Currently, collections with public libraries are evaluated only on the basis of simple data, such as the use volume of collections with individual libraries, and interlibrary lending (ILL) results. To promote the ILL of regional libraries and raise the use of collections, however, the evaluation of collections should be expanded from individual libraries to regional libraries. This study aims to propose user-oriented methods for evaluating the library collections within a regional library system by using four kinds of data: collection, acquisition, circulation, and ILL application data. The results of this study show that the proposed method can reveal the positions of each library within a regional library system, and also the characteristics of a library's collections and users' needs more precisely.

Public Information Documental of the administrative, legislative and judicial etc. is lastingness documental and need administration. RFID is utilized by the practical use plan of recent Ubiquitous information. Because attaching tag to lastingness documental that use RFID in this treatise, register and manage documental, and chase hysteresis, and design upkeep, present condition analysis of lastingness documental to search, S/W, H/W, network layout, Ubiquitous RFID lastingness recording administration system. Construct lastingness recording administration system after a performance experiment and a chase experiment that is applied in spot that attach 900MHz important duty's RFID tag. After construction practice, create link sex with connection system, security analysis and Forensic data and analyze improvement effect. Is going to contribute Ubiquitous information technology application and Forensic technology development in country documental administration through. research of this treatise.

The University's web library is a form of library that enables to deal with information about searching loaning, returning of books or data housed in it through web. With the advent of the network and multimedia following the entrance to an information-oriented society, we are experiencing a big change in how to communicate and acquire information. Massive multimedia information transmitted by image and moving picture through the network, made it possible to overstep the limit of the physical gap between information suppliers and users. Despite this important role, it is accompanied by problems such as copyright, scarcity of recognition, paralysis of infra, technical matters and reliability which demand development. In this thesis, according to the State University Evaluation Standards, search node and user interface by system used in 20 different universities possessing web-based library sites were compared are analysed. On the basis of this, an experimental user interface for web-based University libraries was produced, and various questionnaires and data leer this produced interface were collected, classified and analyzed. With the application of the results for the work above to the general search system interface of the web-based library, we proposed a new user interface that contains the following functions, such as location and loan condition of books, search frequency and steps for purchasing books inside the web library.

This study measures how Korean shipping policies influence the expansion of the country's merchant fleet using system dynamics. It uses various indexes as factors influencing the gross tonnage of the Korean merchant fleet, such as the Baltic Dry Index, Howe Robinson Container Index, China Containerized Freight Index, and Worldscale Index, as well as the US dollar-Korean won exchange rate, world merchant fleet statistics, and the debt ratio of Korean shipping companies. After establishing the simulation model, the mean absolute percentage error is found to be less than 10%, confirming the accuracy of the model. Therefore, a sensitivity analysis is conducted to measure the influence of the selected shipping policies, including the gross tonnage of vessels registered under the Korean second registry system, loans of publicly owned financial institutions to shipping companies, ship investment fund, and the number of shipping companies participating in the tonnage tax scheme. The sensitivity analysis reveals that the influence of vessel tonnage and loans to shipping companies is the most significant, while that of the number of companies participating in the tonnage tax scheme is minimal.

The purpose of this study was to measure performance of university libraries, especially investigating the components of service quality and their relationship to the customer satisfaction. The result of the statistical analyses is summarized as follows： The result of 5 point scale study shows the following degree of satisfaction in 55 components： timeliness of circulation, processing of fine. location of library, usefulness of retrieval system, library user education, speed of retrieval. number of terminals, and cleaning. On the other hand, shows the following degree of dissatisfaction in 55 components： speed of civil petitions, hour for program use, result of civil petitions, fixing of library user education, speed of retrieval, method of public relation, waiting time for Internet use, and use of the other library materials. Also. customers’matters of weight and importance was availability. learning facilities, suitable collections, circulation, and system of retrieval.

This paper describes history and characteristics of KINITI's library automation system. After global financial crisis, policy makers in major countries tried to find a new bank recovery and resolution policy. The new policy intends to normalize the market not by bail-out approach in which public funds should be provided bankrupt banks, but by market discipline approach in which unsecured creditors take part in liquidation process. Bail-in system is a new and dominant financial policy after crisis period in resolution regimes led by the government administration. This study tries to analyze the relationship between bail-in system and pro-cyclicality. Empirical analysis has been done by taking the basis of the 8 year data from 2008 to 2015, which is selected from financial statistics information system of Korea Financial Supervisory Service. Accounting and financial data are collected from the dataguide 5.0 between 2008 and 2015. Through the analysis, the effect of bail-out system and bail-in system on pro-cyclicality of total loans did not show the statistically significant relationship. However the effect of bail-out system on pro-cyclicality of SME loans showed the statistically significant relationship, meanwhile the effect of bail-in system on pro-cyclicality of SME loans did not show the statistically significant relationship. In conclusion, bail-in system can be useful policy which improves the support and promotion of SMEs.

일반적으로유압 장치를 사용하여 힘, 속도, 그리고 위치 등을 제어하는 경우 그 제어계의 설계, 제어방식의 선택에있어서는 최종 목표치의 정도, 응답성 등의 제어 성능을 고려함과 동시에 공업적으로는 가격, 동력효율 등이 중요한 설계인자로서 고려 되어 져야한다. 제어 방식응 벨브 제어와 펌프 제어 방식으로 크게 나뉘어 질 수 있으나, 벨브 제어방식에 있어서는 유압 서보벨브를 사용하여 출력 기구를 고정도로 직접 구도하는 것이 많으나 동력손실이 큰 편이며, 효율을 개선하기 위하여 압력 보상형 비례 전자 제어 벨브를 이용하는 것도 있으나, 소출력용으로서만 이용가능할 뿐이다. 이에 비하여 가변 용량형 펌프를 이용한 제어방식은 정도, 응답성은 다소 뒤떨어 지지만 효율이 양호하고 대출력 기구에 적용 가능하다는 점에서최근 주목의 대상으로되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 에너지의 효율적인사용이 가능한 전기. 유압 펌프 시스템을 설계하기위하여 먼저 각 신호전달 요소에 대한 동특성 및 정특성 실험을 행하여 시스템의 근사적인 모델링을 행하고 사판의 경사각을 제어함으로써 유압모터의 속도를 제어하는 시스템을 설계하여그 성능을 고찰하고자 한다.

This paper analyzes feasibility studies regarding the structure, applications and issues of the library RFID system. In this study, the structure and principle, operation mode and middleware of library RFID system are reviewed in detail, Finally this paper analyzed and proposed the RFID applications that could be efficient to information management and user service of library and the major problems and improvements of library RFID system.
