정보기술의 급진적인 발달로 경쟁이 점점 심화되어져가고 있는 환경 속에서 경쟁적 우위를 갖기 위한 기업들의 끊임없는 노력은 계속 되고 있다. 이러한 시점에 ERP(Enterprise Resource Planning: 전사적 자원관리) 시스템은 기업의 경쟁력을 제고하고 변화하는 비즈니스 환경을 예측하여 신속하고 현명하게 대처하기 위한 수단으로서의 역할을 수행하고 있으며 최근 기업뿐만 아니라 대학에서도 이에 대한 관심이 확산되고 있다. 이미 국외의 많은 대학들이 ERP시스템을 도입한 실정이고, 국내에서는 정보화 사업의 일환으로 연세대학교가 일반 행정 업무의 효율화를 위해 SAP R/3를 도입했고 향후 학사 행정 시스템과의 통합을 모색 중이다. 정부에서도 국$\cdot$공립 대학들의 행정업무 효율성 제고를 위해 차세대 행정업무시스템으로 ERP 시스템 도입을 본격화하고 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 정보화를 추진하고자 하는 국내 대학에 ERP 시스템의 도입을 제안하였고, 기존에 선행 연구된 연구 자료를 비교$\cdot$분석하여 기업의 ERP 시스템 구축 성공요인을 정리하였다. 본 논문은 초기단계에 있는 국내 대학의 ERP시스템 도입에 대학이 나가야 할 방향을 제시하였고, 앞으로 국내 대학의 ETP시스템 도입이 증가할수록 이에 대한 보다 심도 있는 연구가 계속 되어야 할 것이다.

오늘날 급격한 정보기술(IT)의 발전과 그에 대한 막대한 투자는 공공기관들로 하여금 IT를 효과적으로 관리할 수 있는 방법론을 마련하도록 하고 있다. 이에 따라 국내 공공기관들은 새로운 방안으로서 정보기술아키텍처(EA)를 활발하게 도입하고 있으나, 그 시도와 관심이 EA 도입단계에 치중되어 있고, EA 도입이후의 관리 및 활용에는 아직 미흡한 부분이 많다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 EA 도입보다는 EA 도입이후의 운영 및 관리, 활용 등 중 장기적으로 기관의 경영활동이라는 것에 기초하여 EA 성숙도 역량 수준을 높일 수 있는 영향요인을 도출하는데 초점을 맞추었다. 특히 본 연구는 공공기관들이 EA를 도입 및 운영할 때 영향을 주는 EA 영향요인이 무엇인지를 도출하고, 그러한 EA 영향요인들이 발생하였을 때 EA 성숙도 수준에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지를 밝히고자 한다.

In order to maintain construction industry and to improve efficiency, the Korean government legislated private investment system. Private sector takes advantages by adopting CM (Construction Management) project system, however, public sector has relatively less capability and experience than private sector. In this paper, PSM (Partnership Support Management) is addressed in order to actively strengthen the project capabilities for public sector. PSM maintains existing CM project system because it is a concept of expended business model of CM. PSM needed to categorize the private participated project into 5 phases; project development phase, project announcement phase, project evaluation phase, project agreement phase and agreement changing phase. PSM business structure and business process considering stakeholder's interrelationship and participation are suggested in this research. Suggested PSM business model may not only increase a comprehensive understanding of government and project capability, but also may reduce work load and responsibilities for project momentum of private participation in infrastructure.

당사의 CAD/CAM시스템은 미국 WRIST사와 CIM 추진에 계약을 체결한 1987년 6월이래 본격 적으로 도입되기 시작하였다. 그 이전에도 개별부서에서 CAD/CAM 시스템을 사용하고 있었 으나 체계적이지 못하고 단속적인 시스템에 지나지 않았다. 본격적으로 도입이 시작된 시스템은 386PC와 ANVIL이라는 소프트웨어를 중심으로 구성되어 있었으며 도입 초기단계에서는 별다른 문제점이 없이 시스템을 사용해 왔다. 그러나 1990년도에 들어서면서 규모가 커지고 PC가 가지는 한계점과 ANVIL이라는 소프트웨어 특성이 당사의 환경에 적절히 부응하지 못해 다른 시스템의 도입을 결정하게 되었고 많은 논란을 거쳐 현재 당사의 주 시스템인 Intergraph사의 시스템 도 입을 결정하게되었고 1992년 중반에 Intergraph의 워크스테이션을 중심한 시스템이 당사에 설 치되었다. 현재는 개별적 시스템 사용과 아울러 EDB(engineering deta base)와 CAPP(computer aided process planning) 시스템 구축을 위한 제반작업들이 활발히 진행중이다.

국군에서 99년도에 공식적 웹 문서에 XML을 활용하기로 발표한 바 있다. 그러나 현재 이를 제대로 수용하고 활성화하기 위한 전문 인력과 제반 여건은 크게 미흡한 실정이다. 이 논문에서는 XML 도입에 대비하여 군의 현 시스템을 분석하고, XML의 활성화를 위한 정보시스템 계획을 제시하고자 한다. XML/EDI는 문서 교환 방식을 혁신적으로 개선할 수 있는 정보 기술이며 군의 과학화와 정보화를 위하여 전략적 중요성을 가지고 있다. 그러나 XML을 통한 정보 시스템의 구축은 현 군사 운영 체계와 분리될 수 없는 문제이므로 전략적 정보 시스템 계획 수립의 차원에서 이 문제가 검토되어야 한다. 이 연구에서는 군사 계층별 업무 요구사항을 분석하여 현실태와 문제점을 파악하고, 웹 정보 시스템도입을 위한 조직 구조를 제시한다 실용화 도입의 단계별 조직 계획과 XML 교육 훈련 계획, XML 활용대상 업무의 선정 등을 중심으로 연구한다. 연구의 중요한 산출물로서 전략적 정보 시스템 계획의 애플리케이션 시스템 맵을 제시한다.

쌍방향 TV시대를 맞아 TV를 활용한 교육 서비스가 기존 e-Learning의 한계점을 극복 할 수 있는 대안으로 혹은 또 다른 하나의 서비스로 논의되기 시작하는 단계이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 e-Learning에 대한 정의와 T-Learning에 대한 정의를 바탕으로 상호관계를 규정하고 쌍방향 TV기반의 T-Learning에서 접근 가능한 교육 유형을 고찰하였다. 또한, 인터넷 기반 학습 환경에서 기존의 산발적으로 혹은 부분적으로 이루어진 e-Learning 도입 혹은 운영 방법론에 대한 연구와 관련 변인들을 고찰하였다. 이를 바탕으로 체계적이고 통합적인 e-Learning 도입 및 운영 방법론 모델을 제시하였으며 더 나아가 TV기반 학습 환경에서의 성공적으로 T-Learning 도입 및 운영을 위한 변인 요소를 도출하기 위한 모형을 연구 제시 하였다.

There is a high demand for the diagnostic medical blood analyzer in the global medical device market. The domestic market is in infant stage, but expected to grow very fast. In this study, we attempt to provide several ways for production improvement in order to secure price competitiveness of domestic medical blood analyzer. For this purpose we identify the problems of current production process using ARENA simulation and suggest several alternatives for productivity improvement.. Five steps of TOC (Theory of Constraints) and ARENA simulation are employed to predict productivity of each alternative and to suggest further improvement.

In this paper we designed a secure client-server system to be able to protect messages between client and server using cryptography We authenticated each other using a asymmetric encryption algorithm on the logon procedure and minimized the time to encrypt and decrypt messages using a symmetric encryption algorithm on exchanging messages. We proved that it is possible to make a digital signature on our secure client-server system. And we suggested the efficient key management method to generate and distribute cryptograpic key securely.

FMS는 개별적인 자동화 체계와 기술이 하나의 생산시스템 내에서 통합된 것이므로, 이는 다품종 소량생산 방식에 있어 높은 생산성과 융통성을 동시에 달성하고자 하는 제조시스템이다. FMS와 같은 신제조 기술에 바탕을 둔 공장자동화 시스템을 설치, 운영함에 있어 고유한 생산관리상의 제문제가 발생하며, 특히 막대한 투자비 소요로 인한 경제적 타당성 평가 문제가 FMS 도입상 선결과제로 대두되고 있다. 본 연구는 지금까지 발표된 FMS투자 타당성 검토와 관련된 종합적인 문헌 조사를 행한 후, 이를 크게 "계량요인 위주기법"과 "비계량요인 포함 기법"으로 구분하고, 각 구분에 속한 제 평가 방법들의 특성 및 한계점을 파악하고자 한다. 아울러 FMS 투자타당성 검토 대안으로서 시간적 차원을 달리하는 3단계적 평가 방법을 제시하고자 한다.단계적 평가 방법을 제시하고자 한다.

This paper proposes a progressive Image transmission method with a variable magnification hierarchical structure for image processing system. As Introduced in the literature, the progressive image transmission method, uses a fixed magnification rates of either 4 or 1/4. Thus, a sudden in-crease In resolution Is obtained due to a sudden Increase in information. By adapting a variable magnification hlerarchical structure In this research, a gradual increase in resolution Is possible by slowly inrireasing information between hierarchical levels. The simulation results show that a 5.7dB SNR improvemr'nt Is obtained with an Improved compression rate by 0.7 Ult /pel compare to the LP method. It also gives about 1 dB SNR improvement compare to the PCS method at intermediate hierarchical levels.
