대부분의 금형 제작에 있어서 face milling은 가공물의 표면을 매끄럽게 하는 가장 중요한 마무리 공정이다. 이 마무리 단계에서 burr의 형성은 가히 탐탁지 않은 현상중의 하나가 된다. 또한, burr는 가공물의 정밀도를 감소시키고 작업자의 안전에 영향을 미치기 때문에 이를 제거하기 위해 후처리(deburring)과정을 야기 시키며, 불필요한 비용의 발생과 작업의 병목현상을 불러오게 된다. 따라서, burr의 생성 원리를 이해하고 burr의 발생을 최소화 할 수 있는 연구가 필요하게 된다. 이를 바탕으로 deburring의 비용을 줄일 수 있는 최적의 가공계획을 수립해야만 제품의 정밀도를 높일 수 있고, 작업 능률과 생산성을 향상시킬 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 지금까지의 연구보다 좀더 현실적으로 접근하기 위하여 피삭재의 형상이 line, arc, circle, spline 등의 여러 가지 형상으로 복합적으로 이루어진 복합형상에 대하여 burr의 발생을 연구하였고 이에 다중가공 경로까지 고려하여 burr의 형성을 예측할 수 있는 알고리즘을 수립하였다. 더 나아가 본 연구의 궁극적 목적인 burr를 최소로 발생시키는 가공경로를 설계할 수 있는 시스템을 개발하고자 한다

Our study is focused on a multiple-agent system to provide efficient collaborative work by automating the conference calling process with the help of intelligent agents. Automating the meeting scheduling requires a careful consideration of the individual official schedule as well as the privacy and personal preferences. Therefore, the automation of conference calling needs the distributed processing task where a separate calendar management process is associated for increasing the reliability and inherent parallelism. This paper describes in detail the design and implementation issues of a multiple-agent system for conference calling that allows the convener and participants to minimize their efforts in creating a meeting. Our system is based on the client-sewer model. In the sewer side, a scheduling agent, a negotiating agent, a personal information managing agent, a group information managing agent, a session managing agent, and a coordinating agent are operating. In the client side, an interface agent, a media agent, and a collaborating agent are operating. Agents use a standardized knowledge manipulation language to communicate amongst themselves. Communicating through a standardized knowledge manipulation language allows the system to overcome heterogeneity which is one of the most important problems in communication among agents for distributed collaborative computing. The agents of our system propose the dates on which as many participants as possible are available to attend the conference using the forward chaining algorithm and the back propagation network algorithm.

비디오에서의 물체 추적은 컴퓨터비젼(computer vision)의 주요 연구 분야로 지능형 로봇, 무인 감시 체제 등의 영역의 핵심 기술로 여겨지고 있다. 본 논문에서는 다중물체추적을 통해 카메라로 부터 입력된 동영상에서 특정 장소를 지나가는 사람들을 추적함으로서, 그 지역에서의 인구의 이동 패턴을 추출하고 자 한다. 물체 추적은 블롭 추적(blob tracking) 방식을 이용하며, 이를 위해 정확한 전경물체 추출, 추출된 이미지 블롭(blob)과 기존 트랙과의 연결, 새로운 물체(사람)의 등장과 퇴장등의 작업을 수행한다. 추적된 물체들이 궤적을 통해, 시간의 변화에 따른 그 지역에서의 인구의 밀도, 주 이동 경로, 방향 등의 변화를 추출한다. 이러한 통계치는 해당 지역의 개발 정책 수립 및 시장성 조사를 위한 2차 데이타로 활용할 수 있다.

분산 클라우드 환경은 분산된 다수의 컴퓨팅 자원을 하나의 집합으로 묶고 하이퍼바이저를 이용하여 생성한 가상머신을 서비스 요구사항에 알맞게 할당하여 작업을 처리한다. 클라우드를 이용하여 제공하고자 하는 서비스는 이용되는 자원을 해당 서비스 대상 지역에 가장 높은 수준의 서비스 품질을 제공할 수 있는 데이터 센터로부터 할당 받는다. 그러나, 대부분의 클라우드 자원 제공자들은 해당 자원을 하나의 서비스 지역에 기반하여 할당한다. 따라서, 본 논문에서는 여러 지역에 애플리케이션 서비스를 제공하고자 하는 사업자들에게 전체 서비스의 최적 품질을 보장하는 다중 서비스 지역 기반 자원 할당 기법을 제안한다.

그동안 많은 논란이 있었던 석면문제가 또다시 도마 위에 올랐다. 최근 아기에게 바르는 파우더를 비롯하여 화장품 등에까지 석면공포가 확산됨에 따라 환경부는 석면이 주로 건축자재(80% 이상)에 사용된 만큼 국민건강 보호를 위해 건축물에 사용된 석면의 안전한 관리가 무엇보다 중요하다고 판단, 가이드라인을 제정, 시행에 들어갔다. 가이드라인의 주요 내용은 $\Delta$건축물에 사용된 석면함유 설비 또는 자재를 조사하여 석면지도 작성 및 6개월마다 훼손 여부 평가 관리 $\Delta$석면 해체 제거작업 과정에서 석면이 비산되지 않도록 주변 대기 중 석면농도 0.01개/cc(실내공기질 권고기준) 기준 설정 $\Delta$석면 해체 제거 작업 및 폐석면 처리 시 안전한 석면관리를 위한 준수사항 등이다. 이번 가이드라인은 건축물 사용단계부터 철거 폐기까지 전 생에에 걸친 석면 관리 방법 및 기준 등을 포함하고 있어 건축물 이용자, 철거지역 인근 주민의 석면 노출 차단에 기여할 것으로 기대된다. 환경부는 가이드라인을 자치단체, 다중이용시설 관리자, 건축물 철거업체 등을 통해 널리 알리는 한편, 노동부 등 관계부처와 함께 관련제도 보완 등 건축물 석면관리 개선방안을 오는 6월까지 마련할 계획이다.

변압기에서 발생하는 소음은 근무자의 작업환경을 열악케 하는 직접적인 요인이 될 뿐만 아니라 정신적인 스트레스를 받게 되어 작업능률 저하 및 변전소 인접 주민들의 일상생활 환경을 저해하는 요인이 되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 문제점을 개선하기 위하여 FXAMS 알고리즘을 적용한 변압기의 능동소음제어에 대한 연구를 수행하였으며, 다중음 다채널 제어가 가능한 시스템을 개발하여 현장에 적용한 결과, 120Hz에서는 9.06[dB]의 능동소음감쇄가 이루어졌으며, 전체적으로 4.55[dB]의 감쇄효과가 얻을 수 있었다.

In this paper through the implementation of cooperative learning using SDG, education puzzle actually applies to computer training. SDG(Single Display Groupware) which one computer display have a multi-input devices can work as a collaborative system. Learners are performing together through SDG-based cooperative learning system. SDG cooperative learning with a multi-input device is superior to traditional learning with individual. We have implementation of the puzzle game with this fact. This system through effective education and raising their children's education participation rate will be able to do.

원자력 발전소의 제어봉 낙하 시간 측정 시험은 원자로 비상 정지 명령에 따른 제어봉의 낙하 속응성이 지침서의 제한치 이내에 있는지를 주기적으로 확인함으로써 제어봉의 원자로 안전 운전 및 정지 기능을 확인하는 중요한 시험이다. 현재 고리2호기를 비롯한 WH형 발전소들은 제어봉이 디지틀 제어봉 위치 지시(DRPI) 코일속을 낙하할 때 유기되는 전압을 검출하여 제어봉 낙하 시간을 측정하는 방법을 사용하고 있다. 이 방법은 제어봉을 뱅크별로 인출한 후 하나씩 개별 낙하시키기 때문에, 제어봉 낙하 시간 측정 시험에 많은 시간과 다수의 인력이 소요되며, 측정시 격납용기내에 작업자가 장시간 체류해야 하는 단점이 있다. 이러한 DRPI 신호 이용 제어봉 낙하 시간 측정 방법의 단점을 보완하여 제어봉 구동 장치(CRDM)내 이동권선 신호를 이용하는 다중 낙하 방식의 새로운 측정 방법을 제안하고, 측정 장치를 개발하였다. 개발된 제어봉 낙하 시간 측정 장치를 이용하여, 고리2호기 제어봉 낙하 시간 측정 시험시 기존의 방법과 병행 측정 시험을 수행하고 그 결과를 비교 검토하여 충분히 정확하게 제어봉 낙하 시간을 측정할 수 있음을 보였다.

Internet becomes absolutely necessary tools due to rapid progress of information technology. Educational correspondence abount an age of information demand is a education focused on a learner and remote education based on information technology. WBI(Web Based Instruction) is a formation that remotly educate a learner using web, possible mutual reaction between instructor and learner, submint various studying material, has a good point to overcome spatial restriction. Internal and external standardization working is accelerated and recently XML security studies are activated using XML which is next generation web standard document format. And XML electronic signature raise interworking between digital signature systems used by various field of using XML document. Using these merit and complementing defect are main contents that users have to pay about Certification service to get CA certificate from 2004 june. This paper propose multiplex Certification remote education agent system using XML digital signature to satisfy security requirement.

Visual programs consist of user interfaces and process logics. Because most visual IDEs(Integrated Development Environment) are utilized by only one developer, many developers can't cooperate simultaneously in one large-scaled visual Program to promote the development efficiency. This paper suggests a co-development environment for visual programs through which developers can cooperate with each other in the type of distribution. Developers can maintain the coincidence and the confidence of cooperation through a communication window and a job controller to process the Priority of the events that developers make in co-development work. Especially in large-sealed visual Program, the suggested environment reduces the burden that developer takes about the heavy development work, and many developers can divide and take the complex and large program modules according to their ability. We hope that the suggested environment can improve the development productivity and effectivity because it can reduce the time and effort for developing user interfaces in visual programs.
