This paper has made an empirical research on airline staff working at Incheon international airport, who perceived safety culture in their organization and delivered safety information while the staff were providing service against passengers. The purpose of this paper was to analyze the relationship among safety culture, service quality and service provider efficacy to find out which factor of safety culture had a significant effect on both service quality and service provider efficacy. Following the results from empirical research, this paper would provide administrative implications which could be applied to improve airline's service quality and to manage effectively the airline staff at field. According to research, it was found fairness culture among safety cultures had a positive and significant effect on both service quality and service provider efficacy. However, reporting/studying culture had a negative effect on them. In other words, it would decrease airline service quality and prevent active service provider's efficacy at airport if a airline management focused reporting/studying culture of safety. It is important to settle down fairness culture of safety to motivate and improve service quality.

Through this study, we intend to study user satisfaction in order to verify whether there is a need for full-scale research, development and commercialization of document viewers in a VR environment. VR content consists of realistic 3D graphics and 360-degree video, and provides a synesthesia experience and immersion. We developed and tested a VR document viewer prototype that can utilize this concept as a document viewing system. It can act as a viewer that provides an interactive viewing environment according to the user's body interaction and the direction of the field of view, and it can be said that the feature of VR document viewer is that it can draw the user's high level of immersion and concentration when using the viewer. The developed prototype was tested in a test group consisting of 100 VR experiences and device owners for about 1 hour and 3 days a day, and then a questionnaire survey in the form of a fixed selection question was conducted. This study is a prototype study of a document viewer suitable for a virtual reality environment, and can lead to a sense of immersion when reading a document, and suggest a new document viewer direction that is effective for visual fatigue and visual perception of the document.

The purpose of this study is to find out whether the many start-up support programs provided by a college can actually help students start a business, and to discuss what role colleges should have as facilitators of student entrepreneurship. To this end, a qualitative study was conducted with seven students who wished to start a business by utilizing start-up education and support programs provided by College Y. As a result of the study, the participants first mentioned parallel and administrative inefficiency in entrepreneurship and the entrepreneurship programs. Second, the implications for the role of colleges in fostering start-up content are systematic planning and guidance for start-up programs operated by the college, concise administrative procedures, mentoring in various start-up items, and securing a test market. It can be said that the concept of a common office in which students can work together is necessary. The study is significant in that it can help to establish a start-up support plan by suggesting what role colleges should play in relation to entrepreneurship, but its limitation is that its scope includes only one specific major.

This study aims to analyze the effect of the level of accounts receivable on firm profitability. It is possible to find the optimal level of accounts receivable that maximizes profitability. In this study, 6,632 samples were selected from manufacturing companies listed on the Korean Stock Exchange from 2001 to 2018. We used the fixed effect panel model to analyze the model equation. There is a positive (+) relationship between the profitability of a company, the Return on Assets (ROA), and accounts receivable (AR). Also, this relationship has a nonlinear relationship or a reverse-U shape. There is an optimal level of accounts receivables, which results in profitability increase up to a certain extent, but subsequently, profitability decreases when accounts receivables exceed this level. In the case of monopoly companies with a higher-than-average market share, the coefficient between accounts receivable and firm profitability is greater than that for competitors with a lower market share than average. It supports the hypothesis that Titman (1984) suggested, that trade credit is important for enhancing corporate profitability. It is confirmed that accounts receivables play an important role in enhancing firm profitability and it is necessary to understand this well from the corporate standpoint.

As foreign immigrants increase dramatically, the number of ethnic residential areas also grow rapidly in Korea. Of those foreign workers, the majority is Korean Chinese who can speak Korean language fluently and share common culture as the same ethnicity. As of now they are concentrated on 8 areas in Seoul forming their own community with networks for living and finding job. This paper is to investigate the differences and similarities of Korean Chinese residential areas in Seoul. In order to do that the authors researched two typical areas of Garibong-dong and Jayang-dong. The former is bigger and established earlier, became the symbol of Korean Chinese community. The latter area is relatively small and formed recently. Those staying in Garibong-dong are characterized as; single, moved from main land China directly, small sized residing unit and lower income. The place is mainly for the first incoming people to provide convenient environment for adapting in Seoul. On the other hand those staying in Jayang-dong are characterized as; with families, moved from other parts of Seoul, relatively good residence and higher income. Therefore this place is the second residential area for those who became familiar with living in Seoul. As a result, this paper found the process of differentiation in Korean Chinese communities. This process would be continued as far as foreign immigration continues. Therefore further researches required on more detail process of differentiation for various ethnic groups.

The acupressure is a treatment that applies pressure to certain parts of the body and has been mainly used for pain relief in the field of oriental medicine. However, the treatment effect is often different depending on the practitioner's ability, experience, and physical strength, so standardized acupressure is needed. In this regard, the equipment is being released, but this is mainly a rolling massage method, which reduces energy concentration and poses a risk of injury. Therefore, in this study, a device that provides vertical acupressure based on variable bogie (wheel truck) was implemented. As a result of experimenting with load and body pressure distribution and desirability to validate the device's bearing pressure, the acupressure rod held up to 150kg, the body pressure ratio was measured lower than the body pressure ratio of the comparison item in section 0%

The purpose of this study was to find out how effect does the second-stage which is the intensive course program for sexual offenders of three-stage(basic, intensive and advanced remedial) on impulsivity, anger expression, rape myth and self-esteem of sexual offenders. To this end, 10 people waiting for the second-stage intensive education among sexual violence offenders serving at M prison located in J province were selected as subjects for the study. To verify the effectiveness of the program, repeated measurement design(pre, post and one month post test) was conducted, and a total of 200 hours of 'Intensive Course Program on the Sexual Violence' was conducted to the subjects. The results of this study are as follows. It was confirmed that the intensive course program on the sexual violence for the re-crime risky group in the sex offender is effective in reducing impulsivity and anger expression, which are risk factors of sexual crime, bringing positive changes to rape myths, which are distorted sexual perceptions of sexual violence criminals, and improving self-esteem. Finally, it suggested the necessity of continuous development and improvement of sexual violence preventive programs targeting sexual offenders, and construction of systematic supervision and related system to ensure the effectiveness of remedial after release of sexual offenders.

This study is aimed at verifying the effects of an ETC(Expressive Therapies Continuum)-based group art therapy program on reducing parental anxiety in first-grade elementary school students' mothers. An ETC program was composed based on the therapeutic factors of the ETC components. Seven mothers of first-grade students located in city A of Gyeonggi-do were selected as the subjects of the study. These mothers underwent 11 sessions of ETC-based group art therapy from April 18 to May 24, 2019, 1 to 2 times a week for 70 to 90 minutes. In order to verify the effectiveness of this research program, scores from pre- and post-parental anxiety scales were analyzed using SPSS 24.0 program. Results demonstrated that first, mothers' parental anxiety was significantly reduced after the ETC program participation. Second, changes in ETC component use throughout the program positively influenced reductions in parental anxiety. In conclusion, each participant experienced the opportunity to self-explore and self-understand at all levels of ETC with their preferred art medium, thereby lowering parenting anxiety. It is meaningful that through the ETC-based art therapy program, the client can be self-aware of his or her problem, and the client can decide the direction that is beneficial to them through voluntary media selection. In addition, it is meaningful that the ETC group art therapy is able to perform activities tailored to each individual.

With the full spread and rapid development of social media, the trend of decentralization of social media information propagation is becoming clearer day by day, and the segmentation of time by audiences using social media information is clearly progressing. Therefore, this study aims to study the influence relationship between social media attitudes toward fake news, social capital, risk perception, and discriminant intentions based on existing studies. Accordingly, the research model presented related research questions and organized a questionnaire to collect a total of 500 valid surveys. The SPSS 26.0 program and the AMOS 24.0 program were used to analyze the data. The research results are as follows. First, the more positive the user's attitude towards the fake news identification intention of social media, the more they want to use various methods or tools to identify the authenticity of online information. Second, the more positive the user's attitude towards social media fake news, the more aware of the potential threats social media fake news poses to their own physical, psychological, financial and so on. At the same time, by raising one's own awareness of the dangers, counterintelligence intentions against fake news on social media will also increase. Third, the richer the social capital the user has, the stronger the information literacy, and therefore the stronger the identification intention of social media fake news. Fourth, the higher the value of social capital Chinese users have, the greater the damage they have suffered from fake news, and the higher the risk awareness of fake news to protect their interests. Fifth, it means that Chinese users recognized information suspected of social media and took corresponding measures.

In addition to the rapid changes in the times caused by the pandemic, the revision of the new curriculum coincides with the change in the proportion of the three elements of learners, society, and subjects that make up the curriculum. In particular, along with the proportion of 'social' in the curriculum, the scope of the word 'educational community' has increased, and the allowable range of curriculum restructuring centered on it has expanded. In order for the intended direction of education to be properly established in the new curriculum, various educational method studies are needed to cultivate newly emerged competencies and literacy. In this study, after selecting the contents and goals of the convergence curriculum based on various criteria for subject selection, the data science program was designed by reconstructing Living Lab's PDIE methodology. As an evaluation factor for this, we tried to analyze the effectiveness of 'creativity', 'problem-solving ability', 'communication ability', 'collaboration ability' among future competencies emphasized in the curriculum. As a result of the study, it was effective in improving creative and communication skills, and this study focuses on verifying the effectiveness of School Living Lab, suggesting the necessity of post-research that expands the application space of research and diversifies the role of educational community subjects.
