Korea is a self-recognized educational powerhouse, and successive governments place importance on basic education and rural education. While promulgating and implementing a series of policies and measures, the Korean government provides great support to the development of basic rural education from a financial standpoint, promotes the development of rural basic education projects, and provides a strong foundation for Korea to become a world education powerhouse. and provided a guarantee. In China, as the education powerhouse strategy and urbanization construction strategy continue to be promoted, the basic education problem in rural areas is drawing attention, and the development direction and thinking of rural basic education are also becoming a hot issue. This article intends to discuss how to develop basic rural education in China in the future by examining and analyzing reforms for basic rural education in Korea.

The purpose of this study is to draw a distinction between general computer graphics courses and game development ones and to find out making various improvements in game graphics courses. In addition to general hand-drawing skills and computer graphics technology which are essential for the students who major in game graphics; however, the special classes should be required for them to comprehend the work process of game development and to produce the game graphics data. This necessity of the discriminative education is going to be an identification of game development department. Although loading game data onto a game engine and finding out the solution to problems of data is one of the excellent settlement for educating game graphics students, it is not possible to purchase the commercial game engine such as Quake or Lithtech and to analyze the commercial program libraries. For this reason, this research presents the replacement of commercial game engine with VRML97 for the academic purpose and shows what effect upon education will be. It is expected that the VRML97 can be a substitute of the game engine for the effectiveness of game graphics education with more active study and verification of game fields.

21C 지식 기반 정보사회는 급속한 정보통신 기술의 발달에 따라 다양한 분야에서 정보통신 분야의 신기술을 이용하며 더불어 발전한다. 교육 분야에서도 멀티미디어와 같은 정보통신 기술의 사용이 급증하고 있다. 하지만 최신의 정보통신 기술을 교육현장에 적용하는 사례는 드물다. 이에 교육현장에 정보통신 기술을 적용 시 동영상 또는 플래시 기반의 단순한 형태의 교육 콘텐츠의 사용을 벗어나 새로운 고품질의 콘텐츠가 요구되고 있다. 이에 대한 대안의 하나로 실재감과 몰입감을 촉진함으로써, 학습 효과를 향상시킬 수 있는 가상현실 기반 체험형 콘텐츠 시스템의 개발이 시도되고 있다. 본고에서는 가상현실 기반 체험형 콘텐츠 기술의 개발 방향을 모색하기 위하여 국내외 가상현실 기반 체험형 콘텐츠 기술동향, 시스템 사례, 교육적 효과에 대하여 살펴보고자 한다.

로봇 프로그래밍 교육은 프로그래밍 교육의 문제점을 보완할 수 있는 대안으로 제시되었으나 아직 활성화되지는 못하고 있다. 로봇 프로그래밍 교육의 활성화를 위해서는 교수자 측면 뿐만 아니라 학습자 측면에서 그들에게 필요한 지원 도구가 개발되어야 한다. 이를 위해 본 연구에서는 학습자 측면을 고려한 로봇 프로그래밍 지원 도구를 설계하였다. 로봇 프로그래밍 지원 도구는 웹 기반으로 구축되며, 기본 예제 제공 및 우수 예제 선발 기능, 명령어 검색 및 자동완성 기능, 오류 위치 찾기 기능과 도움말, 질문하고 답하기 기능들을 제공하도록 설계하였다. 앞으로 설계된 내용을 바탕으로 로봇 프로그래밍 지원 도구를 개발하고 적용하여 그 효과를 검증해 볼 필요가 있다.

역동적 평가는 구성주의와 사회문화적 관점이 교육과정에 많은 영향을 주면서 이를 평가에 반영하기 위한 대안으로 등장한 새로운 평가의 방향이다. 전통적인 심리 측정에 대한 비판에서 시작되었으며, 통계적인 자료정리에서 벗어나 아동에 대한 변화가능성을 평가하자는 것이 주목적이다. 결과 지향적인 평가는 미래의 수행에 대한 완전한 예언을 할 수 없지만, 역동적 평가에서 각 개인의 평가는 개인의 특성에 따라 각기 다른 체제 내에서 이루어진다. 역동적 평가의 입장 가운데서도 본 연구에서는 사회문화적 체제 관점에서 실제영역과 발달가능영역에 대한 사회적 상호작용에 대해 관심을 가지고 있다. 이를 위해 개인에 작용하는 생태학적 회로망을 평가의 주요한 배경으로 선택하고 있으며, 사회문화적 관점에서 평가관의 변화를 제시하면서 이에 따른 수학교육적 시사점을 찾아본다.

대체에너지의 대안으로서 차량에 의한 풍력을 사용함으로서 이 연구의 목적은 다음 3가지로 요약할 수 있다. 첫째, 차량 풍에 의한 풍력에너지를 통해 환경 친화적인 대체 에너지 자원을 안전하게 얻는다는 것이다. 둘째, 관련 교수들을 위한 교육 프로그램이 개발되었다는 것이다. 셋째, 대체에너지 교육을 위해 풍력발전 프로그램을 만들었다는 것이다. 본 연구는 6개월간 수행되었으며, 다음 3가지 결과를 얻었다. 차량 풍을 이용한 시스템이 모델링 되었다. 전기, 전자, 기계공학과들을 위한 새로운 교육 프로그램이 만들어졌고, 마지막으로 풍력발전 시스템 실제 교육을 위한 대체에너지 실험용 시연장치가 만들어졌다.

수학은 기초학문으로서 합리성과 창의성을 기르는 중요한 과목이다. 하지만 학생들에게는 어렵고 두려운 과목으로 되어가는 게 현실이다. 한편 STEM은 학문 간의 벽을 허물고 서로 융합하여 과학, 수학, 공학, 기술 등의 과목에 흥미도를 높이기 위한 대안적 교육이다. STEM교육의 도구로 로봇이 효과적인 것으로 연구되어 있다. 따라서 STEM 기반의 로봇교육을 하여 수학에 대한 흥미도를 높이고자 수학학습프로그램을 개발하였다.

Unplugged computing, the teaching and learning method, helps you learn the principles and concepts of computer science, and its advantage is that even elementary school students can easily understand it. Most of the North Korean Defector specialized alternative schools in the country have the purpose of having their students pass the qualification exam and be admitted to college. Therefore, the data, or information courses, are comprised of simple typing practices and basic office program handling. The purpose of the present study is to offer a teaching plan for these North Korean refugee adolescents, and we had assessed the courses in terms of its effectivity through a verification process. As a result, during the stage where we analyzed the answers from surveys, that they considered suggested curriculum for these specialized North Korean refugee alternative school was appropriate and have the potential to increase the student's satisfaction and interest.

The purpose of this study is to critically reflect on whether the higher education(HE) restructuring & funding policy proposed by the Moon administration can properly tackle the structural problems confronting Korean HE system. The three major structural problems having entrenched during the rapid expansion of Korean HE system since 1945 can be identified as (1) a 'high cost - low efficiency system' based heavily on 4-year private universities, (2) lack of clear distinction of the roles and connection among different types of higher education institutions (HEIs), and (3) provider-oriented education system and culture seemingly still being widespread at Korean HEIs. This study analyzed the validity of Moon Administration's HE restructuring and funding policy from both a macro- and micro-perspective. From a macro-perspective, this study raised concerns regarding the projects to nurture a national university and a government-dependent private university which will require huge public money. In terms of both the feasibility to secure enough funds and the validity of the proposed policy measures in the existence of unclear roles between public and private HEIs in Korea, this study criticized these policies and proposed, as an alternative policy measure, a low-cost and flexibly operated HEIs such as a government-dependent polytechnic, and a measure to increase connection between different types of HEIs. From a micro perspective, this study suggested, based on 'the expanded principal-agent theory (Waterman & Meier, 1998)', that it would be considered to introduce a more flexible approach in designing the level of government intervention depending upon the maturity of quality assurance procedure at individual universities and the level of goal conflicts between government and individual university.

The purpose of this study present directions and a model of Christian ecological spirituality education in the post-corona era, and to expand Christian education beyond the private to the public. There are various problems in today's modern society. The 4th Industrial Revolution and COVID-19 has changed daily life and standards over the past few years As a result, the post-corona discourse is becoming more active. In this context, this study conducted a study on what educational alternatives should be prepared in terms of Christian education for the post-corona era. Especially, one of the urgent problems that modern society needs to solve today is the problem of the ecological environment, and I tried to prepare an alternative in perspective of Christian spiritual education. To this end, the causes of today's ecological environmental problems were examined in three perspectives: global, social, and personal. It could be summarized as the problems of neoliberal globalization, anthropocentrism, and ecological ignorance, respectively. To solve this, the direction of Christian ecological spirituality education was presented as the spirituality of participatory responsibility, the spirituality of ecocentrism, and the spirituality of ecological conversion. The specific model of Christian ecological spirituality education was established by presenting educational purposes and goals, educational methods and contents, educational environment and evaluation.
