  • 오늘날 고유가 시대를 맞아 신재생에너지에 대한 관심이 점점 더 증가하는 추세에 있다. 전세계적으로 풍력발전은 신재생에너지를 이용한 여러 발전방식 가운데 가장 각광을 받고 있으며 실용화된 발전방식이다. 풍력발전의 경우 다른 신재생에너지를 이용한 발전원보다 경제성이 있고 용량이 크기 때문에 이미 상당한 용량의 풍력발전단지가 설치되어 운영중에 있으며 향후 더 많은 풍력발전단지가 건설될 예정에 있다. 특히 제주도 지역의 경우 풍력발전단지의 입지조건에 부합되어 많은 풍력발전단지가 건설될 예정에 있으며, 세계적인 추세인 해양풍력발전단지도 건설예정에 있다. 해양풍력단지의 경우 육지에서 약간 떨어진 바다에 풍력발전기를 건설한 후, 육지로 전력을 수송하게 된다. 육지와 해양풍력발전단지의 연계는 여러 방식이 있는데 본 논문에서는 HVDC를 이용한 해양풍력발전단지의 연계에 관한 연구를 진행하였다. HVDC의 경우 전압형과 전류형 HVDC가 있는데 두 가지 방식을 비교분석하여 해양풍력발전단지의 계통 연계에 알맞은 최적의 방식을 도출해본다.

A Study on the Application of Welfare Service Type on the Basis of the Tenants Needs and Locational Characteristics in Each Housing (단지별 거주자의 요구 및 입지특성에 따른 복지 서비스 유형 적용에 관한 연구)

  • Within twenty years, Permanent Affordable Housing provided for people's security of housing in late 1980's yields the principles of equity with tenant's in new one supplied, thus being confronted by the requirements that existing welfare service for tenants should be improved. Reflecting on these, this study means to prepare the basic data for the welfare policy as applying welfare service types on basis of housing locational characteristics, tenants tier compared with welfare service needs of permanent affordable housing tenants. For achieving this aim, the range and mixed use mechanism of welfare service are investigated as reviewing the related research and findings. Based on this investigation, 7 types of welfare service(Independence, Half-support, Child care, Juvenile, Self-support, Social-mix, and Single household) are established. On the analysis of survey, the welfare service needs are investigated as grouping with locational characteristics and survey target. In addition, the welfare service types are reorganized by analysis of tenant's demographic and locational characteristic on each housing and are compared with tenants needs. Although, the demographic of permanent affordable housing generally shows that the tenants are constituted with aged people, the housing with high ratio of children and juvenile can be applied with Child Care type and Juvenile type. As a result of comparison, the ratio of independence type, juvenile type, and single household type are more on the large housing and housing on metropolitan area, and the ratio of half-support type and child care type are more on the small housing and housing on small city area.

  • 본 연구는 도시기능의 주요 요소인 주거단지 및 공업단지를 중심으로 환경부담을 최소화 시키면서도 에너지효율을 제고 시킬수 있는 방향으로 에너지적합형 지역개발사업 모형을 개발.제시하고자 하였다. 따라서 본고에서는 기존의 토지이용계획에 시스템적 관점의 에너지 및 환경관리를 통합하기 위한 에너지통합계획의 기본개념, 환경적으로 건전하고 지속가능한 개발(ESSD)을 위한 국내외동향 및 기술목록 사례를 소개하고, 주거단지 및 공업단지를 중심으로 "에너지이용합리화법(법률 제4426호)"에 의거한 기존의 에너지사용계획서의 보완방안 및 사례연구를 통한 에너지적합형 개발모형을 소개하고자 한다. 소개하고자 한다.

  • It is necessary to develop a new location model to support the application of smart technology and confluence in the 4th industrial revolution era. In this study, we propose 'network-type industrial complex' as a method to link several industrial integrated spaces which are dispersed in an area. As a result of conducting a survey of companies in order to develop a new location model, about 89% of companies recognized the necessity of network-type industrial complex. As a condition for activation of the industrial complex, 'complementary function formation', and 'convenience of nodular transportation' were selected. It is expected that it will be possible to supply low-cost, high-efficiency industrial complexes through opening and linking with urban space and infrastructure sharing.

  • 개방형 플랫폼기술과 클라우드 컴퓨팅기술을 통합하여 스마트주거단지를 위한 클라우드 기반의 개방형 체계에 대한 개념을 제시하고자 한다. 스마트 단지관리의 가장 핵심이 되는 모듈인 단지 관리 플랫폼은 통합정보 계층, 통합운영 계층, 공통기능 계층 및 외부연계 계층 등으로 구성되어 있다. 각 계층에서 수행되어지는 운영 특성을 기반으로 표준화된 플팻폼에서 서비스를 개발할 수 있도록 함은 물론 스마트주거단지 관련 서비스, 플랫폼, 인프라를 유틸리티처럼 제공하는 클라우드기반의 서비스제공자를 육성함과 아울러 스마트주거 서비스 시장 확대 및 산업활성화에 기여하고자 한다.

  • This article analyzes the evolutionary process of Daedeok Science Town from the standpoint of the life of science and technology poles. It deals the theoretical discussion on the science and technology poles, and investigates the history of Daedeok Science Town dividing into the period of conception, construction, and clustering. Daedeok Science Town has been developed from research and academic city through special research parks to innovative clusters, and nowadays emphasizes networking, interaction, and commercialization. This study shows the types of science and technology poles can be analyzed by historical consideration of specific Korean case.

  • Demand of new suburban residential development and a variety of new types for housing have intensified by urban Citizens overused of poor urban residential environment. Income growth and improvement of living standards for the quality of the living environment are increasing demands of creating a more comfortable living environment. Thus, according to changes in social conditions, the development of urban area while accommodating additional development pressure adequately, particularly residential development in order to promote the efficient development of suburban areas are planned for the rational development direction. This study suggests the following improvement measures by analyzing the characteristics of the Suburban Housing Complexes built recently. In order to create a more pleasant Suburban Housing Complexes First, the accessibility of the traffic conditions, education and public facilities is good Second, the construction plans reflected needs of the consumers should be made Third, necessary facilities for activation of the urban-rural exchanges must be equipped.

A Study on the Non-Innovative Formation of Urban Industrial Agglomeration in an Old Industrial Complex: A Case of Seoul Onsu Industrial Complex (노후산업단지의 비혁신형 도시산업 집적지 형성에 관한 연구: 서울온수산업단지를 사례로)

  • The Seoul Onsu Industrial Complex, having been completed over 50 years ago, is an old industrial complex, with deteriorating infrastructure and factory buildings. Despite this, there's a current urban industrial agglomeration centered on the machinery industry in the Seoul Onsu Industrial Complex. This study aims to holistically analyze the physical deterioration of facilities in the aging industrial complex and the characteristics of industrial agglomeration to derive the identity of the Seoul Onsu Industrial Complex. Based on the research findings, the complex is seeing an enhanced urban industrial agglomeration due to the influx of small-scale businesses resulting from concentrated trade networks in the metropolitan area and plot subdivision, permission for noise-producing processes, and the ease of securing highly-skilled technicians. However, this agglomeration coexists with a weakening of the complex's production function, limited innovativeness of resident companies, and non-innovative features resulting from weakened competitiveness in the metropolitan machinery industry. In summary, the identity of the Seoul Onsu Industrial Complex is a 'Non-Innovative Urban Industry Agglomeration', an old industrial complex, witnessing non-innovative agglomeration based on a machinery industry network centered in the metropolitan area.

  • This study aims at analysing the daylight condition of the existing and the newly planned apartment complex due to the azimuth angle, and throughout that result, presenting the necessity of new concept of architectural law for apartment complex design in the matter of daylight condition. For this purpose selecting one apartment complex which showed typical shape of '=' or 'ㅁ', 3D daylight analysis was applied for the existing condition. And then after new complex was planned according to the architectural law, additional 3D analysis on the daylight with the various conditions were accomplished. This 3D analysis for daylight condition can give accurate results and design direction which are suitable for the new complex plan of apartment houses.
