This study is to estimate a demand of coffee in Korea. And based on assumed data, this study is to investigate price elasticity, income elasticity and cross-price elasticity of coffee demand. The data used in this study is the household income and expenditure survey micro data (2003~2012) provided by the National Statistical Office. And LA/AIDS model and SUR method were utilized in order to forecast coffee demand. As a result, price elasticity and income elasticity are found to be correspond with economic theory as they were assumed to -0.259, 0.455 respectively. Meanwhile, it indicated characteristic of essential good by showing negative (-) income odds ratio estimate. When it comes to cross-price elasticity of coffee and cigarette, it was found to be a complementary relation as its cross-price elasticity was assumed to -0.121. Besides, it was found that male consume more coffee than female, while people in their age of 50s consumes mostly. In conclusion, this study suggests necessity of reconsidering coffee as important goods when Consumer Price Stabilization Policy is determined, as coffee shows characteristic of essential goods which is inelastic.

Morphological and culture characteristics of the novel Phellinus linteus variant KACC93057P collected in Korea were characterized in this study. The surface of the was angular, sessile, tough-woody, concentrically zonate, and dark brown in color. Basidiocarppores were circular, with 5-7 pores per mm. The hyphal system was dimitic, and basidiospores were ellipsoid or oval, $4.5-6{\times}4-5$, exhibiting characteristics typical of P. linteus. The optimum temperature for mycelial growth was $25-30^{\circ}C$, and optimal pH for growth was 5-7. The mycelial growth rate of P. linteus KACC93057P was faster than that of other P. baumii isolates. On growth medium, KACC93057P formed aerial mycelia with density higher than that of other isolates. The internal transcribed spacer (ITS)-ribosomal DNA sequences were closely related to the sequences P. linteus complex.

Analysis of siR isolates of Trichemenes veginalis was carried out with sodium dodecyl sulfate- polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis (SDS-PAGE) and enzyme-linked immunoelectrotransfer blot (EITB). Trichloroacetic acid-treated antigens of the 6 isolates revealed 25 protein profiles ranging 12~170 kDa of molecular weight in SDS-PAGE. In EITB, the specific immunogenic bands were visualized at 51 kDa and 96 kDa when HY-1 antigen was probed with difFerent mice sera immunized with 6 isolates of T. vaginalis. The banding patterns with different sera showed isolate-to-isolate variability. In EITB, homologous antigen (HY-1) did not show any enhanced response in reacting to homologous antiserum(HY-1) when 6 isolates of T. vaginalis were probed with a single serum (HY-1). It is assumed that the different banding patterns of six isolates show isolate-to-isolate variability and immunogenic common bands in 41, 47, 74 and 9:k kDa on EITB may connote the important significance on immune response in T. vaginalis infection.

Recently, It has been much interest in modular housing construction. so, The purpose of this study was to investigate the characteristics of the indoor air quality in modular mock-up housing. We measured indoor air quality(formaldehyde, benzene, toluene, ethylbenzene, xylene, styrene) of two modular mock-up units that built-in furniture is installed and uninstalled. As a result, the pollutants of built-in furniture installed unit were emitted more than built-in furniture uninstalled unit. But after bake-out and ventilation, emission concentrations of two modular mock-up units were similar and were below Indoor Air Quality recommendation standards. Built-in furniture is likely to affect the emission concentration of toluene

With the purpose of studying the effects of K-wave event sponsorship on corporate image, surveys were conducted against visitors at K-wave marketing events in Tokyo and Nagoya which yielded 199 viable samples. These samples were subjected to descriptive and multivariate statistics analysis. Average and standard deviation were calculated and measured for total correlation coefficient to find out characterize of study variables. A Cronbach's alpha coefficient exceeding 0.7 indicated a good to excellent credibility of the measuring instrument. In addition, exploratory factor analysis was employed to establish validity of the measuring instrument. In order to determine the characteristics of K-wave events and the cause and relation of the subsequent effects on corporate image that stems from the aforementioned characteristics, 4 sub hypotheses were derived from 1 major hypothesis, of which 3 were determined to have a substantial and meaningful influence on the final outcome while 1 was rejected. However, due to lack of advance research, additional and continuous studies are warranted to establish a systemized theory in this field and further on, to observe such theories bear fruit in real world applications in the industry.

The aim of this study was to investigate how the psychological factors of human interrelation or human socialization are associated with the visual design based on sociological and psychological theories. To accomplish this goal, human socialization was examined on the basis of physiology, philosophy, and psychology. Then a case study was employed to assess how they function in the area of visual design. In literature, the sources of psychological factors of human socialization were categorized into 11 items including the sexual hedonic pursuit. These items were used for the evaluation of 40 printed media advertisements, all of which were the winners of the Korea Advertising Awards from 1994 to 2003. As a result, it was revealed that most advertisements responded to the items of adaptive value and cultural imprinting as biological bases. Also, it was discovered that the existential foundation of advertising has been based on mutual distrust and the payoff matrix as a mind of social unrest. In conclusions, it was illustrated that future advertising will remain based on adaptive value, cultural imprinting, social learning, and imitation learning, as long as advertising continue to hold its reason for existence.

데카르트는 사후에 출간된 1662년 "인간론"에서 자동기기의 유압체계모델을 이용하여 인간신체의 신경기능과 근육운동에 대하여 기계론적 설명을 제시하였다. 이것은 바로크 과학기술의 자동기기의 유압체계를 모델로 근육운동이 동물영혼에 의한 신경 전달로 진행된 것을 보여준 실험이었다. 근육운동은 동물영혼에 의한 신경 전달로 진행될 때 이를 기계론적으로 잘 설명될 수 있다고 본 데카르트의 동물영혼에 관한 견해는 출간 이후 3년 만에 네덜란드 자연학자, 해부학자, 현미경학자, 철학자 슈밤머담(Jan Swammerdam 1637-80)이 도전하였다. 그는 1664년 12월 8일 보르흐 앞에서 마취 없이 살아있는 개구리의 심장을 해부하고 두뇌 제거하는 전극실험으로 개구리의 근육운동이 데카르트가 가정하는 동물영혼과는 무관하다는 것을 보여주므로 반박하였다. 슈밤머담은 이 실험 이전에도 이미 라이덴 대학에서 여러 가지 실험으로 명성을 쌓았고 이 실험으로 해부학과 생리학의 출발을 알렸다. 뢰벤훅은 1673년 270배 확대 렌즈를 측정 대에 설치하여 눈에 가까이 갖다 대 고착시킨 첫째 동물이라는 뜻의 박테리아(${\pi}{\rho}\acute{\omega}{\tau}o$ ${\zeta}\acute{\omega}o{\nu}$)를 관찰하였다. 대학에서 전공하지 않았다는 비전문가로서 뢰벤훅이 이 연구에 뛰어들게 되는 것은 바로크 과학기술문명에 중요한 의미를 지닌다. 그라프는 그해 4월 왕립학회에 그가 빗물이나 연못물에서 채취하여 관찰한 미생물을 1677년에 아니말쿨레스(animalcules)라 불렀다는 것을 알렸고 이 관찰은 나중에 왕립학회 검증으로 확증되었다. 뢰벤훅이 명성을 얻게 된 것은 그라프가 그를 학문적으로 이끌어주었기 때문이다. 뢰벤훅에서 광학수업을 받은 하르췌커는 1694년 현미경으로 인간정액을 관찰하는 동안에 하르췌커는 정액 내에 수많은 아니말쿨레스로서 호문쿨리(homunculi)가 살고 있는 것을 보고 그 존재를 요청하였다. 하르췌커는 정규 학문과정에서 성장한 전문가로 뢰벤훅에서 렌즈닦는 기술을 습득하므로 정액주의 운동의 첨단에서 주목을 받게 되었지만 대중적 인기에 영합하였다. 이 발표는 17세기 후반 슈밤머담과 뢰벤훅이 실험철학에 기초한 곤충과 동물 및 미생물 세계의 연구 성과를 과학과 윤리 혹은 신학과의 상보적 관점에서 개관하고, 이들 연구방법을 이신론과 수사학의 입장에서 해명하고자 한다. 17세기 후반에 곤충학의 대가인 슈밤머담과 하르췌커에서 동물생성의 문제에 이신론의 물음은 물질과 정신과의 관계를 해명하려는 과학과 신학과 철학의 경계의 물음이다. 이 경계에서 이신론의 수사학적 접근은 개별분과에서 해결하지 못한 중요한 아포리아를 풀어가는 인문학적 역할에 기여를 할 수 있다.

The labor director system to be introduced into the company law, the labor director must be explained in the Korean company law and the inevitability of its introduction must be persuaded. Conflicts with shareholders' right to appoint institutions are also a task that must be resolved. Management has absolute meaning for shareholders who receive dividends from operating profit. On the other hand, for workers who are guaranteed the right to collective action and are paid for their labor according to the contract law and the labor law, the management must be considered as a partner in labor-management cooperation, so the labor director system may cause confusion. There are growing calls to create a system that can form a 'relationship of understanding, participation, and cooperation', away from the existing 'control and command'-centered manpower management that causes labor-management confrontation and the system can also serve as an opportunity to reduce harmful effects of high-handed personnel administration in public institutions.

Monthly monitoring, 3D scan survey, and electrical resistivity survey were conducted from January 2018 to August 2022 to identify the cause of rockfall occurring in Daljeon-ri Columnar Joint (Natural Monument No. 415), Pohang. A total of 3,231 rocks fell from the columnar joint over the past 5 years, and 1,521 (47%) of the falling rocks were below 20 cm in length, 978 (30.3%) of 20-30 cm, and 732 (22.7%) of rocks over 30 cm. While the number of rockfalls by year has decreased since 2018, the frequency of rockfalls bigger than 30 cm tends to increase. Large-scale rockfalls occurred mainly during the thawing season (March-April) and the rainy season (June-July), and the analysis of the relationship between cumulative rainfall and rockfall occurrence showed that cumulative rainfall for 3 to 4 days is also closely related to the occurrence of rockfall. Smectite and illite, which are expansible clay minerals, were observed in XRD analysis of the slope material (filling minerals) in the columnar joint, and the presence of a fault fracture zone was confirmed in the electrical resistivity survey. In addition, the confirmed fault fracture zone and the maximum erosion point analyzed through 3D precision measurement coincided with the main rockfall occurrence point observed by the BTC-6PXD camera. Therefore, the main cause of rockfall at Daljeon-ri columnar joint in Pohang is a combination of internal factors (development of fault fracture zones and joints, weathering of rocks, presence of expansive clay minerals) and external factors (precipitation, rapid thawing phenomenon), resulting in large-scale rockfall. Meanwhile, it was also confirmed that the Pohang-Gyeongju earthquake, which was continuously raised, was not the main cause.

As the emotional problems experienced by modern people after COVID-19 have increased, the burden on clients due to negative perceptions of psychological counseling and physical limitations is still high. Therefore, this study proposes a virtual counseling platform for effective counseling using the characteristics of people in their 20s who are open to relationships in non-face-to-face relationships. To this end, a survey was conducted for those in their 20s and in-depth interviews with counselors were conducted. After that, a 3D virtual counseling environment was created through Unity to PC-based service. As a result of the study, it was found that the most important factor in counseling in the 20s was the tendency of counselors and an atmosphere without burden, which was closely related to self-opening in counseling. Therefore, it was possible to participate in counseling while looking at the counselor character in a 3D space created in comfortable atmosphere, and various interaction elements with the counselor were provided during counseling. The significance of this study aims to promote self-openness of clients in their 20s and actively participate in counseling. This is expected to greatly help improve psychological problems through smooth counseling.
