기업의 지적자산을 효과적으로 관리하는 지식경영 차원에서 기업들은 디지털 시대에 부합되도록 다양한 종류의 지식을 창조해내는 디지털 창의성을 기반으로 한 지식 경쟁력 향상 방안을 요구하고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 디지털창의성의 개념을 정의하고 이들에게 영향을 미치는 구성요인으로 디지털환경, 전문성영역, 디지털리스트성향을 제시하고 구성원의 다양성에 따른 디지털 창의성 변화와 경영성과에 미치는 영향을 다중 에이전트 시뮬레이션 접근방법을 사용하여 분석 하였다. 분석결과 구성원의 다양성이 높은 집단일 경우 시간의 흐름에 따라 구성원의 다양성이 낮은 집단, 즉 동질성이 높은 집단 보다 지식관리시스템 (KMS)을 이용한 지식의 생성 및 공유와 디지털창의성에 영향을 주는 강도가 높은 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 전문성영역, 디지털리스트성향이 디지털 창의성에 유의한 영향을 미치며, 디지털 창의성도 경영성과에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 디지털 창의성과 경영성과 향상에 대한 시사점 및 향후 연구방향을 제시하였다.

인간활동으로 인해 서식처의 변화, 서식처의 파편화를 비롯하여 기후변화, 토지이용의 변화 등으로 생태계 생물 다양성은 빠르게 손실되고있는 상황이다. 특히 생물 다양성은 생태계 복원력에 중요한 인자로서 유역의 건전성 회복을 위해 생물 다양성을 중요한 인자로 고려하려는 경향이 커지고 있다. 유역 건전성은 주로 큰 하천에서의 친수성, 서식처, 유량 및 수질 등에 적용되어왔고 국내에서는 최근 들어 유역 건전성을 확보하기 위해 수량 및 수질관리, 환경문제 등의 해결을 위해 유역관리 차원에서 접근하려는 시도가 시작되었으나 어떠한 수단을 통해 생물다양성과 서식처 관리를 접근할 수 있는지에 대한 연구는 아직 부족한 실정이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 최근 20년 동안 도시화, 댐 건설 등 토지이용변화가 크게 발생한 금강유역(9,865 km²)을 대상으로 InVest 모델 중 서식처 가치평가 모델 (Habitat Quality Model)을 이용하여 유역의 서식처 가치를 평가하고 이를 수생태계 건강성 모니터링 자료와 비교하여 모형의 적용성을 평가하고자 한다.

As building construction projects have been more higher and bigger in scale, the needs for cost reduction, productivity improvement, and reducing of work terms have rapidly increased in recent years. There has been, accordingly, a great emphasis on the necessity of logistics and progress management by well-organized system developed based on the appliance of different management theories. Although highly developed IT technology has contributed to the efficiency and effectiveness in information research and project management, RFID has been merely applied to a single progress or a few types of materials in current management studies, not to the overall process of the projects. This research proposes a consistent and systemized approach for decision making in adopting RFID technology in a construction project to support construction logistics and progress management. With a decision making model that consists of process model and template developed in this research, risks in cost, time, and error in building RFID-based construction logistics and progress management could be minimized.

Even though Korea has long experienced single race/ethnic demographic composition, the recent rapid change of demographic diversity will have powerful impact on the HRM(human resource management) in the future. In this research we find the influence of the diversity friendly HRM to the human resource practices using the data of WPS(Workplace Panel Survey) of Korea Labor Institute. If the training for women is high, the density of the woman increased. The performance pay is introduced, then the density of the disabled person would be increased. The foreign workforce was also increased if the company used more selection methods. But the HRM practices such as talent management, yearly-based compensation systems, and appraisal program which has a tendency to reduce diversity have no significant influence to the financial performance. This findings imply that the management team should introduce the effective HRM systems to manage diverse human resources after considering the organizational culture and business environment. This research intends to find the diversity friendly HRM practices and hope to help the efforts of the management team to find effective management methods.

The production management is one of the essential capabilities of the small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in the information technology sector (IT). Therefore, this study empirically analyzed the effects of such important factors as external information network diversity and manufacturing capability on IT SMEs' production management capability. Based on the 310 data collected from Korean SMEs in the IT sector, the ordinary least squares regression results from this study by using the SPSS version 22 have empirically shown that IT SMEs' external information network diversity has a positive and significant effect on their production management capability and this effect is fully mediated by their manufacturing capability. These findings provide a meaningful implication that the positive impact of IT SMEs' external information network diversity is linked to their production management capability through their manufacturing capability.

물 관리를 위해서는 물 관련 정보 혹은 데이터가 있어야 하며, 최근 효과적인 물관리를 위해서 스마트 물관리 혹은 빅데이터를 활용한 물관리가 자주 언급되고 있는 실정으로 물 관리에서도 일찍부터 빅데이터 활용의 중요성이 강조되어 왔으며, 유역관리는 본질적으로 다양한 정보의 수집 가공 처리를 필요로 하기 때문에 필수적으로 빅데이터 기술이 필요한 분야라 할 수 있다. 국내 물 환경관리는 대권역, 중권역 물환경관리계획, 수질오염총량제와 같이 오염원과 부하량을 기반으로 하여 목표수질의 달성여부를 통하여 유역을 관리하고 있다. 수질오염총량관리제도는 수질관리의 효율성, 각 행정 주체들의 책임성을 강화하여 목표수질을 달성하고자하는 제도로 환경과 개발을 고려한 국내에서의 핵심적 유역관리 제도이다. 이와 함께 각각의 특성을 가진 유역에서 유역특성을 반영할수 있는 유역관리방안이 필요하며 따라서 다양한 정보들의 활용하여 특성을 분석하는 빅데이터를 적용하여 유역의 특성을 반영한 유역관리방안을 연구하고자 한다. 수질, 기상, 수리, 수생태등 각 기관에서 제공하는 데이터를 융복합적으로 확보하여 유역 여건에 맞는 실현가능한 현실적인 물관리 대책이 필요하다. 이에 빅데이터 구축 및 데이터 분석을 적용하여 유역의 다양한 정보들을 활용하여 유역의 특성을 반영한 실효성 있는 유역에서의 수질관리방안의 마련하고자 한다.

국가기반시설의 기능 상실은 신속한 재난 대응 및 복구를 불가능하게 할 뿐만 아니라 국가안보의 심각한 위협요인으로 작용한다. 본고에서는 국가주요시설의 체계적 위험도 관리를 위한 DB 현황 조사 및 분석을 수행하였으며 국내외 국가기반시설의 취약성 평가 절차를 조사 분석하였다. 조사에 따르면 선진국의 경우 다양한 기반시설 분야에 적합한 재난관리 방법론을 연구하고 그에 적용할 수 있는 시스템을 구축하여 재난 예방, 관리, 분석 등의 서비스를 제공하고 있다. 우리나라의 경우 국가에서 관리되는 시스템의 활용범위와 같이 시스템의 대부분이 상황전파 및 재난신고접수와 사후 피해 상황 보고 등의 복구진도관리 위주로 운용되고 있으며 취약성 분석 및 시설체계관리의 효율성을 증대하는 기능은 미비하여 복합적인 재난 유형에 적합한 관리체계가 마련되어 있지 못하고 있다. 이에 본고에서는 다양한 국내외 체계 및 사례를 조사하여 국가기반시설 간 상호의존성을 고려한 복합재난 관리 체계를 소개하였다.

객체 지향 및 분산 환경의 대두로 인하여 오늘날의 시스템은 다양하고 복잡한 정보들을 관리해야 하는 필요성이 요구되어지고 있다. 이에 기존의 워크플로우 시스템 상에서 발생할 수 있는 다양하고 복잡한 정보들을 관리에 있어서의 일관성 유지와 동시성 제어에 대한 해결 방안을 제시하고 객체지향 작업 환경 및 분산 작업 환경에 보다 가까운 시스템으로서 활용되어질 수 있는 워크플로우 저장소 관리 시스템을 제시한다. 즉, 워크플로우 시스템에서 워크플로우 엔진이 정해진 프로세스를 수행하는 동안에 사용되어지는 Relevant 데이터를 관리하기 위한 저장소 관리 시스템을 제시하고, 사용자를 위한 사용자 인터페이스를 설계하였다. 또한, 본 논문에서 제시한 시스템을 활용하기 위하여 다양한 응용 분야 중 하나인 전자상거래를 위한 워크플로우 시스템에 적용하였다.

Cost-effective mobility management for the roaming mobile users is very important in the seamless services on next-generation wireless network (NGWN). MIPv6 (Mobile IPv6) is one of the mobility management schemes proposed by the IETF (The Internet Engineering Task Force) and various IPv6-based mobility management schemes have been developed. They are directly involved with data transfer from MN (Mobile Node). In this paper, two kinds of schemes in analyzing of mobility management schemes are proposed. The signaling transfer and packet delivery procedures for each mobility management schemes are analyzed, respectively. The signaling cost for mobility management schemes are calculated, and the cost of each protocol are analyzed numerically. In other word, applying the sum of signaling cost and packet delivery cost to each mobility management scheme, their costs are analyzed. Finally, our performance evaluation results that the network-based mobility management scheme shows better performance in terms of overall cost.
