This study analyzes the effects of community-level socioeconomic deprivations (SED) on public libraries' book circulation in the Seoul metropolitan area. The study design draws upon the theory of local information landscapes, which explains the relationship between community characteristics and information behavior. Using four-year (2015-2018) open government and public library circulation data, we constructed a socioeconomic deprivation index by adjusting a multi-dimensional deprivation index and generated other variables. Multi-level robust linear regression models were used to examine the relationship between SED and public library circulation. In addition, we tested the moderating effects of the library collection size and the number of libraries per unit area, respectively, on library circulation. The results show that there is a significant negative relationship between socioeconomic deprivation and library circulation rate. Also, we found that the size of the library collection negatively moderates the effects of SED in areas with a large number of books, and the number of libraries per unit area was positvely related to the library book circulation, not moderating the effects of SED. These findings suggest that public libraries and policymakers should consider community characteristics in designing strategic plans for public libraries.

본 논문에서는 전자 도서관을 위한 저작권 보호 기능을 가진 전자책 교환 시스템 개발을 소개한다. 전자책은 암호화에 기반한 리더 시스템을 통해 저작권이 안전하게 보장되도록 하는 디지털 컨텐츠 유통을위한 기술 표준이다. 전자책의 안전한 유통과 사용을 위해서 전자 도서관은 보유한 디지털 컨텐츠에 대해 적법한 사용 권한을 이용하여 대출을 해 줄 수 있어야 한다. 이를 위해 본 연구에서는 EBX(E-Book Exchange) 프로토콜에서 정의한 대출 기능을 구현한 도서관 서버를 개발하였고 전자책 리더 클라이언트를 통해 이러한 권한을 보호하면서 사용자가 전자책을 이용할 수 있게 지원하는 기능을 구현하였다.

This study was to suggest the problems and the improvement plan of Digital Library System (DLS) which has solved the library management and has supported the data building for resource sharing in school libraries since 2001. The 9 DLS committees were interviewed about the current situation of DLS use and the problems of DLS system in the 6 areas of acquisition, cataloging, circulation and discharge, inventory, library statistics, and searching interface as the research methods. Based on the interviews, the improvement plans were suggested as followed. In acquisition, it was to need the acquisition system development and online purchase for users. In cataloging, the improvement of data quality management, and indexes and vocabularies control for upgrade of searching function were needed. The advanced circulation speed in circulation, the restoration of discarded data in inventory and the exact statistic data in library statistics were need to improve the DLS. This study would contribute to the betterment of DLS and increase the use of DLS.

The phone number used for advertising messages and voices used as bait in the voice phishing crime access stage is being used to send out a large amount of illegal loan spam, so we want to quickly block it. In this paper, our system is designed to block the usage of the phone number by rapidly restricting the use of the voice spam phone number that conducts illegal loan spam and voice phishing, and at the same time sends continuous calls to the phone number to prevent smooth phone call connection. The proposed system is a representative collaboration model between an illegal spam reporting agency and an investigation agency. As a result of developing the system and applying it in practice, the number of reports of illegal loaned voice spam and text spam decreased by 1/3, respectively. We can prove the effectiveness of this system by confirming that.

The purpose of this study is to present a plan to simplify the issuance of public library loan membership cards for children under the age of 14, and to devise measures to promote the convenience of using public libraries and to promote their use. To this end, related laws and systems, related services, and systems were analyzed. The issuance cases for each type were derived and analyzed by thoroughly investigating the procedure for issuing loan membership cards for children under the age of 14 in 1,211 public libraries nationwide, and focus group interviews were conducted. Based on this, the "double diamond model" was employed among service design methodologies to propose step-by-step guidelines for simplifying the procedure for issuing public library loan membership cards for children under the age of 14, as well as improving the environment, such as the roles of stakeholders, laws, and systems.

[ $\circ$ ]최근 일본에서는 계속되는 부동산경기 침체로 금융기관의 부실채권이 크게 늘어남으로써 금융시스템의 안정성을 위협하고 있음 $\circ$ 우리나라에서도 1992년 이후 부동산경기가 부진한데다 건설업체의 난립에 따른 과당경쟁으로 건설업체의 부도가 늘어나고 금융기관 부실채권이 증가하였으나 그 정도는 일본보다 훨씬 약함 -일본은 지가(6대 도시)가 1995년 현재 정점 대비 $49\%$ 수준으로 하락한 반면 우리나라는 $89\%$ 수준으로 하락하는데 그침 -또한 우리나라에서는 부동산업에 대한 대출이 금지되어 있어 전체 부동산관련 대출배율도($17\%$)도 일본($29\%$)보다 작을 뿐만 아니라 금융기관의 총대출에 대한 부실채권의 비율도 $1\%$ 로서 일본($26\%$)보다 낮음 $\circ$ 따라서 우리나라에서의 부동산경기 부진이 일본에서처럼 금융시스템의 안정성을 위협하는 사태로 발전할 가능성은 크지 않은 것으로 보임
