Study on the Quadcopter for Person Search using PID Control and HSV (PID 제어 및 HSV를 활용한 인명 수색용 쿼드콥터에 관한 연구)

  • Mountain accidents such as forest fires and missing people are increasing as hikers increase due to indoor activities restrictions caused by the prolonged COVID-19 incident. If a dangerous situation occurs at outside where rescue workers cannot reach, the search time for person can be reduced using a quadcopter. Considering this, in this paper, Multiwii is used to smoothly hover the quadcopter by setting optimized PID values of the x-axis, y-axis, and z-axis (Yaw) according to the change in the inclination of the gas. In addition, after installing Open CV on Raspberry Pie, the camera uses HSV color space to filter the color such as the description of the person, and uses a thermal imaging camera to receive thermal sensing images in real time in environments where color extraction is difficult. As a result, it was confirmed that hovering was possible at a height of 2 to 8 m, blue extraction was possible at a height of 5 m, and heat detection was possible at a distance of less than 10 cm.

  • The database development is in need or transaction management composed of operations about data, efficiency database management and security of information data in necessity of as well as the new thinking about data security. When users approach data, transaction concurrency is controlled by the users security authentication and security level of data. So, existing secure algorithm occurred the problems which don't satisfy serializability of high level transaction which is delayed high level transaction repeatedly by the low level transaction, because existing secure algorithm is focused on the part which removes the security channel. Therefore this proposed algorithm which prevents waste of resource from the high level transaction reexecution and delay by stopping serializability offense problem by the increase of efficiency of concurrency control.

  • In this paper, we propose a system for monitoring and controlling the level of the rainwater tank by installing an underground storage tank as one of ways to increase the utilization rate to solve the water shortage and imbalance. For this purpose, a microprocessor of ATMEL's Atmega 128 is used for the control module, and the sensor capable of measuring the water level uses a float type level sensor which is a kind of tactile sensor. In particular, the level sensor outputs the output in a industry standard dimension, so that the compatibility is improved so as to replace the existing sensor.

  • A new approach for maximizing torque capability of low efficient reaction wheel assembly is addressed in this paper. At first, to find out a solution in constrainted field, weighted pseudo-inverse and momentum minimized allocation are suggested instead of a general control allocation called pseudo-inverse. The second method is a structural manner to enlarge torque capability of specific axis by changing installed skew angle of wheels. Two proposed methods are applied to large angle maneuvers of satellite. Improvement of control performance and feasibility for applying to commercial satellite attitude control are demonstrated by numeric simulations.

  • 최근의 전력 공급 시장에서는 전력 공급의 유연성을 확보함과 동시에 고품질의 전력을 높은 신뢰성을 가지면서 수용가에 공급하는 송전기술에 대한 관심이 높아지고 있다. 이러한 시장의 요구에 부응하여 송전 시스템의 유효전력 및 무효전력을 능동적으로 제어할 수 있는 FACTS(Flexible AC Transmission System) 기기의 개념이 도입되었다 FACTS기술의 개념은 기존에 수동적으로 제어하였던 선로의 전압, 임피던스 및 위상각을 능동적으로 제어함으로써 전력공급의 유연성 및 신뢰성을 높이는 것이다 국내에서는 과거 일련의 project를 통하여 인버터형 FACTS 기기외 국내 적용을 위한 연구를 수행해 왔으며, 그 결과를 토대로 한전 전력연구원, (주)효성, 미국 Siemens사 및 국내 연구소와 협동연구의 형태로 한전의 154kV 계통에 적용되는 80MVA급 UPFC(Unified Power Flow Controller) pilot plant project를 진행하고 있다. 본 pilot plant project를 통하여 인버터형 FACTS 기기인 UPFC를 실제계통에 설치, 운영함으로써 향후 한국의 기간 계통인 345kV 송전 시스템에 적용할 시스템의 사양 및 운용전략을 도출할 계획이다. 본 논문에서는 국내 계통의 특징, pilot plant가 설치될 지역의 계통현황 및 기기의 사양을 소개하고 기기의 현장 설치 및 시험 진행 상황에 대하여 설명하였다.

  • A new wire detection algorithm for power line inspection by a mobile robot has been proposed in this paper. There have been a lot of studies in order to support the high-quality electric power. For the high-quality power supply, it is necessary to investigate the power lines and insulators before the lines or insulators were disconnected or damaged. Although Korea Electric power Corp. has made many efforts for the quality improvement, it is not enough to inspect all the power lines by human inspectors. According to this problem, it is decided to replace the human operators by the power line inspection robot. When the robots are used for the inspection, there could be several advantages, for example, the working efficiency and the prevention of accident. And also the shortage of human power for dangerous jobs can be resolved. In this paper, as a part of the development of power line inspection robot, DICRO, the sensor fusion and fuzzy control algorithms are developed to detect the wire and slope of the wire. The effectiveness of the proposed algorithms is proved by the real experiments with DICRO which is under development so far.

  • Ar 이온 식각법을 이용하여 (001) SrTiO3(STO) 단결정 기판 위에 200nm 높이의 계단형 모서리를 제작하였다. 계단식은 입사하는 Ar 이온 빔에 대한 Ar 이온 입사각과 마스크 회전각을 조절함으로써 38$^{\circ}$-70$^{\circ}$의 넓은 범위로 제어할 수 있었다. 초전도 YBa2Cu3O7-$\delta$박막은 계단이 있는 STO 기판 위에 펄스레이저 증착법을 이용하여 증착하였으며, 박막의 두께는 계단 높이에 대한 박막의 두께비가 0.5-1.2가 되도록 하였다. 계단형 모서리 조셉슨 접합의 임계전류밀도와 IcRn값은 77K에서 각각 104A/$\textrm{cm}^2$, 70-200$\mu$V이었다.

  • 본 연구는 실내외 자전거 운동 시 빈번히 발생하고 있는 무릎상해를 예방하기 위해 자전거 운동을 실시할 때 올바른 자세를 유지 할 수 있도록 도와주는 보호 장비 개발 내용이다. 자전거 운동 시 발생할 수 있는 손상을 예방하기 위해서는 안장의 높이, 좌우 무릎사이의 간격, 무릎 각도가 안전한 각도 범위내에 있어야 한다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 무릎의 올바른 정렬을 유지한 채 운동을 지속할 수 있도록 센서부와 제어기로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 한다. 센서부는 가속도 센서, 자이로 센서, 속도감지 센서로 구성하여 자전거 운동 시 정상적인 무릎정렬과 비교하여 올바르지 못한 정렬 상태에서 운동 시 즉시 피드백하여 자세를 수정할 수 있도록 유도해 무릎의 상해를 예방하는 실내외 자전거 이용 시 운동 상해를 예방하기 위한 무릎 보호대를 개발하고자 한다.

The Effects of Range of Motion of Lower Limb on Gait time of Height of High Heeled Shoes in Gait (보행 시 하이힐 굽 높이에 따라 보행시간이 하지관절 가동범위에 미치는 영향)

  • The purpose of the study was to compare the differences among phases accoring to the gait time on the heel height during gait, investigate the effect on ROM of the lower limb on gait time. Ten female college students in their 20s participated in the study, and variables were calculated through 3D gait analysis on height of heel. As a statistical method, one-way ANOVA was performed for the differences between the three heel heights, and multiple regression analysis was performed to determine the effect of gait time on the ROM. As a result of the study, phase 2, the higher the heel, the longer the gait time, but phase 3, the higher the heel, the shorter the gait time. As a result of analyzing the effect of gait time on the ROM of the lower limb, in phase 2, the greater the ROM for the ankle and knee joint in 1 cm, and for the ankle joint in 5 cm, the longer the gait time. In phase 3, the greater the ROM for the hip joint in 1 cm, the longer the gait time, and the smaller the ROM for the ankle joint in 10 cm, the longer the gait time. Therefore, in the case of high-heeled shoes, it is suggested that the control of the ankle joint is important.

Self-contained LED lantern Control system with BLE functions (BLE 기능을 갖는 일체형 LED 등명기 제어시스템)

  • LED beacons operated on an isolated marine area are mostly employing the solar power supply system, and this system is well known for increasing the cost of management and maintenance. Recently, a number of researches and demonstrations on self-contained LED beacon is actively conducted to solve this issue. In this work, we propose an self-contained LED beacon with Bluetooth Low Energy function for an effective management of LED beacon. Firstly, control program structure is designed by expanding the status protocol of self-contained LED beacon, and then it is implemented into the form which administrator can easily understand. The control system visualizes the status and control data of self-contained LED beacon, and this enables the rapid decision-making of administrator. Also, minimizing electricity consumption of the beacon, it can transfer and update the status or light information of self-contained LED beacons with smart phone.
