The purpose of study is provide the basic data for set up proper illuminance of examination room that put purpose of an empirical study basic data about examination environment setting of the ultrasonic examination on design the examination environment of a new ultrasonic examination. As a method, to investigate the ultrasonic environment related to illumination to take a survey on the ultrasonic examination about test object to 48 parts of six units of general hospital in Busan. As a result, All Door + Curtain showed high scores in analyzing the gender, age, examination part in the case of ultrasonic examination room shielding and LED and light source control is required in the case of kind of light source. In the ultrasonic examination environment survey, the illuminance brightness is average 10 Lux which is included illuminance brightness range recommended the WHO and CEC and illuminance brightness of ultrasonic examination waiting room(ultrasonic examination waiting room, corridor) indicate average 300~800 Lux and it satisfied hospital illumination environment more than 300 Lux recommended by KSA 3011. In conclusion, Basic data suggested that improved future ultrasonic examination environment or designed new examination room on the basis of analysis result of general background and ultrasonic examination related to environment factor.

문제: 환자가 수술장 내에서 수술을 기다리면서 느끼는 불안감을 최소화할 수 있도록 해야 하지만 수술실의 효율성 및 의료진 편의성 위주로 운영되고 있어 수술실 내 대기시간이 연장되고 있다. 목적: 수술장 내 대기시간을 단축시키기 위해 수술환자의 이동경로에 따른 지연요인과 문제점을 파악하고 개선하여 환자가 수술을 기다리면서 느끼는 불안감을 최소화하고자 한다. 의료기관: 부산시에 소재한 481병상의 종합병원 수술실 질 향상 활동: 수술환자의 대기시간 지연요인과 문제점을 파악하고 개선을 통해 질 향상을 도모하였다. 개선효과: 대기시간 수행율에서 수술장 도착까지의 수행율이 개선전 95%에서 개선후98%로, 수술방 입실까지의 수행율이 개선전 88%에서 개선후 94%로, 마취시작까지의 수행율이 개선전 93%에서 개선후 96%로 수행율이 높아졌다.

발전소, 공상, 지방자치단체 통 국내 대부분의 대기실 관리기관에서 활용할 수 있는 전산기가 개인용 컴퓨터(PC)인 점을 고려하여 위와 같은 여건의 기관들도 쉽게 현업 운영할 수 있도록 KRM 대기확산모델을 개발하였다. 또한, 위의 기관들이 대기오염 수치모델에 대한 전문 지식을 소유한 전문가를 확보하기 어려운 점을 고려하여 대기오염 관리와 Windows O/S에 관한 기본 지식만을 소유한 담당자도 시스템을 사용할 수 있도록 GUI(Graphical User Interface)기법을 활용, KRM 대기확산모델링 시스템을 개발하였다.(중략)

This study shows that it is reasonable for an R&D Information and Evaluation Center to have a building with the fifth floor above the ground and the second floor below the ground. A survey was conducted with 22,655 researchers who are registered in the NRF database. The researchers provided 883 responses. The results indicate that about 56% of the respondents positively support the construction of the NFR R&D Information and Evaluation Center. The survey results show that many respondents recognize that both evaluation and information integration functions among the NRF's roles are very important compared to other roles. The findings of the economic validity analysis support this statement. Based on the current demand for the construction of the R&D Information and Evaluation Center, this study investigates whether it is reasonable to build a new center in the available space while examining an environment focused on a physical work space and looking at significant results obtained through a cost-benefit analysis.

The purpose of this study is to suggest reasonable composition and layout of a nurse station and attached spaces-which are central sector of patient caring in the inpatient department- in the view of funtional efficiency. The method of this study is examining other studies and case study of inpatient department in general hospitals. through this research we find out the plan type of inpatient department and layout of nurse station and attached spaces in the view of 'the efficiency of circulation' and 'the easiness of observation' . It is also found out that the nursing delivery system effects to the composition and layout of nurse station attached spaces. Therefore, the efficient design of inpatient department by this study can accomplish 'patient-focused' medical environment and aid to develop their health.

병원은 환자가 모여 치료를 받는 곳이지만 이곳에 모인 대부분의 환자 중 맡은 사람이 감염증을 갖고 있거나 다른 환자에 대해 전염원이 될 가능성이 있으며 병에 대한 감수성이 높다(홍영이, 1983). 즉, 백혈병 및 암 환자들이 (특히, 골수암) 수술실에서 수술을 마치고 무균실로 옮기는 과정이나 골수이식을 받을 경우 병원 내에서 이동할 때 저항력이 없는 상태에서 외부 병원균으로부터 신체 내에 감염을 막을 방법이 현재로서는 전혀 없다(산업자원부 2002). (중략)

현재 온라인 비즈니스 모델의 성공 사례라 할 수 있는 바둑게임을 시간과 공간의 제약을 덜 받는 무선인터넷의 PDA(240*320픽셀) 기반 모바일 환경에서 대국을 한다면 온라인 환경에 비해 제한된 공간 관계로, 대기실과 대국실의 유져 인터페이스와 네트웍 시스템 측면의 연구가 필요하다. 본 연구는 사용자와 PDA의 상호관계에 있어 사용성을 최우선으로 고려하여 PDA 사용자 간의 네트웍 바둑게임을 구현하였다.
