본 논문에서는 재난 시 보다 안전한 생활을 할 수 있을 것인가에 관심을 가지고 있다. 재난을 당하기 전에 재난에 대해 미리알고 몸으로 체득하는 다양한 형태의 안전교육이 활성화 되고 다양한 프로그램이 개발되어 모든 사람이 동일하고 신속한 대처를 통해 피해를 최소한으로 줄일 수 있는 방법의 모델을 찾아 보고 안전 취약계층인 어린이, 장애인, 노인세대에 대한 안전교육이 강화되어야 하고 또한 주민들이 자발적인 교육을 통해 실질적인 재난 상황에 대처할 수 있는 다양한 교육 내용도 개발하고 다양한 계층별 교육 프로그램도 개발이 이루어져야 한다. 전문화된 안전교육 인원의 확보 전략과 전문인력의 적재적소에 배치될 수 있도록 활용계획 등 내실 있고 효과적인 프로그램도 가져야 한다. 특히 재난에 대처하는 안전문화로 발전은 지역사회 시민, 지방자치단체, NGO, 기업 등이 다양한 행동 주체로 의사 결정을 공유하고 상호조정과 협력하는 형태의 장기적인 네트워크를 지속적으로 구축을 통해 안전문화가 정착할 수 있는 토대를 마련할 수 있다.

This study analyzes cable TV Program "From Start to Till the End" televised by ONGAMENET from 2009 to 2015. "From Start to Till the End" is a game program that guests try to finish certain game or to complete mission once they started. Unlike other game programs, most of guests are not professional gamers thus it brings out comical challenges and enjoyments. This study examines the several components of video games played in the program. Specifically, those components are categorized according to the genre, platform, nationality, and clear time. In doing so, this study not only unpacks diverse structures of the program but also provides the blueprint of the game program.

This study analyzes what contents the general programming channels have been programming since they opened in December, 2011. The findings reveal that their programming tends to center on specific genres such as news, current affairs, variety shows etc., although the general programming channels have programmed diverse contents. This study also shows that the concentrated programming of these genres has been intensified in all the general programming channels as time goes by. The ratio of re-run is shown to be comparatively high, reaching the level of 50%. Thus, it is necessary that they program more diverse genres in order to satisfy the original purpose of the introduction of the general programming channels and to provide the audience with more chances to select programs.

4차산업이 본격화되면서 드론의 경제적 활용에 대하여 많은 관심이 집중되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 드론의 효율적 제어를 위하여 비행제어시스템의 운용프로그램인 비행제어 프로그램에 대하여 분석한다. 현재 오픈소스 비행 스택들을 다양한 비행제어기에 적용하기 위하여 다양한 기능들을 포함하고 있어 그 크기가 방대하다. 본 연구에서는 공개된 비행제어시스템을 분석하여 소형 무인 비행체인 드론에서 사용할 비행제어프로그램을 설계하고 구현하고자 한다. 제안한 비행제어프로그램은 구조가 간단하여 제어주기에 해당하는 루프타임을 줄일 수 있고, 특정 기능의 추가와 변경이 용이할 것으로 예상한다.

As the needs of library users change diversely along with the rapid developments and changes in society, libraries have gone beyond the traditional role of providing, gathering, organizing and preserving materials and information to provide various program services in culture, interests, and practicality that accommodate cultural and educational needs. Public libraries, in particular, are reflecting their role as the representative educational and cultural institutions of the community and following social changes to expand the role of libraries and manage various programs. This study aims to vitalize adult-targeted programs in representative Seoul libraries by understanding the current situation of the aforementioned programs through the past five years, and ran a survey on the satisfaction levels of those who are in charge of the programs and those who utilize the programs. The purpose of the study is to comprehensively analyze the improvements needed for running the programs and the demands of users in order to propose ways to activate library programs for adults.

2차원 하천흐름. 유사이동, 오염확산 해석을 위해서는 유한요소법(FEM) 등을 활용한 수치해석 모델이 사용되며, 이 때 모델링을 위해서 모의영역은 2차원의 요소망으로 구성하게 된다. 기존 국내 연구에서는 이러한 2차원 요소망 생성 및 수치해석을 위해 SMS 및 CCHE2D와 같은 외국의 상용 프로그램을 이용하였으나, "수자원의 지속적 확보기술개발 사업"의 일환으로 수행중인 "RAMS(River Analysis and Modeling System) 개발" 과제를 통해 순수 국산 2차원 수리해석 소프트웨어가 개발 중에 있다. 본 연구에서는 RAMS를 비롯한 기타 수리해석 모델에서 사용 가능한 2차원 범용 요소망 생성 프로그램을 개발하고자 다양한 요소망 생성 기법 및 국외 상용 2차원 수리해석 모델 프로그램에서의 메쉬 생성방법 등을 분석하여 프로토타입 메쉬 생성기를 개발하였다. 현재 개발 중인 요소망 생성 프로그램은 요소망 생성을 위한 기본 기능 외에도 생성된 요소망 데이터를 RAMS에 포함되어 있는 다양한 2차원 유한요소 모형의 입력자료 형태로 변환함으로써 수리해석에 적용가능하다. 이러한 범용 2차원 요소망 생성 프로그램의 개발은 안정적인 수치해석의 기반을 제공하고 다양한 하천흐름, 유사, 수질 해석 모델과 연계함으로써 하천의 수리학적인 거동을 보다 정확히 모의할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the composition for visual character to make the process of television programs. The study can be classified as a visual communication methods into a target audiences. At the beginning of using visual character was communication method as an insufficiency of television programs. However, In recent years, television industry using visual character in many ways into television programs that it can be classified not only to developed the communication method as a function of effects, but also to changed substitute a variety of graphic pattern of visual character in television programs. As a matter of fact, this study have some implication in terms of using a visual character to making television program, therefore, the results show that different ways of using visual character into the diversity of television programs were discussed.

현대인들은 학업, 취업, 업무, 장수 스트레스 등 연령대별로 다양한 환경 스트레스에 시달리고 있다. 특히 우리나라의 자살사망률은 OECD 국가 중 가장 높은 수준으로 최근 코로나19와 관련한 걱정과 두려움, 불안, 우울을 느끼는 국민이 늘어나면서 자살시도도 증가세에 있다. 치유농업은 이러한 다양한 사회문제를 해결하기 위한 대안으로 제시되고 있으며 농촌자원들을 활용하여 사람들에게 휴식처를 제공하고 기획된 프로그램을 통해 치유할 수 있어 그 만족도가 높게 나타나고 있다. 우리나라의 치유농업은 2020년 3월 치유농업 관련법이 제정되면서 본격적인 활성화가 예상되고 있으나 치유농업에 대한 다양한 학술적인 연구는 많이 부족한 실정이다. 본 연구의 목적은 치유농업 체험자를 대상으로 치유농업프로그램의 유형이 체험만족도에 미치는 영향을 조사하고, 기능적이미지와 감정적이미지가 매개역할을 하는지에 대해 분석하는데 있다. 본 연구에서는 독립변수에 치유농업프로그램의 대표적인 유형인 원예치유, 동물매개치유, 음식치유, 숲치유 4가지를 선정하였고 종속변수에 체험만족도를 선정하여 영향을 미칠 것이라는 인과적 경로를 검증하고자 한다. 또한, 기능적이미지와 감정적이미지의 매개효과를 중심으로 진행하고자 한다.

The exist email program between Ship and Land has developed to reduce communication fee because of high satellite communication cost and low speed. Owing to this proper, the exist program has less flexibility and high speed. but to add or change functions is not easy. and it also have many difficulties for programmer to develop marine application because of delicate Satellite Radio communication. In this paper we design new protocol which consist of packet to give flexiblity and implement windows service program for programer to make marine applications easily like monitoring data, DB for Ship Management System, Planned Maintenance System.

하루가 다르게 변화되는 세계화의 물결 속에서 기술은 기업과 국가가 경쟁 우위를 확보하는 핵심적인 요인이라고 할 수 있다. 특히 기술의 Life cycle이 점점 짧아지는 요즘 시대에 기술적인 경쟁 우위를 확보하는 것이 생존의 필수적인 요인이다. 이러한 시대에 기업에서 요구되는 인력은 기술 혹은 과학적 지식을 보유하고 있는 것 뿐 만 아니라 경영학적 마인드와 함께 다양한 인문, 사회지식을 갖춘 융 복합형 인재를 선호하고 있다. 이러한 시대의 흐름에 맞춰 국내외 적으로 기술경영(Management of Technology)이 부각되고 있는데, 기술경영은 기술에 경영학적 방법론을 접목시키는 학제적인 분야로 오늘날 요구되는 실질적인 학문이라고 할 수 있다. 우리나라에서도 MOT 프로그램의 중요성을 인식하여 2006년부터 국가 차원에서 MOT프로그램을 지원하는 구체적인 방안을 도입했다. 그러나 늘어나는 기술경영분야 인재의 수요에도 불구하고 공급은 여전히 부족한 실정이다. 따라서 국내의 기술경영 인력 양성에 관한 교육 프로그램들을 우리보다 먼저 기술경영 교육을 실시하고 있는 해외 우수 프로그램과 비교 분석함으로써 앞으로 우리나라의 기술경영 교육 프로그램이 나아가야 할 발전적 방향을 제시하는 것은 의미가 있다고 할 수 있다. 비교 분석 결과, 기술경영 교육의 소속, 교수진의 확충, 관련 학부의 신설, 다양한 외부 활동 등이 프로그램 발전을 위해 필요한 것으로 확인되었다.
