Performance Analysis of Co-Existence of DS-CDMA and TDMA System by Using Complex Multirate Filter Bank in Land Mobile Channel (육상 이동통신 채널에서 복소 다중비율 필터뱅크를 채용한 DS-CDMA/TDMA 공존 시스템의 성능 분석)

  • In this paper, we proposed a complex multirate filter bank(CMRFB) based adaptive notch filtering technique to solve the co-existence narrowband interference problem of DS-CDMA and TDMA systems. We have discussed error performance of co-existence of DS-CDMA and TDMA system by using complex multirate filter bank in land mobile channel and computer simulation results show that the proposed scheme can eliminate the narrowband interference(TDMA signals) effectively.

Notched Strength Analysis of CRALL Materials by FEM (I) (FEM에 의한 CRALL재의 노치강도 해석(I))

  • As for the properties on both the aluminum and the CFRP which are used to make A17075/CFRP multi-layered hybrid composites, CRALL(carbon reinforced aluminum laminate). In the CRALL specimen for rule of mixture, we were analyzed notched strength by finite element method. The results obtained from FEM analysis are as follows; In the unnotch CRALL specimen, the stresses CFRP, epoxy, Al 7075 obtained by finite element method strength solution for A/C0001, when strain is 0.28%, are 1400MPa, 38MPa, 411MPa. respectively and for A/C9991, when strain 0.48%, are 392MPa, 26MPa and 321Mpa, respectively. the solpe of the stress-strain curve by FEM increases in keeping with the hole size and the yield strain decrease to 36% and 55% for A/C9993 and A/C9991 respectively.

  • The V-notched crack problem in dissimilar materials can be formulated as an eigenvalue problem. The RWCIM(Reciprocal Work Contour Integral Method) is applied to the determination of the eigenvector coefficients associated with eigenvalues for V-notched cracks in pseudo-isotropic and anisotropic dissimilar materials. The RWCIM algorithm is programed by the commercial numerical program, MATHEMATICA. The numerical results obtained are shown that the RWCIM is a useful method for determining the eigenvector coefficients of V-notched cracks in pseudo-isotropic and anisotropic dissimilar materials.

  • The problem of eigenvalue and eigenvector is obtained from a V-notched crack in pseudo-isotropic dissimilar materials by the traction free boundary and the perfect bonded interface conditions. The complex stress function is assumed as the two-term William's type. The eigenvalue is solved by a commercial numerical program, MATHEMATICA to discuss stress singularities for V-notched cracks in pseudo-isotropic dissimilar materials. The RWCIM(Reciprocal Work Contour Integral Method) is applied to the determination to eigenvector coefficients associated with eigenvalues. The RWCIM algorithm is also coded by the MATHEMATICA.

  • 티타늄 용접부의 기공 형성은 용접 중 대기중으로부터 유입되거나 모재 표면의 산화막으로부터 확산과정을 통해 유입되는 산소 혹은 수소로 인해 형성된다고 알려져 있다. 용접부 기공은 용접부의 피로 수명과 인성을 저하시키며 취성 파괴의 원인이 된다. 이에 용접 후 비파괴 검사를 통해 용접부 기공을 확인하고 있으며 확인된 기공등의 결함은 재용접을 통해 제거하고 있다. 이번 연구에서는 기계적 가공 방법에 의해 기공을 제거한 후 재용접 하는 기존의 방식에서 벗어나 TIG Dressing 공법을 이용하여 용접부에 형성된 기공을 제거하고자 하였으며 이에 따른 용접부 노치 인성을 확인하였다. 시험 결과 TIG Dressing에 의한 기공 제거 효과와 노치 인성을 확인하였다.

  • This paper is concerned with the fatigue behaviour of welded joints by the notch stress approach. The actual welded shape is complex and 3-dimensional that may influence greatly the fatigue strength. The purpose of the paper is to present a way of modelling the actual weld bead shape by using a 3-D Laser scanner for experimental models of steel plates with longitudinal fillet welds, and applying its results to a proper notch stress method for the fatigue strength. The present approach to assess the fatigue strength is quite promising with application to a variety of welded joints and effects of weld profiling to fatigue strength.
