안전교육을 위한 방법으로 체험교육은 일반 국민들이 사고예방법이나 사고발생시 올바른 대처방법을 체험하게 함으로서 스스로를 안전하게 지킬 수 있는 능력을 습득하는데 매우효과적인 중재전략이다(강신광, 2003: 142-143 전세중, 2008). 또한 학생들을 대상으로 소방안전교육을 실시하고 있지만 교과서에 수록되어 있는 그림이나 이론 위주의 주입식 교육이 주를 이루고 있어 혼란스러운 응급 상황에서 올바르게 대응하기 위해서는 반드시 실제와 같은 가상 상황에서 반복적인 훈련을 통하여 체험할 수 있어야 한다(김현기, 2006 전세중, 2008). 그리하여 김태환(2001: 83-117)은 국민의 안전의식의 향상을 위한 안전 개선에는 주민 스스로가 안전사고에 대한 예방과 유사시 긴급대응을 할 수 있도록 안전에 대한 적극적이고 능동적인 체험교육을 위한 교육시설이 필요하다고 하였다. 안전체험관 설립을 위한 시민의식 조사 연구(김태환, 2001: 83-117)에서도 대부분의 응답자들은 안전사고 발생에 대한 불안감을 가지고 있으나 대처요령을 잘 모르고 있다고 함으로서, 주입식 안전교육의 한계를 극복하고 일반인의 안전의식 결여를 해결하기 위한 체험식 교육을 시행할 수 있는 재난안전체험관의 설립이 시급하다고 주장하였다. 재난발생시 위기상황에서 적용할 수 있는 현장 체험식 안전교육이 필요하다는 사회적 요구에 따라 2003년 최초로 안전종합체험관 형태의 서울시민안전체험관이 개관되었다. 이를 계기로 여러 지방자치 단체에서도 현장과 유사한 교육상황을 제공할 수 있는 안전체험교육의 필요성을 절감하고 잇달아 안전체험관을 설립하여 운영하고 있다.

건설현장 재해가 차지하는 국가적 손실을 감소시키기 위해 그동안 정부 및 관계기관과 많은 건설사들의 노력에도 불구하고 건설현장 작업 공정상 중대 사고들이 끊이지 않아 이에 대한 실증적 연구가 절실히 요구되고 있다. 현재 건설업의 안전관리 시스템은 유해·위험방지계획서 제도를 시행하고 있으나, 기존의 다른 자료를 답습한 내용이 대부분이고, 대규모 공사인 경우는 유해·위험방지계획서 작성 자체도 큰 부담을 갖을 수밖에 없는 현실에서 실질적인 수행이 어려운 실정이다. 그리고, 공사 착공 후 잦은 설계변경과 공법 변화 등에 따른 위험 요인에 적절히 대응하지 못하는 문제점이 도출되고 있다. 이러한 연유로 각각의 작업공정 개시전 공정별 작업 안전계획을 수립하여 적기에 능동적이고 유기적인 사전위험요인 제거가 가능한 공정안전관리기법(PSM: Process Safety Management)을 건설분야에 도입하여 시행하는 것이 필요하다고 사료된다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 문제점을 해결하고자 건설현장에 핵심공정에 대한 사전 안전성 확보로 재해를 예방하는 P.S.M. 기법을 도입하여 건설업 중대재해를 예방하는 방안을 찾아보고자 한다.

Ad Hoc 네트워크는 무선의 고유특성으로 인해 여러 가지 보안상 위협에 취약한 면을 지니고 있다. 이러한 위협들의 예로는 무선채널을 통한 엿돋기, 트래픽 모니터링과 같은 수동적인 공격과 악의적인 사용자로부터의 서비스 거부 공격(Denial Of Service), 그리고 신뢰성이 손상된 개체나 도난 당한 장치로부터의 공격등과 같은 능동적인 공격이 있다. 임의의 네트워크 환경에서 이러한 공격에 대한 안전한 통신을 보장하기 위해서 기밀성, 인증, 무결성 그리고 가용성등을 충족시켜야 한다. 이러한 보안상의 요구는 적절한 키 관리 방법을 필요로 한다. 하지만 기존의 방법들은 키의 일치를 위해 과도한 통신 오버헤드. 오랜 지연시간을 요구하거나 안전상 취약점을 노출한다. 본 논문에서는 호스트가 이동하는 상황에서, 빠르게 비밀키를 공유하도록 클러스터 구성을 이용하고 보다 안전한 키 관리를 위해 임계치 암호화 방식을 사용하는 방법을 제안한다. 더불어 제안하는 방법은 프로토콜에서 사용되는 임시키들과 부분키들을 주기적으로 update하여 안전성을 향상 시키며, 호스트들이 이동하는 상황에서도 안전하게 비밀키를 공유하도록 해준다. 따라서 본 논문에서 제안하는 방법은 이동 Ad Hoc 네트워크에서 높은 가용성을 보장하고 보다 안전하게 그룹키나 세션키를 공유하는 방법으로 이용될 수 있다.

고전적인 암호 프로토콜은 사용자-선택 키를 기반으로 하였다. 하지만 이러한 방법은 공격자에게 패스워드-예측 공격을 허용하는 문제점을 가지고 있다. 기존에 제안된 방식들은 패스워드에 대한 보호를 강화함으로써 패스워드를 보호하여 하였다. 이러한 문제점으로부터 안전하지 못한 네트워크 상에서 사용자를 인증하고 서로간의 세션키를 공유하는 새로운 방법을 제안한다. 제안된 프로토콜은 능동적인 공격자에 의한 사전공격(Dictionary attack), 패스워트 추측 공격, forward secrecy, server compromise, client compromise와 세션키 분실에 안전하게 설계되었다.

원전의 전기설계는 원전소내 보조기기에 전원을 확보하기 위해 첫째는 계통으로 부터 독립된 2개 회로와 둘째는 유니트 당 2대의 소내전원으로 구성한다. 이에 더하여 계통 고장시 보조기기의 전원을 주발전기로부터 수전하는 소내부하 운전을 가능케 해두고 있다. 또한 안전 기준으로 검토된 단일사고 기준과 공통유형고장 기준에 대한 대응설계로서 다중성과 독립성이 강조되었고 이러한 적절한 설계에도 불구하고 궁극적으로 인명의 손항방지와 기기의 안전성 유지를 위한 원전의 신뢰는 능동기기(Active Component)에 의존하게 되므로 기기의 성능검증(euqipment qualification) 활동이 필연적으로 뒷받침 되고 있다.

Active radar reflector may be less familiar, since their uses have been limited to military applications, especially the enhancement of the effective radar cross-sections of missile test range in the drone aircraft and missiles. Perhaps the most widely-blown applications of radar transponders are Identification Friend or Foe(IFF) and its civilian counterpart, secondary surveilliance radar for Air Traffic Control(ATC), and most recently, as Search And Rescue Transponder(SART) in the Global Maritime Distress and Safety System(GMDSS). Since it happens frequently accidents on the sea, the problems of the contamination more seriously considered. The conventional navigation buoy and utilities are not sufficient to maintain the safety of the sea and thus new structured concept must be considered. Therefore, this paper propose and implement the active radar reflector with a enhanced structure. The results are shown that the performance of the system is significantly improved comparing with the conventional utilities.

Attacks such as hacking, a virus intimidating a system and a network are increasing recently. However, the existing system security or network management system(NMS) cannot be safe on various threats. Therefore, Firewall, IDS, VPN, LAS(Log Analysis System) establishes security system and has defended a system and a network against a threat. But mutual linkage between security systems was short and cannot prepare an effective correspondence system, and inefficiency was indicated with duplication of security. Therefore, an active security and an Enterprise Security Management came to need. An effective security network was established recently by Enterprise Security Management, Intrusion Tracking, Intrustion Induction. But an internetworking is hard for an enterprise security systems, and a correspondence method cannot be systematic, and it is responded later. Therefore, we proposes the active enterprise security management module that can manage a network safely in this paper.
