인터넷 상에서의 허위정보 생산과 유통은 주로 가짜 뉴스를 통하여 이루어진다. 과거에는 신문이나 공중파 TV등 뉴스 기사의 생산과 유통이 매우 제한적이었지만 지금은 인터넷의 발달로 누구나 쉽게 뉴스를 생산하고 유통할 수 있다. 뉴스 생산의 용이성은 정보 공유의 즉각성과 수월성이라는 장점을 제공하지만 반대로 불확실한 뉴스 남발로 인한 정보의 신뢰성 하락과 선량한 피해자를 양산하는 단점 또한 존재한다. 이는 가짜 뉴스가 사회적 문제로 대두되고 있는 이유이다. 에이전트나 스파이더 등의 소프트웨어를 통해 인터넷으로 급속도로 전파되는 가짜 뉴스를 전통 방식인 소수의 전문가가 수동으로 잡아내는 것은 불가능하다. 이에 기술발달로 잡아내기 힘들어진 가짜뉴스에 대해, 역으로 발달된 기술을 활용하여 잡아내려는 시도가 늘어나고 있다. 본 논문에서는 가짜뉴스를 판별하는 다양한 기법들을 탐색하고 해결방안을 제시하고자 한다.

The past, present, and future of online journalism in Korea are inextricably bound up with the portal site news services. In traditional journalism, finite news media took hold on news consumption completely because of performing news production and distribution simultaneously. Since then, in the age of multi-media and multi-channel, the audience selection has become more important because of greatly increasing news media and then exploding news production. In online journalism, the news distribution have emerged as the most important field because of the intensive consuming the portal site news services making use of various news easier, the characteristic of news consumption focusing on not news media brands but news media contents, etc. Therefore, the news present landscape of Korean journalism oriented news distribution has been completed by that the portal site news services became the symbol of online journalism. That the portal site news services performing only news distribution have more influence than the paper based online newspapers and Internet based online newspapers producing news means the change of media power. By this, a conflict between news media and portal site news services appears at all times.

웹 2.0과 소셜미디어의 발전으로, 자발적이며 상호작용적 사용자들의 집단 지성을 활용하는 소셜 협업의 형태가 발전하고 있다. 사용자들의 참여(participation)와 대화(conversation), 소셜 세계의 커뮤니티(community)형성과 개방(openness), 연결(connectedness)을 기반으로 성장한 소셜 협업의 발전은 여러가지 형태로 진화돼 왔다. 온라인 상의 집단 협업, 크라우드 소싱이라고도 불리워지는 소셜 협업은 사용자 공동생산 구조, 제품기획 참여 및 문제해결, 크라우드소싱 마케팅 프로모션, 공동 재원 활용과 사회적 기업 등의 형태를 보이고 있다. 특히 사용자들과 함께 소셜 뉴스생산의 구조를 성공적으로 만들어가는 허핑턴포스트의 사례를 살펴보고 우리나라 온라인 뉴스에 대한 시사점과 사용자 중심의 소셜 협업 발전방안을 모색해보고자 한다.

What is the basic nature of Korean public broadcasting system? This research explores this question through an analysis of KBS news coverage of the Korean housing market. This study spotlights the internal news production processes. In detail, this study investigates newsroom routines, such as news selection, news gatherings, and news production. As a result, this study reveals KBS can be classified as "Publicity Model" following reasons. First, KBS news selection process stresses higher viewer ratings for competitive market share and belittles public interests of serving the citizen. This caused KBS news to provide fragmented and truncated news information and to constrict high quality news of significant information for citizen. Second, KBS newsroom operates under the minimum staff resource to produce news programmes and has developed official source dependency as a routine for news gathering. Third, under the limits of report format, KBS news worked as a neutral deliverer of government message and failed to provide more detailed information and diverse viewpoints.

When newsreel was organized in 1967, it was a small but strong revolution. New York newsreel became the third world newsreel in 1972. The third world newsreel clearly stated that the purpose of the organization should be the alternative provision of the Television news. They also notified the revolution of the production system and the distribution system. Christine Choy who actively worked at the Third world newsreel succeeded the spirit of the organization through her works. Through the third world newsreel and Christine Choy who was the representative of the organization, this article is dealing with the mode of production and the style and the aesthetics of the Newsreel. Their activities were originally political and always controversial. They agonized who should be the film maker, how should be the distribution system. Through the strong arguments, the group had acquired not only collective identity but also collective production. Those collaborations had become the foundation of their works. Christine Choy has been a key figure of the Third world newsreel and her films has focused on the racial problem and gender problem. Her works have always been political and historical.

This study explores what are the factors which influence the perception of press professionalism and fairness of journalist in the process of their news production. This study focused on how the difference between mainstream media and online media, the political tendency and the degree of freedom during working effected on the judgement of the freedom of press based on the model of Shoemaker and Reese' hierarchical model. As a result, Research finding is as follows: First, online media journalist evaluated the fairness of press higher than offline media journalists. Second, the consistency of political tendency of offline media is different from online media. Online media journalists evaluated the fairness of the press higher than offline media journalists. Finally, the degree of freedom during performance is the most importance factor which affects the evaluation of press fairness. This study highlights the factors which influence the perception of journalists on the quality of the press based on the survey data which have conducted by Korean press foundation This study implicates how working environment is importance in journalist's writing as a journalist. The freedom of press is very important in the process of news production because the factors which influence the evaluation of the fairness and the professionalism of press reveals the quality of press.

This study analysed news consumers' perception toward the use of mobile devices and examined their preference on news contents. News audience in the mobile age hoped that news producers make news contents through communication with audience. They showed a negative stance against the attitude that news producers underestimate the audience' intellectual level. Audience preferred novel news formats and services adapted to the mobile environments. In terms of the role of the press, they preferred interpretive and investigative journalism rather than superficial and sensual journalism. Therefore, news companies should consider audience' news consuming attitudes in their producing and delivering news. They also should seek for utilizing the use of the mobile media more aggressively than ever before.
