This study was carried out with two types of silkworm, Bombyx mori, adults having different life span: long life span (adult living for more than fifteen days; LLS), and short life span (adult living less for than five days; SLS). The fine structures of fat body cells in the young and the senescent males and females were compared in an attempt to elucidate the aging physiology of the silkworm adult. In SLS, there were many rough endoplasmic reticula (RER) and glycogen granules in the female cytoplasm, whereas the smooth endoplasmic reticula (SER) were observed in the male cytoplasm. Also in SLS, the mitochondria were swollen and had many poor osmiophillic inclusions (fatty degeneration) at three days after emergence. In LLS, compared to SLS, comparatively normal mitochondria and nuclear membrane were observed in even five day old female. In fifteen day old LLS female, however most of cell membranes were disappeared and mitochondria were abnormally expanded. Many fat granules were observed in the cytoplasm of ten day old male (LLS) which died with full autophagic vacuole (AV) collapsed at fifteen days. Therefore, it is suggested that SLS type is recommended for the study of aging tissue, because it is easier to monitor the changes in tissue structure.

Sight is one of the Important physical function of understand and express everyday life or artistic worts. 80% of the whole cognitive information on things and spaces comes from sight among man's five sense. This proves that the function of sight has much influence upon senses and perceptions, and such influence evokes a varier of emotional response. Emotion is an important element in framing an animation work, and need various equipment to evoke audience's impressions. Such elements as event, circumstance, time, and space are equipments for the emotional experience of audience.

This study aimed to understand the differences in general characteristics, principal diagnosis, injury-related characteristics, and types of transportation accidents between young-old and old-old patients who were hospitalized owing to injury based on data from the Korean National Hospital Discharge In-Depth Injury Surveys. We used a complex sample cross tabulation analysis (chi-square test) and complex sample generalized linear model (t-test). Therefore, the primary focus of healthcare professionals working with the old-old should prevent falls in the home and increase the available medical care, financial aid plans, and psychosocial support for aging. Additionally education on traffic accident prevention and road safety is particularly important for old-old patients.

Hemolymph protein patterns of silkworms in terms of short and long life span were analyzed by native- and SDS-polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis (PAGE) with the developmental stages. From the native-PAGE patterns of silkworm major hemolymph proteins there were varietal differences on the first day of the pupal stage and were classified into there groups MHP-a, b and c SA 10, JAM109 and J037 were grouped into MHP-Ⅰ, Hangang, Chungmun and Daizo(sdi) into MHP-Ⅱ and NTZN, Sulak, Qoichuk and PR varieties into MHP-Ⅲ group. It was found that the MHP in each group revealed similar patterns and changes with development of pupal stage. In the first day of adult, MHP-c was clearly detected in both female and male of the Daizo(sdi), but not in the J037, indicating that there was significantly varietal differences in electrophoretical protein pattern. In addition, the results of protein pattern of hemolymph by SDS-PAGE showed also varietal differences in the concentration of hemolymph protein.

다음 지침은 미국도서관협회 대학 및 연구도서관부회 서지교육지침작성위원회에서 작성한 것으로 1977년 1월에 열린 ACRL 이사회 동계회의에서 ACRL의 정책으로 승인되었다. 지침작성위원회는 본 단명서가 훌륭한 지침교육 프로그램에 들어가야 할 수필적인 요소들을 정확하게 반영한 것이라 믿는다. 더욱이 이러한 형태의 지침은 서지교육 프로그램을 개선하거나 개발하고자 하는 대학도서관을 도와주기 위해서도 필요한 법이다. 본 지침 ARCL이 대학도서관봉사를 개선코자 추진하고 있는 역할의 일환으로 채택하였다.

We surveyed the discordance rate of principal diagnosis made at emergency room(ER) & made at ward on discharge of the patients. Subjects were four hundred eighty cases who came to the ER of one third-line hospital from January 1, 1998 to January 31, 1998. The discordance rate was higher in patients admitted to medical department(8.2%) than surgical department(1.5%). If the patients were transferred to other department during hospital stay, discordance rate increased from 3.3% to 6.3%. In conclusion, discordance rate of principal diagnosis made at ER and made at ward was higher in patients with complicated problems. Medical record department should keep these findings in mind if it has a plan to support the management of ER record.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of the perfectionism tendency of university athletes on athletic commitment, and ultimately to provide the importance of psychological factors to foster excellent athletes. A survey was conducted on 170 athletes attending universities in Hanam, China and Suwon, Korea. To achieve the purpose of this study, it was analyzed using SPSS 22.0. As for the analysis method, frequency analysis, exploratory factor analysis, internal uniformity, Pearson correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis were performed. As a result, in the effect of the perfectionist tendency of Chinese university athletes on exercise commitment, behavioral commitment and cognitive commitment among the perfectionist tendencies of university athletes had a significant effect. Through this study, it is believed that it will be meaningful for university athletes to provide basic data by investigating the relationship between perfectionism tendency and exercise commitment of university athletes.
