산화그래핀 처리된 은나노선 투명전극의 형성 및 전기적, 광학적 특성 변화 조사

  • 최근 증가하고 있는 플렉서블 기기제작을 위한 플렉서블 전극으로 금속메쉬, 그래핀, 은나노선을 사용한 전극이 제안되었으나 복잡한 공정 및 안정성 문제로 인해 다양한 나노복합구조를 적용하여 단점을 개선하기 위한 연구가 진행되고 있다. 은나노선 전극은 특히 공정이 단순하고 투과도 및 전도도가 비교적 우수하며 기판의 휘어짐에도 특성변화가 가장 작아 플렉서블 전극의 가장 강력한 후보재료로 알려져 있다. 그러나 은나노선 전극은 구조적으로 전극표면에 고르게 분포하지 못하기 때문에 전극의 표면거칠기가 매우 커지고 투과되는 빛과 간섭하여 헤이즈가 발생되는 문제를 가지고 있다. 특히 플렉서블 OLED용 전극으로 응용시 화면의 선명도가 떨어지며 은나노선 네트워크의 접촉저항이 증가하고 큰 표면거칠기로 인해 수명이 감소하는 문제를 가지고 있다. 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위해 본 연구에서는 은나노선 전극에 산화그래핀 처리를 통해 나노복합구조를 형성하고 플렉서블 기판에 전사하는 방법을 통해 투명 전극을 형성하였다. 주사전자현미경 측정을 통해 산화그래핀 플레이크와 은나노선 전극의 구조적 특성을 조사하였고 면저항측정을 통해 산화그래핀 처리공정 조건에 따라 전기적 특성이 개선되는 결과를 확인하였다. 은나노선 전극의 전도도 개선의 원인을 조사하기 위해 라만, XPS, 투과도 측정결과를 분석하였다. XPS 분석결과 은나노선과 그래핀의 나노복합구조 형성을 통해 산화그래핀에 포함된 pyridinic 질소가 감소하고 quaternary 질소가 증가하였다. 이는 산화그래핀의 내부 defect sites에 질소결합이 증가되었음을 의미하고 이로인해 산화그래핀에 부분적인 전도경로가 형성되어 은나노선의 전도특성을 개선되었다. 투과도 측정을 통해 은나노선의 가로방향 플라즈몬 공명 흡수가 산화그래핀 처리에 의해 감소하였고 이로 인해 은나노선 전극의 투과도가 산화그래핀 처리에 의해 개선되는 결과를 확인하였다. 은나노선 전극에 대해 산화그래핀 처리를 통해 나노복합구조 형성에 대한 연구는 은나노선 플렉서블 전극 개발을 가속화하고 잠재적인 응용분야를 확대하기 위한 원천지식을 제공할 것이다.

  • 플렉서블 기판을 기반으로 하는 휴대용 기기는 다양한 형태로 가공이 가능하고 가벼워 휴대가 용이하며 충격에 강하여 내구성이 좋은 장점을 가지고 있으나 플렉서블 전극 개발이 어려운 문제가 있다. 플렉서블 전극으로 그래핀, 은나노선, 금속메쉬 등의 다양한 재료, 구조에 대한 연구가 진행되고 있으며 특히 은나노선 전극은 공정이 단순하고 투과도 및 전도도가 비교적 우수하녀 가장 강력한 후보재료로 알려져 있다. 그러나 은나노선은 표면거칠기가 매우 크고 헤이즈가 발생하여 OLED 디스플레이용 전극으로 응용시 화면의 선명도가 떨어지며 은나노선 네트워크 형성시 은나노선간의 접촉저항이 증가하는 문제를 가지고 있다. 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위해 최근 산화그래핀을 적용하여 은나노선의 투과도, 전도도, 표면거칠기를 개선하는 연구가 진행되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 은나노선과 산화그래핀 나노복합체를 형성하고 플렉서블 기판에 전사하는 공정방법을 통해 투명전극을 형성하였고 산화그래핀이 포함되지 않은 전극과 비교하여 전극의 성능이 향상됨을 확인하였다. 주사전자현미경 측정을 통해 플렉서블 기판에 포함된 산화그래핀-은나노선 전극의 구조적 특성을 조사하였고 면저항측정을 통해 산화그래핀 처리로 인해 전기적 특성이 개선되는 결과를 확인하였다. 전도도 개선의 원인을 조사하기 위해 라만, XPS, 투과도 측정결과를 분석하여 그래핀에 포함된 pyridinic 질소가 감소하고 quaternary 질소가 증가하며 이로 인해 defect sites의 수가 감소하는 결과를 확인하였다. 산화그래핀과 은나노선의 접합부분에서 산화그래핀의 quaternary 질소가 증가하고 산화그래핀에 전하밀도를 증가하여 전도도를 향상하였다. 투과도 측정을 통해 은나노선의 가로방향 플라즈몬 공명 흡수가 산화그래핀 처리에 의해 감소한 결과를 확인하였다. 산화그래핀-은나노선 나노복합체의 전도도 향상 원인에 대한 연구는 은나노선의 플렉서블 전극 응용을 가속화하고 잠재적인 응용분야를 확대하기 위한 원천지식을 제공할 것이다.

Analysis on Efficiency of Hierarchical Structure for a Grid Transit Network (격자형 대중교통 노선망의 위계구조 효율성 분석)

  • This study analyzed whether a transit network with hierarchy is efficient or not, and if transit network hierarchy has cost efficiency, then which condition guarantees the efficiency of the transit network hierarchy. The authors modeled the total cost of the transit network and suggested the conditions in which the transit network hierarchy has cost efficiency through comparing the cost of the transit network with and without hierarchy. The efficiency of transit network hierarchy is guaranteed when the travel cost savings induced by using a higher hierarchy transit network is larger than the increasing non-travel cost, which is the sum of access cost, waiting cost, and operating cost, induced by the introduction of a higher hierarchy transit network. This result is consistent with common sense and with the concept of cost and benefit analysis. If a passenger traveling within the area divided by a higher hierarchy transit network uses only a lower hierarchy transit network and the passenger traveling out of the area divided by the higher hierarchy transit network uses both lower and higher hierarchy transit networks, the travel demand using the higher hierarchy transit network is inversely proportional to the square of the line spacing. This means that the transit network becomes more efficient and small increases of travel demand guarantee the efficiency of the transit network hierarchy as the connectivity of the network becomes higher. This result shows that transit networks have economies of aggregation. This study is the first analytical research on transit network hierarchy and is expected to be a basis for numerical research. However, numerical research should complement this study, since analytical research has some limitations for considering a real network.

Efficiency of the Hierarchical Structure for a Bus Network (시내버스 노선망 위계구조의 효율성 분석 (대전시 사례분석을 중심으로))

  • Four alternative plans for the bus network in Daejeon metropolitan city, which have different hierarchical structure, were proposed : Alternative 1 represents a bus network without hierarchical structure, and Alternative 2, 3, and 4 represent bus networks with primary, intermediate, and advanced hierarchical structures, respectively. Efficiency of the alternative plans were evaluated based on the evaluation index including travel time cost, waiting time cost, and transition penalty cost. The travel time cost was decreased as the level of hierarchical structure gets higher until it reaches the extremely high level. As the level of hierarchical structure get higher, the waiting time cost significantly decreased while the transition penalty cost increased. Collectively, a bus network with hierarchical structure was shown to be more efficient than without it in the light of total travel cost. For the bus network with hierarchical structure, total travel cost shows a concave curve, which implies that there exists an optimal level of hierarchical structure in a bus network.

Develpment of Analysis and Evaluation Model for a bus Transit Route Network Design (버스 노선망 설계를 위한 평가모형 개발)

  • This study is to develop Bus Transit Route Analysis and Evaluation Model that can product the quantitative performance measures for Bus Transit Route Network Design. So far, in Korea, there are no so many models that evaluate a variety of other performance measures or service quality that are of concern to both the transit users and operator because of lower-level bus database system and transit route network analysis algorithm's limit. The BTRAEM in this research differ from the previous approach in that the BTRAEM employs a multiple path transit trip assignment model that explicitly considers the transfer and different travel time after boarding. And we develop input-output data structure and quantitative performance measure for the BTRAEM. In the numerical experimental applying BTRAEM to Mandl transit network, We got the meaningful results on performance measure of bus transit route network. In the future, we expect BTRAEM to give a good solution in real transit network.

Efficiency of Radial Transit Routes (간선-지선 노선체계의 효율성)

  • This study analyzed the efficiency of a trunk with branches and a trunk with feeders route system comparing the user cost and operator cost of those route systems. Basically, a trunk with branches is more efficient than a trunk with feeders in the passengers' perspective if the transit system of a trunk and feeders are the same. In the case that the trunk system is hierarchically higher than the feeder system, a trunk with feeders has the competitive edge over a trunk with branches if the saving of travel cost induced by using the trunk line is larger than the increasing waiting and transfer cost. This result is consistent with the previous research by Park et al.(2007c), which analyzed the efficiency of hierarchical structure in a grid transit network. If the travel demand of each origins and destinations is low, increasing headway according to the travel demand can increase passenger load or operating efficiency in a trunk with feeders route system. In this case, a trunk with feeders route system is more prevalent as the operating cost, route length, and number of destinations increases, while it is less prevalent as the transfer cost and passengers' time value of the waiting time increases. In cases that central business district, which is located in the middle of a trunk line, generates travel demand, a trunk with feeders is more efficient than a trunk with branches with the increasing travel demand from and to the CBD. Therefore it can be concluded that to have a dual operating system between CBD and suburban is more efficient than one type transit system. The efficiency of that system can be increased through an efficient transfer system that can reduce the transfer cost.

Economical aessesment of long tunnel route complex geological formations (복잡한 지질구조암반층에서의 장대터널노선 선정을 위한 경제성 평가에 대한 연구)

  • A new railway line of about 17km length was planned between Dongbaeksan and the neighboring town Dokye to improve the existing decrepit railway system. New line about 17km of the distance will almost be in circular alignment tunnels owing to the difference of elevation about 380m. Since the geology of the area is rather unusual compared to the normal in South Korea, extensive geological investigations have been carried out to prepare geological maps and profiles along the planned tunnel routes. The tunnel will almost be in sedimentary rock formations, such as limestone, sandstone, shale, coal etc and be near abandoned mines Various rock formations have the complicated, alter ed those rocks, but are well developed with laminated formations. Each rock formations have been classified using the Q-system and the cost of tunnel excavation, support has been estimated and compared for three alternative routes in the design stage. Based on these estimates, the final route of t he railway line was chosen.

최근 한국의 항공운송산업의 환경 변화에 따른 지역항공운영 노선 연구

  • 한국의 항공운송산업의 변화인 국내 지역항공사들의 국내선 취항과 근거리 국제선 운항 및 취항 여부 등은 KTX 도입과 기존 항공사의 국내선 축소 등의 변화와 맞물려 항공 운송산업 발전에 지대한 영향을 미치고 있다. 이러한 변화된 환경은 동시에 지역항공사들의 네트워크 운영에 대한 면밀한 분석이 이루어져야 하며 이에 대한 연구가 필요한 시점이라고 판단된다. 따라서 본 연구는 도입단계에 있는 국내 항공운송시장에서의 지역 항공사의 노선 구조 및 시장 진입을 분석하여 지역의 저비용항공사 도입과 근거리 국제선 시장에서의 지역항공사 노선개발에 대하여 분석하였다. 특히 지역항공사들의 노선 개설을 위한 항공여행자들을 대상으로 한 수요자설문조사와 항공운송 서비스를 제공하는 공급자인 항공사와 여행사를 대상으로 한 전문가 조사를 수행하였다.

Comparative Study on Determining Highway Routes (도로의 최적노선대 선정방법 비교 연구)

  • By using the current road design method that is based on the regulation about structure and facilities standard of the road and the route plan guide of a national road and the alignment optimization road design method which is studied in the inside and outside of country, this study operate the route plan of the sample study and compare and analysis the route character, consequently the current design method has local optimization that is formed the plan by the stage and the section. Alignment optimization road design has the system optimal route search. But cost function has limite that caused by construction parameter that is not included in cost function. So we design a road route included cost function in main fields. As a result, we obtain a realistic and economically road route. The alignment optimization road design model has to be made up some problems, like the change of vertical gradient in the tunnel section, though this defects it has a lot of merits as a geometric design tool, especially in the feasibility study and the scheme design.

The Cost Structure of the Lines of Urban Railway (도시철도 노선의 비용구조 분석)

  • The purpose of this study is to estimate the degree of cost inefficiency for the urban railway lines of a metropolitan city operated by public institutions in Korea and identify the causes of this inefficiency. To this end, we assume that the urban railway lines produce the output of train-km by putting three production factors of labor, electric power and maintenance and set the variable cost function model with the translog function to make a stochastic cost frontier analysis. Based on estimated result, we conclude that the cost savings for 6 years of all lines are about 6,672 hundred million won and top five lines with high inefficiency are Busan Line1, Daegu Line1, Daejeon Line1, Gwangju Line1, and Daegu Line2. The causes of inefficiency are attributable to labor and maintenance factors. The results of this study can be useful in case of finding the priorities of measures and specific plans for reducing labor and maintenance costs in the urban railway operation.
