Site-Suitability Analysis Using Spatial Information Analysis (공간정보 분석기법을 이용한 적지분석)

  • Selecting proper location for complex facility with special purpose need comprehensive consideration on the condition and surrounding environment. Especially, in case of living space for human, lighting, ventilation, efficiency in land use, etc. are important elements. Diverse 3D analysis through 3D topography modeling and virtual simulation is necessary for this. Now, it can be processed with relatively inexpensive cost since high resolution satellite image essential in topography modeling is provided with domestic technology through Arirang No. 2 satellite (KOMPSAT2). In this study, several candidate sites is selected for complex planning with special purpose and analysis on proper location was performed using the 3D topography modeling and land information. For this, land analysis, land price calculation, slope analysis and aspect analysis have been carried out. As a result of arranging the evaluation index for each candidate site and attempting the quantitative evaluation, proper location could be selected efficiently and reasonably.

  • Complete consideration on condition and surrounding environment shall be performed to select proper location for complex planning or establishment of facility with special purpose. Especially, in case of living space for human, lighting, ventilation, efficiency in land use, etc. are important elements.   • This study started with the question, "Is the cost of landscape construction work in residential areas measured by public enterprises, 'in response to the needs of consumers?" The study analyzed whether the landscape construction expenditure is being introduced at an appropriate ratio according to the value the residents have regarding landscape elements. Following this, research was conducted for the purpose of providing basic data for improving the efficiency of formulating apartment landscape construction costs in the future. This research proceeded based on a questionnaire survey of residents of apartments, and the content of the questionnaire used frequency analysis and descriptive statistics research methods. To take a look at a comparative analysis of value recognition, in particular, a comparative analysis was performed based on the actual input cost based on the ratio of landscape elements by layer. Conclusions were found as follows: First, the degree of interest in the apartment landscape of the tenants was high, and the value of the landscape was high but realistic satisfaction appeared comparatively low. Second, the awareness of residents' values regarding landscape elements appeared to give "plantings" more value than "facilities". Thirdly, as a result of a mutual comparison between the values recognized by the resident regarding landscape elements and the construction input fee, depending on the landscape elements, it appeared that there is a difference in the ratio of up to 52 times from 1.25. Fourth, the fact that there is a difference in the relative proportion of value recognition and inputting construction cost indicates that it is not possible to respond to the needs of tenants during the construction cost development process. It also shows that the utility of inputting construction costs is low. Therefore, a macro-level examination such as reflecting the existing inflation rate is necessary to develop the efficient landscape construction cost of apartment such as the awareness of the value of the residents regarding landscape elements, out of the customary construction cost formulation method based on the microscopic dimensions of the consumer side.

  • This study examined the effects of the online community, such as chatting, book-cafe on the neighborhood relationship. Through a case study of 'The Sharp' apartment area, the characters of neighborhood relationship between user and non-user were compared. The factors affecting the community relationships were analyzed by regression analysis. According to the results, the residents using the online community shared their emotions, thoughts and information with their neighbors so that the level of neighborhood relationship was higher. To reprove the neighborhood relationship being cut off the online community should be handled as an important factor in the planning of apartments. This study as a basic research is expected to contribute to policing against crimes and accidents in apartments.

  • The present study was compared and discussed with focus on the evaluation for the Importance Level of Design Elements and the Case Study Designing with respect to Environmental-Friendly Apartment Housing. It was examined that there were some differences between the result of Importance Level and the suggested details from Case Study. From the result of Importance Level, evaluation was highly given on the planned principles regarding effective utilization of landuse, ecological principle and reflection of varities, while from the result of Case Study on the planned principles regarding health of residents and amenity. Accordingly the present development method and the fundamental understanding on Environmental -Fiendly Apartment housing should be changed on the basis of the results as above.

  • View From the point of change of the land of the land of the nation. The advancement in the modern civilization has led to building many apartments characterized by high buildings and building complexes due to population concentration into big cities. This tendency not only causes serious problems in terms of city images but also produces considerable discords in the matter of harmonized beauty of the complex itself.At the stage of space planning for the apartment complexes only economic and functional aspects were considered. So in many cases the space, which dose not contribute to environmental improvement which must go in parallel with the quantity increase of apartments and improvements of welfare and living standards of the apartment inhabitants.

  • The purpose of this study is to extract the main planning factors of environment friendly apartment complex through the residents' evaluations on importance levels of the planning factors. The major findings of this study are as follows; 1) Understanding on the environment friendly apartment complex is lacking, and the satisfaction level on the living space as the environment friendly apartment is very low. 2) The residents in the low-storied apartments want the introduction of facilities for energy saving, and those in the high-storied apartments demand to develop to green area. 3) In evaluating the importance of the environment friendly planning factors and the image of the apartment complex, the guarantee of green area and the development of water friendly space are closely related with the image of the apartment complex. So, they are the planning factors that should be handled importantly.

  • This study proposes interpretation on techniques as planning methods for environmentally friendly housing estates in a view of Kim young-ok′s Ki philosophy which is based on the east asian studies. through consideration on the environmentally friendly concept with case-studies. When residents make places for a community and participate in controlling housing estate, it is necessary to get harmonized and united among them. This is needed to better understand it in confucianism which regards practicing of humanity as the best of virtue of fellowing the way of heaven. Interests of the western in enviromental1y friendly housing estates are still limited to purpose of comfortableness, convenience, and capability. But, on the Ki philosophy, a ultimate purpose of environmentally friendly housing estates is not for the matters of western interests, but "health".

  • 소수력 계획 시 개발지점에 대하여 수많은 자료와 정보 등을 필요로 하게 되는데 특히 해당지역내의 유량분포에 대한 유황자료는 개발의 판단여부를 결정케 하는 중요한 요소이다. 소수력발전소의 설비용량에 직접 관계되는 설계유량의 결정과 재해방지를 위한 유출의 예측을 가능케 하고 발전소운영 시 가동률 및 경제성에도 직접적인 영향을 미치는 중용한 요소이나 여기서 논하는 소수력개발은 하천이나 댐과 같은 유형이 아니라 일정한 유량을 확보하여 배출하기 때문에 문제는 없다. 그러나 계절별 부하에 따른 냉각수량의 변화 및 소수력 발전유량의 변동, 조위(해수면) 변화 등에 따라 달라진다. 그러므로 수위조절을 위한 수문은 이들의 변화에 따라 자동운전이 가능해야 하지만 운전시 발전정격수위를 맞출 수 있도록 수문을 조절한 다음 Turbine Governor에 의해 유량 및 수위를 제어할 수 있도록 설계하여 냉각수 순환수 계통에 영향이 미치지 않게 언제나 적정수위를 유지시킬 수 있는 운전모드로 구축하는 것이 안정이라 볼 수 있다. 소수력발전설비 및 수문의 오작동 및 고장이 발생할 때 수위가 상승하여 냉각계통에 손실수두 증가, 취수펌프의 양정고 증가와 Surge 발생 등으로 발전소의 정상 운전에 미치는 영향이 없어야 하므로 세밀한 검토가 필요하기 때문에 폐쇄시간과 수압상승 값 등 요인 분석후 설계하여야 한다. Figure A와 같이 국내 화력발전단지에서 냉각수로 사용되고 방류되는 해수는 발전소에 따라 ca.70~150 CMS로 ca.2,000~5000 kW 이상의 수력에너지(H=4m 형성 기준)를 보유하고 있으나, 현재 활용되지 못하고 그대로 해양으로 방류되고 있어 이 수력에너지의 개발 방안을 오래전부터 검토하여 왔다. 발전소 온배수의 원활한 배수를 위한 설계 낙차와 함께 남서해안의 조위변화에 따른 낙차를 이용하는 것으로 소수력 발전 방식과 조력발전 방식의 특징을 동시에 활용할 수 있다.

Study of the Development of Interactive Virtual Model House at Apartment (아파트 인터렉티브 가상모형(IVMH) 개발에 관한 연구)

  • This study developed Interactive Virtual Model House (IVMH) to provide the cyber model house, homepage of apartment complex, and smart home, which have been indicated as an alternative for improving the residential environments, as a total system. For this cause, the concept of IVMH was established and the apartment and 3-types ways used in the existing system were studied. Based on the organized data, the elements of IVMH by technology and environment were examined, and the model of IVMH was completed. IVMH is a model of an integrated system that supports offering information in apartments using digital technology, supporting conveniences, communication and reflection of opinion. In addition, it will be provided with applicable contents from now on. For those reasons, it is expected to be effective in helping improve habitability.
