The initial market of alternative-fuel vehicle (AFV) will show geographically uneven distribution due to AFV's high price, and thus efficient location model should consider spatial variation of demand. This paper estimates AFV trips by incorporating an AFV demand estimation model with origin-destination (OD) trips. The estimates are the input for the flow-refueling location model that maximizes the OD flows that can be refueled by the given number of stations considering AFV's limited range per refueling. A scenario analysis is conducted by varying assumptions in estimating demands and AFV acceptance rate. Optimal location alternatives for Orland metropolitan area are provided and results are compared.

This study aims to analyse the spatial characteristics and to draw the declining areas from the whole area of Chung-Cheong Province. For this purpose, the temporal and spatial conditions by the urban decline diagnosis indexes are utilized. Additionally, the spatial autocorrelation method was applied for extraction of those areas. The spatial autocorrelation method is one of the methods on exploring spatial characteristics and considering the spatial factors. We also adopted the concepts of economics and then discovered the characteristics of deprivation areas. In applying this method, the positively valued areas were classified as the complementary areas, and the negatively valued areas as the substitutional areas. The findings show the declining areas and the growing areas caused by the growth of periphery. This study supports the regeneration plan of Chung-Cheong Province in extracting depressed or activated areas and explaining the characteristics of those areas.

지금까지 빗물에 대한 일반인들의 인식은 모두 치수에 중심을 두어왔다. 즉, 빗물은 내리자마자 곧바로 하수도를 통해 방류수역으로 신속하게 배제해야한다 것에만 관심을 두어 왔던 것이다. 이러한 문제점을 해결하기 위해 빗물을 버리고 배제하기보다 필요한 곳에서 집수하여 활용하거나 적절히 침투 또는 저류하여 물을 효과적으로 제어 관리해야할 필요성이 대두되고 있다. 안정적인 수자원 확보 및 공급에 대한 사회적 요구가 증가됨에 따라 대체방안으로서의 빗물이용관리가 제기되고 있으며, 이는 도시화 및 인구의 도서집중, 경제활동의 고도화 등 물 사용량이 증대되는 생활방식에 따라 물 공급 중단에 따른 피해 잠재성이 증가되고 있음을 의미하기도 한다. 본 과제에서는 이러한 필요성을 감안하여 대체수자원으로서의 빗물을 이용한 수자원 확보방안에 대해 연구하고, 스마트 워터그리드 관점에서의 빗물이용방안을 제시하여 그 적용성을 평가하고자 한다. 본 연구를 수행하기 위해서는 기존 대체수자원의 확보기술을 조사하고, 이를 바탕으로 다양한 수원을 통한 수자원 확보방안을 제시하고, 이 중 빗물을 이용한 수자원 확보방안에 대하여 스마트워터그리드 관점에서의 적용성을 평가하였다. 스마트워터그리드 내에서의 빗물이용을 통한 대체수자원 적용성 평가는 도서지역의 제한급수 등 물 부족 문제 해결을 위한 방안과 산간 농업지역에서의 물부족으로 인한 농작물 생산활동의 저하문제를 해결하기 위한 방안을 제시하였다. 또한 수자원확보를 위한 적정 빗물이용법 도출을 위해 최근 물 관리 패러다임의 변화를 고려한 정책사업으로의 접근, 중앙정부와 지방정부의 노력, 정부-민간 협동체계 구축을 위한 지역전문가의 활동방법 등을 제시하고자 한다. 본 연구의 결과 스마트워터그리드 체계구축을 위한 여러 요소기술 중 다중수원을 통한 용수확보 방안에서 빗물(우수)을 이용한 대체수자원 확보방안을 정립하고, 이를 이용하여 도서지역에서의 제한급수문제 해결방안과 산간 농업지역에서의 농업용수 확보방안을 제시할 수 있을 것이다.

2015년부터 우편번호를 대체하는 국가기초구역번호를 기반으로, 기존 읍면동 구분을 국가기초구역으로 대체하여 도서관에서 지역분포 분석 서비스를 제공하는 방안을 모색하였다. 기존에 제공하던 법정동 기준의 지역 구분은 균일한 크기의 지역 구분이 쉽지 않아 이를 행정동 기준으로 전환하고, 이 경계를 바탕으로 국가기초구역에 최대한 일치하도록 구역을 설정하여 기존 읍면동 체제와 크게 어긋나지 않으면서 새로운 국가기초구역제도를 조기에 활용할 수 있도록 하였다.

This study is carried in the goal to investigate the individual awareness rate about alternative therapy among the unspecified persons and their experience of using it, and to promote the diffusion of alternative therapy. The questionnaire research for this study has been conducted among 300 unspecified persons who live in some areas. The following is figured out in this study: 1. To the question of knowledge grade about alternative therapies, 44.4% of respondents answer they 'know a little.' 2. Regarding the experience of using alternative therapies, 22.6% of respondents answer 'Yes.' This rate is very low, the reason of it can be perceived that the names of categories in alternative therapies has not been showed to them and they don't have pre-knowledge about it. 3. The 166 persons of 248 reply that they use alternative therapies. This rate indicate their recognition of categories of alternative therapies, and the gap of the question of experience and using nowadays is interpreted to result from the gap of the pre-knowledge. 4. Regarding the field of the alternative therapies that the respondents want to learn, the first field the male respondents choose is acupuncture(41 persons, Res in needle, bloodletting, etc.), and the female respondents choose acupuncture firstly(20 persons). Therefore the learning courses of alternative therapies are more effective when the preference of men and women is considered. Consequently, both the research about the given kinds of alternative therapies with demonstration of their medical effect and the systematic promotion and education about alternative therapy is considered to be needed.

1970 - 1980년대에 OPEC의 담합에 의한 오일쇼크로 초유의 어려움을 겪으며 자원수입국들은 화석 연료를 대신할 수 있는 대체에너지개발에 많은 노력을 기울여 왔다. 그 결과 지역 및 나라별로 특성 있는 대체에너지개발이 상당한 발전을 거듭하여 전체에너지 사용량의 10% 이상을 대체에너지로서 충당하고 있는 나라도 있다. 게다가 1990년대에 와서는 화석연료사용으로 인한 전 세계적 환경파괴문제가 대두되면서 단순한 화석연료의 대체가 아닌 환경친화적인 에너지의 개발 및 사용이 필요하게 되었다.(중략)

It is a common practice to use the auxiliary variables to impute missing values from item nonresponse in surveys. Sometimes there are few auxiliary variables for missing value imputation, but if spatial and time autocorrelations exist, we should use these correlations for better results. Recently, Lee et al. (2006) showed that spatial autocorrelation could be efficiently used for missing value imputation when spatial autocorrelation existed, using the data from the farm household economy data in Gangwon-do, 2002. In this paper, we present au evaluation of spatial and space-time nonresponse imputation methods when there exist spatial and time autocorrelations using the monthly data during 2000-2002 from the same data previously used by Lee et al. (2006). We show that space-time imputation method is more efficient than the other through the numerical simulations.

현재 우리가 일반적으로 사용하고 있는 석유, 석탄, 천연가스등의 연료는 전량 수입에 의존하고 있다. 또 지역적으로 편재돼 있어 안정적인 확보를 위한 국가차원의 고도화 전략이 요구되고 있다. 따라서 국제적인 환경규제에 대비하고 화석연료를 대체할 수 있는 신재생 에너지의 개발이 절실한 시점이다. 우리나라의 대체에너지 개발 현황 및 계획을 정리해 본다.
