원가 및 관리회계분야에서는 이미 선진국을 중심으로 활동개념을 도입한 활동기준 원가 계산(ABC : activity-based costing)이 성공적으로 도입·운영되고 있다. 하지만 국내외 적으로 재무회계분야에서는 전통적으로 복식부기시스템(double-entry bookkeeping system)에 지나치게 편중되어 있어서 회계정보의 산출과정에서 여러 가지 제약을 받고 있 는 것도 사실이다. 이러한 문제점을 개선·보완하기 위해서 재무회계 분야에도 활동개념을 도입했는데, 이것이 바로 활동정보회계(AIA : activity information accounting)이다. AIA는 기업의 활동이 발생하는 즉시 복식부기처리과정을 거치지 않고 활동과 대응가치의 처리방법 을 통해 실시간으로 회계정보를 생산하며, 기업의 모든 부서가 정보를 즉시 공유하고 교류 함으로써 기업유기체를 가능케 하는 새로운 회?리방법론이다. AIA의 개념을 구현하기 위해 이스턴컨설팅(주)에 의해서 개발된 활동정보회계시스템(activity information accounting system)은 복식부기시스템을 전면 부정하기 보다는 이를 점자 개선하고 보완하려는 의도에 서 개발된 종합회계처리프로그램이며, 따라서 복식부기의 모든 회계처리과정을 누락시키지 않으면서도 다양 회계, 관리 및 경영분석보고서를 제공해준다.

The existing data broadcasting system has the mechanism that the receiving device should download repetitively the entire broadcasting application data until it acquires the whole of the application data. This mechanism takes long time for the download. To solve this problem this paper proposes a scheme that the device effectively downloads the missing parts of broadcasting application data through the return channel and shows the performance evaluations of the proposed scheme with respect to the experiment.

탈세(脫稅)의 규모추정(規模推定)을 위해서는 우선 과세표준의 누락정도를 추정해야 한다. 본 연구에서는 1987년과 1988년 도시가계조사 테이프를 이용하여 소득(所得)-지출추계방법(支出推計方法)에 의해 탈루소득(脫漏所得)이 전체소득(全體所得)에서 차지하는 비중을 추정하였다. 그 결과 1987, 1988년 두 해의 탈루소득(脫漏所得)의 규모는 전체 GNP의 약 15%인 것으로 추정되었다. 다시 이렇게 추정된 탈루소득비율(脫漏所得比率)을 이용하여 소득세(所得稅)의 탈세규모(脫稅規模)를 추정하였으며, 그 규모가 전체소득세(全體所得稅)에서 차지하는 비중은 1987년에 10~11.3%, 1988년에는 8.7~9.8%에 달하는 것으로 추정된다. 한편 부가가치세(附加價値稅)의 과세표준인 민간소비지출(民間消費支出)의 탈루규모(脫漏規模)는 전체탈루소득(全體脫漏所得)과 거시민간소비함수(巨視民間消費函數)에 추정된 민간소비(民間消費)의 대(對)GNP탄력성을 이용하여 추정한 결과, 1987, 1988년 모두 10.5%인 것으로 추정되었다. 이에 따라 1987, 1988년의 부가가치세(附加價値稅)의 탈세규모(脫稅規模)는 10.5~16.5%에 달했던 것으로 추정된다.

본 논문에서는 전기공사 단위시방서 작성 및 운영에 필요한 KEM-SPEC. 운영시스템을 개발하였다. KEM-SPEC. 운용시스템은 전기설비 시공에 있어, 필요한 공사시방서 작성 시, 누락과 오류, 중복적 피해를 최소화 하고, 전기공사 시공품질과 성능을 확보할 수 있다.

The population enumeration data from the decennial U.S. census are used in the apportionment of the U.S. House of Representatives and federal revenue sharing. The primary purpose of this study is to examine the various issues about the U.S. Census 2000. More specifically, this paper analyzes the sociopolitical implications of the racial and ethnic variations in net undercount rate in the census. In addition, we investigate the politics of race and ethnicity centering the census questions on race and use of sampling for adjustment of the enumeration data.

본 연구는 사망원인통계의 질과 밀접한 관련이 있는 사망진단서 첨부율이 지역간 큰 격차를 보인다는 사실에 기초하여 어떤 요인이 이 현상에 영향을 미치는지 파악하는 데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 1991년부터 2000년까지 10개 년 간 6개 대도시 및 9개 시도의 지역별 사망진단서 첨부율과 각 지역의 사망자, 신고자 및 기타 지역 특성을 사망신고자료와 지역통계연보를 통하여 수집하였다. 이 패널자료를 분석함에 있어서 진단서 첨부율에 영향을 미치되 불가피하게 누락된 요인의 영향은 가변수를 사용하는 고정효과모형을 이용하여 보정하였다. 분석에 포함된 변수 중에서는 사망자의 교육수준과 병원사망자 비율이 사망진단서 첨부율의 지역별 차이를 낳는 주요 요인인 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 사망원인통계의 추가적인 질 제고를 위해서는 국가정책수립에 있어서 사망원인통계의 중요성에 대한 홍보 및 교육과 농어촌 벽지 및 도서 지역 등 의료이용이 여전히 어려운 지역에서의 의료기관 이용률 제고를 위한 노력을 기울여야 할 것이다.

The foundation of information theory mainly established by C. E. Shannon , opened the way to profuse studies on the linguistics of various languages. The statistics of Korean letters composed of elements and space are analyzed. The Korean alphabetic elements including the space have their probabilities . And information techniques can be applied to them. This paper extended the previous statistics of Korean letters to include the space. We have also calculated the entropies and redundancy for the case. The result can be used to modify the evaluation of Korean letter information processing devices and used as the basis for letter coding method for eventual future information processors.

인터넷쇼핑몰의 신뢰도는 정확한 사업자신원정보로부터 출발한다. 우리나라의 경우, 인터넷쇼핑몰은 홈페이지에 사업자신원정보를 표시하도록 법으로 규정하고 있으며, 대부분의 인터넷쇼핑몰들이 규정을 잘 준수하고있다. 그러나 일부 인터넷쇼핑몰들이 고의로 사업자신원정보를 누락하거나 틀린 정보를 표시하기도 하며, 때로는 수시로 변하는 사업자신원정보를 일관성 있게 표시하지 않아 소비자들이 피해를 보거나 불편을 겪고있다. 또한 사업자의 신원을 정확히 밝히지 않는 악성 스팸 메일로 금융회사를 사칭하여 개인정보를 채가는 피싱(Phishing) 사기사건이 증가하고 있다. 이는 전자상거래에 대한 신뢰도를 저하시키는 큰 원안이 되고 있다. 이러한 문제를 해결하는 첫번째 노력이 온라인 사업자의 신원정보를 정확히 표시하고 소비자들이 진위여부를 파악 할 수 있도록 하는 것이다. 따라서 본 연구는 온라인 사업자의 신뢰도 제고를 위한 방안으로 사업자신원정보 표시에 대한 제 3자 인증서비스의 기본원칙을 제시하고 이에 따른 인증서비스 체계를 제시한다.

This study presents a plan to develop a integrated management system for data survey of cadastral surveying to efficiently manage and research cadastral survey data. As a result of analysis of the existing cadastral survey data used to evaluate efficiency of the developed integrated cadastral survey data management system, it was shown that data survey time can be reduced by approximately half.
