The art of dynamic images has experienced three development stages, including experimental films, recording art, and new media image. By introducing all kinds of new materials, new media to the art, and the art of dynamic images has created more freedom for art creation. With the development of digital information technology, dynamic image works have put forward an increasingly high requirement of visual art. The combination of dynamic images and visual illusion can give rise to different forms and expression methods, thus endowing artworks with more vigor. This paper provides an overview by sorting out the lineage and development of dynamic images in the background, as well as understanding the application and performance of contrasted visual illusion. Based on the understanding of the characteristics of visual illusion, we discuss the new characteristics of applying the theory of visual illusion to new media dynamic images in relation to the technical approach of dynamic images. Through the analysis of specific works of Telematic Vision, we search for its reasonable combination and find the appropriate technical means of implementation. We discuss how to use digital multimedia technology and spatial optical illusion to make the design more novel and impactful, and consider how the combination of digital dynamic image technology and visual illusion should be interpreted and applied.

카메라 센서의 한계로 인하여 촬영 장면에 따라 한 번의 촬영으로 모든 영역의 밝기가 적절하게 촬영되지 않는 경우가 존재한다. 이러한 센서의 한계는 하이 다이나믹 레인지 이미징 기술을 통해서 극복이 가능하다. 한 장면을 다양한 노출 설정으로 여러 번 촬영하는 브라케팅은 움직이는 피사체를 찍기에 적절하지 않으며 촬영 시간이 길다는 단점이 있다. 본 연구는 한 번의 촬영으로 서로 다른 노출의 이미지를 얻을 수 있는 소형 라이트필드 카메라를 제안한다. 라이트필드 카메라는 대표적으로 두 가지 형태가 있는데, 첫 번째는 여러 대의 카메라를 어레이로 배치한 라이트필드 카메라 시스템이며, 두 번째는 대물렌즈 뒤에 마이크로 렌즈 어레이를 배치한 카메라이다. 본 연구에서 제작된 초박형 라이트필드 카메라는 센서 위에 마이크로 렌즈어레이가 부착되어있는 형태의 카메라로 각 렌즈 조리개 크기를 다르게 설계하여 한 번의 촬영으로 다른 노출의 촬영 결과를 얻을 수 있게 설계되었다. 촬영된 단일 영상들을 전처리 하여 이미지 품질을 높인 이후, HDR 알고리즘을 통해 각 단일 이미지들보다 다이나믹 레인지가 넓은 이미지를 획득하도록 구현하였다. 또한 노출 시간을 기준으로 설계된 식을 수정하여 조리개값에 따라 다른 가중치를 둘 수 있도록 바꾸었고, 이를 통해 단 한 번의 촬영을 통한 HDR 이미징을 구현하였다.

The output image of the uncooled thermal infrared camera is difficult the identification of target because of the limited dynamic range and the various noises. Retinex algorithm based on the theory of the human visual perception is known to be effective contrast enhancement technique. However, the image quality is insufficient when it is adopted to the narrow dynamic range image as the infrared image. In this paper, we propose the revised retinex algorithm to enhance the contrast of the infrared image. To improve the contrast enhancement performance, we designed the new dynamic range compression function instead of log function. To reduce the noise and compensate the loss of edge, we added the contrast compensation procedure in the MSR image generation process. According to the output picture comparing and numerical analysis, the proposed algorithm shows the better contrast enhancement performance and the more suitable method for the infrared image enhancement.

고기능 CMOS 이미지 센서는 현재 차재나 시큐리티 등의 응용을 목표로 실용화 개발이 활발히 이루어지고 있다. 그리고 정보통신으로의 응용도 가시광통신 등의 보급에 따라 이후 연구가 활발해질 것으로 생각된다. 바이오 의료 관계는 아직 연구단계에 있지만, 앞으로 고령화 사회가 도래할 것을 생각하면 필요한 기술이라고 할 수 있다. 단 실제 장착기술뿐 아니라 윤리적인 면도 포함하여 난제가 산재해있어 지금부터 착실한 연구개발이 필요하다. 앞으로의 발전에 기대가 된다. 본 고에서는 이러한 고기능 CMOS 이미지센서의 보고 예에 대해 차재.시큐리티 응용에서는 광다이나믹레인지화, 3차원거리계측에 대해, 정보통신기술응용에서는 광ID태그, 광무선LAN을 기술하겠다. 그리고 바이오의료응용으로서 바이오이미징과 인공시각에 대해서 서술하고, 마지막으로 앞으로의 전망에 대해서 정리하겠다.

CCTV와 차량용 블랙박스 등의 영상기반 감시장비들로 사회안전망이 구축되고 있다. 하지만 디지털 영상 획득 센서는 실세계의 다이나믹 레인지를 온전히 감지하지 못한다는 한계점을 가지고 있는데 이로 인해 역광과 같은 특정 조명 조건하에서는 발생하는 움직임들을 감지하지 못하는 문제가 있다. 이러한 문제점을 해결하기 위해 종래에는 HDR 이미지를 사용하는데, 움직임이 많은 영상에 적용하기 어렵다. 별도의 WDR 이미지 센서를 사용할 수도 있으나 가격이 비싸고 영상처리가 복잡하다는 단점이 있다. 따라서, 본 논문에서는 프레임을 목표 다이내믹 레인지별로 그룹핑하고 프레임 그룹별로 노출시간을 달리하는 다중노출 방식을 제안한다. 이 방식에 따르면 어떤 조명 조건 상황에서도 물체의 변화를 모두 검출할 수 있으며 기존 이미지 센서와 영상 감지 시스템을 그대로 사용하기에 저비용으로 구현이 가능하다는 장점이 있다.

In this paper, Another way to measure the visibility of image is presented, and this way is different with existing way which is measured by filtering such as High pass, Low pass. Dynamic range, Gray level and Condition Curve Graph is used among much information of histogram, and the output is limited by log scale. As a result, I can confirm that the output is reasonable. With this output, I present that the possibility of another way to measure the visibility of image is existing.

Under the ambiguous situation that design aim is not defined, this study would help designers with 1. overcoming the limitation of form generation ability by establishing visual application system, 2. accepting users'opinions by generating images dynamically, analysing and giving information on the preferred ones on the web on real time, 3. identifying tendency of preference so that they can generate preferred colors and images in future by updating image combination and dropping low-preferred ones. This system would play a role as an idea or form generation application in the product design development process.

The visual characteristics of the World Cup emblem play an important role in conveying culture and identity, highlighting the key elements of the Games, and strengthening the brand image. This study first investigated the visual elements and theoretical background of the emblem through previous studies. Second, the selection of symbolism, shape, and color was the subject of the study. Third, based on the shape-related theory based on the '100 National Cultural Symbols', the analysis was performed using the 'IRI Color Matching Image Scale' as a tool, and a final conclusion was drawn. The World Cup emblem uses a lot of ethnic and living symbols, and the living and ethnic symbols are expressed in a combination. In the beginning, there were many symmetric shapes, but after that it changed to an asymmetric shape. The curved expression form is more used than the straight expression form. And most of the color arrangement image scale distribution shows light, dynamic and modern color arrangement characteristics. In the future, the World Cup emblem design will continue to use national and living symbols. The shape of the emblem should use curves and asymmetric designs, be intuitive, and directly reflect the theme of the competition. In addition, the national flag color should be used as the main color, and other colors should be used as secondary colors. The combination of colors must match the light, dynamic and modern color characteristics of the IRI color scheme image scale.

Recently, various daylight evaluation methods for visual environment have been developed; simulation analysis methods, numerical calculation, and data monitoring methods. However, it is impossible for simulation analysis to make real scenes and visualize real images exactly. Also, a numerical calculation is considered as an out of date and time-consuming mean. Therefore, for acquisition of accurate results, many studies often use the monitoring data methods. Especially, most studies regarding discomfort glare are evaluated by measuring the physical quantity of luminance through traditional measuring Minolta Luminance meters as an instrument. But, this method has a difficulty in measuring several points at the same time because of the limitation of spaces and time when mapping. So, this study focused on the potential usefulness of High Dynamic Range photography technique as a luminance mapping tool. In order to evaluate the accuracy of proposed programs such as webHDR, Photomatix and PHOTOLUX, this paper has conducted an experiment by using Canon EOS 5D and NICON Coolpix8400 digital camera.

Despite the SKM Duyree shop's potentials, such as residing over the Samsung-dong, gangnam-gu one of the premier locations in Seoul, and offering a large shopping store, the old 'SKM Dutyfree' symbol [image #2] has become the burden for a company due to its low-profile brand quality and lack of location advertisements. Therefore, first, we have agreed to acquire the popular brand word 'COEX' and replace "SKM Dutyfree" to "COEX Dutyfree", and second, the new visual image has been created in order to create a synergy of the urban-look and the location-information. Therefore, the visual identity design concepts have been utilized in order to achieve such goals; first, promote the existing COEX-image and metropolitan-esque image. Second, unify the international-metropolitan looks of the COEX-mall, hotel, shopping center, exhibition, and airport terminal with location information. Third, deliver the new identity-design [image #1] of the fresh look(compare to competing dutyfree shops) and dynamic images.
