협상은 상거래에 있어서 매우 중요한 요소 중 하나이다. 현재의 웹 기반 전자상거래 시스템은 이러한 중요한 협상 구조를 상거래에 잘 반영하지 못하는 문제점을 가지고 있다. 이러한 문제점중 기업과 소비자간의 미비한 협상 구조를 보안하기 위해 실세계 상거래에서 존재하는 점원을 전자상거래상의 가상점원으로 모델링하여 회사의 정책과 구매자의 특성을 반영하여 구매자와 전략적으로 자동 협상을 수행할 수 있는 에이전트의 구조를 설계하고 표현하고, 그 제안에 대한 평가 내용과 결정사항을 전달할 수 있는 언어적인 구조가 필요하며, 협상의 대상이 되는 사안들의 특성을 반영할 수 있는 표현 구조도 요구된다. 또한 이러한 협상에서 전략을 세우고 알맞은 제안을 제시하며 상대의 제안에 대하여 전략적으로 반응할 수 있는 의사결정 모델이 요구된다. 본 논문에서는 회사의 정책 모델과 구매자의 모델을 정의하고 이를 이용한 협상 모델을 설계 구현하였다. 협상 구조의 모델링을 위해 KQML(Knowledge Query Manipulation Language)을 기반으로 전자상거래 프로토콜로 설계하고, 논쟁 기반 협상 모델을 기초로 협상언어를 설계하였다. 또한 협상에서의 전략적인 의사결정을 위해 게임이론을 이용하고, 규칙 기반 시스템으로 이를 보충하였다. 마지막으로 가상점원 모델을 바탕으로 조립 컴퓨터 판매를 위한 가상점원으로 구현하였고, 이에 대한 실험을 통하여 가상점원의 유용성을 보였다.

무선 통신 시스템에서 이동 사용자들의 안전성 문제에 대한 논쟁은 끊임없이 이루어지고 있으며 무선 네트워크 환경에서 더 안전한 통신을 위한 연구들이 계속 진행되고 있다. 무선 네트워크 환경에서는 전달하고자 하는 메시지들이 공중파를 매체로 하여 전송되기 때문에 유선 네트워크 시스템에서보다 안전성의 문제가 더욱 철저히 고려되어야 한다. 본 논문에서는 무선 이동 네트워크 환경에서 인증서를 기반으로 한 안전한 통신 프로토콜을 제안하고자 한다. 특히 이동 사용자들이 각기 다른 도메인으로부터 서비스를 받고 있는 환경에서 종단간에 위치한 이동 사용자들이 다근 사용자와 외부 도메인으로부터 익명성을 보장받으며 서로를 인증하고 안전하게 통신을 위한 비밀키를 공유찬 수 있는 프로토콜을 제안한다.

According to Field, mathematical objects do not exist but they might have existed. In this paper I examine how persuasive this 'contingent' nominalism could be. For this I give a detailed analysis of the recent debate on the contingency of mathematical objects. I argue that the putative connection between contingency and explanation could still be sustained, but an independent argument is needed in order to support a general principle underlying the connection. I show that the attacks based on the anti-insularity principles already reflect their own positions on the modal status of the existence of mathematical objects.

텍스트 특성을 인식하는 방법적 접근은 텍스트의 기본적 특성을 이용하는 것에서부터 다변량 기법까지 다양한 방법이 제안되고 이용되고 있다. 이 논문에서는 이런 여러 기법들 중 클러스터링 기법을 이용하여 텍스트의 특성을 인식하고 그 인식능력의 효과성을 확인하고자 하였다. p 개의 변수로 구성된 N 개의 개체들은 p-차원 공간에 흩어진 N 개의 점으로 생각될 수 있으며 이들이 어떤 의미의 조밀성을 가지고 cluster를 이루고 있는지에 대한 정보는 자료의 구조를 이해하는데 매우 중요한 의미를 가지게 된다. 이런 결과들은 현재 우리학계의 도작사건논쟁, 인문학계 특히 고대사학과 민족 정체성에 대한 거대 담론들에 대한 여러 형태의 유용한 실증적 전거를 마련해주게 될 것이다.

Most of the work done in developing Z39.50 was carried out in the basic protocol framework. It becomes apparent that some problems would be quite unacceptable in implementing and reinforcing the networked information retrieval and that it needs some other arrangement such as ISP. This article discussed the current modifications like ISPs by reviewing the unique characters of Z39.50 and the overall design of a client-server search systems, and also distinguished the Z39.50 clients that have been developed as non-profits from those of profits in the perspective of Z39.50 function-expanding.

대다수 국민들이 많은 불안감을 갖고 있는 극저주파전자계(ELF EMF)의 건강영향에 대한 논쟁배경, 전자파와 전자계의 특성 구분, 국민의 전자계에 대한 인식도 조사, 전력시설 건설반대 민원현황을 분석한다. 또한 전자계 건강영향 동물실험 결과, 국내 전력시설별 전자계의 노출현황 둥을 분석하고, 세계보건기구(WHO)의 국제권고기준에 따라 국내 전력시설의 전자계 안전성에 대하여 논하고자 한다.

Several decades have passed since tiltrotor technology became a hot issue of debates between aircraft majors, policy maker and mass-media. Although most of those subjects have been officially probed or answered in objective way, biased articles or argues related with the adequacy of this technology still prevail in the way of tilt-rotor development programs, which are totally irrelevant and out-dated. This paper aims to help understanding on those issues in technically balanced manner and the cases of flight test mishaps.

본 연구는 공적 연기금인 사학연금기금의 책임투자 활성화 및 스튜어드십 코드의 이행을 위한 전략적 방향성을 제안한다. 책임투자와 스튜어드십 코드 도입의 의미와 논쟁, 해외 연기금의 사례, 사학연금기금의 현황 및 여건 등을 종합적으로 고려할 때, 다음과 같은 검토사항들을 도출하였다. (1) 책임투자 및 스튜어드십 코드 이행을 위한 정책 및 지침의 제·개정, (2) 내부 조직의 확대·개편, (3) 자체적인 ESG 평가 모형 구축과 다양한 외부 평가기관의 자료 확보·활용, (4) 외부 위탁운용사 평가 체계 개선, (5) 책임투자 및 주주권 행사 관련 공시 강화가 그것들이다. 본 연구는사학연금기금의 효과적인 위험관리와 중·장기적 수익의 안정성을 제고하기 위한 대안으로써 책임투자의 성공적 도입을 위한 제반 여건을 제시하는 실무적 시사점을 가질 것으로 기대된다.

Chronic lateral ankle instability (CLAI) is a major complication of acute ankle sprain that can cause discomfort in both daily and sports activities and may lead to degenerative changes in the ankle joint as the long-term sequelae. The precise cause of CLAI remains debatable and is most probably multifactorial. However, identifying chronic lateral ankle ligament injury is critical in determining the primary etiology and formulating an appropriate treatment plan. This review discusses the features and effectiveness of various imaging techniques in diagnosing chronic lateral ankle ligament injury.

The Power and Knowledge are attractive materials that could be used in all of cultural content genre with storytelling. Because he, whether or not own knowledge, could be an important tool of narrative strategy for popularity keeping with a confrontation and conflict. This study aimed to explore the power and knowledge appearing in . For this purpose, it used the structuralistic methodologies of Saussure and Levi-Strauss, analyzing binary oppositions between the characters mainly connected with the knowledge and power. Three categories was analytic object, 'Place(abbey, book repository)' 'Debate on laughter', 'The argument for heresy.' As a result, we found the three materials had narrative strategy fully following binary oppositional structure. In that movie, which was deployed in a basis with knowledge and power, we eventually found that contemporary reality veiled the truth was paradoxically revealed with these narrative strategy. And we confirmed that it was very important the attribute of knowledge and power in narrative processing.
