본 연구는 국지적으로 발생하는 침수상황을 빠르게 감지하고 대처하기 위하여 다채널 실시간 CCTV 영상을 무인 모니터링하고 자동으로 감지하기 위한 영상분석 기술을 개발하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이에 다양한 공간에서 촬영된 학습 및 검증을 위한 데이터를 구축하였고, 대표적인 CNN 계열 분류모델을 중심으로 딥러닝 모델을 개발하였다. 5가지 CNN 알고리즘으로 시험결과, ResNet-50 모델의 분류 정확도가 87.5%로 가장 우수한 성능을 보였다. 공간적으로는 실외, 도로공간에서 82% 이상의 분류성능을 보였고, 실내공간에서는 양질의 학습데이터 부족으로 분류성능이 떨어지는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구성과는 지능형 CCTV 기술 발전과 방재 목적의 다목적 활용으로, 향후 홍수피해 저감을 위한 보조적인 수단으로 활용되길 기대한다.

These days GIS have rapidly deployed as input and solutions to marketing decision making problems and corresponding decision support systems in many countries including Korea. Its powerful spatial analysis tools along with data integration and graphic display capabilities let many retailers and manufacturers in fashion industry to accept GIS as a useful mean for their decision making systems. At this moment, this paper presents many facets of discussions on how GIS be applied to fashion marketing decision making problems. From provoking several questions on current fashion marketing decision making system to explaining multiattribute decision making and multiobjective decision making as tools for decision making analysis and discussing some implementation issues, this paper revealed many aspects of GIS and fashion marketing decision support system from integration point of view.

다목적 대형 댐의 건설로 수몰된 과거의 삶의 공간을 20년이 지나서 다시 복원한다는 것은 그곳에 살던 실향민 등에게는 참으로 반가운 소식이다. 본 연구에서는 1980년대 초에 완공된 충주댐으로 인하여 물 속에 잠긴 청풍 지구를 수몰이전의 입체 지형 공간적으로 원형복원하기 위한 원격탐사 기법을 적용한 것이다. 비교적 해상도가 좋은 인공위성 사진자료와 원격탐지된 디지털 영상자료를 수집하고, 수몰직전에 제작된 지형도를 이용하여 위성영상자료의 통합 적용하여 수몰이전의 지형공간정보를 현재시간으로 영상 복원하는 실험을 한 것이다. 이를 위하여 지형도에서 추출한 등고선과 현재의 등고선과의 접목을 통하여 청풍 주변지역을 중심으로 당시의 수치표고모형을 생성하였다. 또한 이를 입체적으로 보여주기 위한 투시조감도를 각 방향에서 생성함으로서 수몰이전의 아름다운 모습을 3차원적으로 영상복원 하였다. 좀더 가깝게 수몰마을을 보기 위한 최근접 시뮬레이션 동영상을 제작하여 과거 기억 속의 고향을 찾아볼 수 있도록 한 것이다.

This study analyzed the type of the teaming space of 84 elementary schools which were prized as excellent schools on architectural planning and design in Japan from 1985 to 2005. As a result of the study, more types of learning space appeared at different elementary schools, and there was a tendency to plan as one unit space which include class room, multipurpose space, and others, on the planning of learning space. They intended to be uses for the teaming and living activity as a group of a school year.

The purpose of this study was to review the government's policy on the enhancement of sports facilities for community residents regarding the lack of knowledge surrounding the infrastructure of sports facilities. The government has invested approximately 2.4 trillion won to establish 220 community sports centers, 385 billion won for 194 multi-purpose indoor centers, and 1.3 trillion won for rebuilding 1,870 school outdoor fields. On the other hand, there are problems with the link between the crumb rubber infill on sports fields and cancer, a lack of availability of indoor sports centers, and an increased federal budget deficit. It is the responsibility of government to plan and construct outdoor fields that are large enough to accommodate all people and allow them to play activities. In addition, the guidelines should ensure that the indoor space required for physical activities at each teaching station is large enough to accommodate all students in the class and handle two classes. The government should suggest the federal government guidelines based on a good understanding of the concept of infrastructure in sports facilities. The government also should make efforts to reduce the regulatory powers and provide the community with an autonomous right to plan and construct sports facilities.

홍수(洪水, Flood)에 대한 사람들의 인식은? 자고로, 홍수란 재해를 유발하는 반갑지 않은 가장 큰 자연현상 가운데 하나이다. 당하고 보면 홍수는 없었으면 좋겠다(라고 생각하는 사람도 적지 않겠지!). 그렇다면, 과거에는 홍수재해에 대한 대비책을 어떻게 세워왔으며(고대사회), 근현대의 우리세대는 고대사회의 대비책과 무엇이 어떻게 달라졌으며 과연 앞으로는 홍수재해를 어떻게 대비해 나갈 것인가? 결론은 첫째, 홍수발생의 수문학적요인과 기상예보의첨단기술을 개발해야 할 것이며, 둘째, 물 부족량 해결과 홍수재해조절을 다목적 댐건설로 추진해야 할 것이며, 셋째, 홍수량 소통로인 하천에 과부하가 걸리지 않도록 보다 큰 공간을 조성해야 하며, 넷째, 이상의 목적달성을 위하여 방재기술의 연구개발이 지속되어야하고 사회적으로 방재인프라가 구축되어야 한다.

부산시에서는 서부산권 주민들의 문화, 예술, 집회, 오락, 운동등에 대한 다양한 욕구를 충족시킬 수 있는 다목적 문화공간을 건립하여 지역주민들과 청소년들의 건전한 만남과 각종 행사의 광장을 마련하고, 신도시 공단 주변 여건을 고려한 공익시설의 확보와 향후 지역 발전에 이바지 하고자 현상설계경기를 실시, 작년 12월 28일 수상작을 발표했다. 이번 현상설계경기는 5개 사무소에서 작품을 제출한 결과 부산 신도시 설계 감리(주) 안이 당선작으로 선정됐고, 우수작으로는 금림, 영일종합건축안이, 가작으로는 성우건축안이 각각 선정됐다. 본지에서는 당선작과 우수작을 게재한다.

해안구조물의 설계는 안정성과 경제성을 위주로 하던 1세대적 관점에서 친수성 개념을 도입한 2세대적 관점으로 발전되었고, 최근 여기에 생태계 제어를 포함시키는 3세대적 설계관으로의 발상 전환이 요구되고 있다. 즉, 해안의 보호와 친수성 공간 제공뿐 아니라 자원조성 효과에 의해 연안역의 부가가치를 높히는 다목적, 다기능 연안역 개발 구상이 필요하다. (중략)

광주광역시 교육청은 새로 세워질 동명중학교 건축설계 현상공모에 따라 지난해 12월 19일 총 7개사무소에서 작품이 제출된 결과 류가람건축(대표 류연창)안을 당선작으로 선정, 지난해 12월 23일 발표했다. 이번 현상설계 경기는 학교는 학생들의 생활공간으로 동시에 교사가 관찰 지도하는 가운데 학생 개개의 능력을 발전시키는 장소가 되어야 하므로 학습형태와 사용자의 요구와 활동에 의해 다양하게 대처할 수 있도록 개방적이면서 융통성, 확장성, 다목적성 등이 고려되어야 한다는 취지로 치뤄졌다. 가작으로는 위드(대표 이병구)건축안이 선정됐다.

With the advent of uniquitous life, changes of users' demands make a public library accomplish roles and functions of a complex service center providing information, education and culture service. As a multi-function center, a public library provides various services based on physical and digital space in ubiquitous environment. Information commons is a basement of physical space in an u-Library. Especially, with the advent of ubiquitous environment, design and use of physical space will be a critical issue for a public library to perform its role and function as a multiple complicated space. This study derives facilities and components for designing and implementing information commons in a public library as a physical space. To perform the goals, this study focuses on the newest trends and requirements through literature study, case study and survey. As a result, this study proposes components of facility and principles of design to implement information commons as a physical space in a public library.
