1 month during treatment. The score of climacteric symptoms decreased significantly from the baseline after treatment. CONCLUSIONS: Even though, this study did not show that estrogen replacement therapy led decrease of blood pressure and increase heart rate variability, climacteric symptoms reduced much in all subjects after taking drugs. These results suggest that there is need to repeat study with long term period.
