The present study is designed to explore restructuring direction of the old-age income maintenance system and development direction of the Seniority Pension Scheme(SPS) in Korea. While the SPS is trifling scheme with tiny benefit amount and small budget, the SPS has important role that function as only public income maintenance scheme for both the low income class and the excluded from public pension and public assistance at present stage because of immature National Pension. This study starts with the research question why serious mis-matching problem between needs and resources in old-age income maintenance system occur. Thus this study explores fundamental change direction of the old-age income maintenance system which is coincide with further situation change(demography, labour market, family structure). Also this study explores desirable SPS's development direction as taking into account relation with other public old-age income maintenance system. This paper suggests basic direction of old-age income maintenance system as follows: principle of universal and individual security; principle of sustainability; principle of equity. Under general principle, this paper also proposes largely two development scenario of the SPS. The one is to maintain present transitional and provisional scheme with trying scheme's substantiality. The other is to change into permanent old-age income maintenance scheme for the excluded public pension and public assistance. At this point it is the public pension's role that the SPS's development direction is determined. If the public pension keep one pension per one earner as present system, non-contribution pension as present SPS should maintain continuously. However, if the public pension reorganize into basic pension of one pension per one person and earning-related pension, the SPS should be managed temporarily until mature of public pension. Therefore whether the public pension play basic security role for all elderly or not will determine the SPS development direction.

우리 사회의 고령화가 지속됨에 따라 퇴행성 척추 질환을 가진 고령 인구가 증가하고 있다. 노인성 척추 질환은 일상생활을 불가능하게 하며, 경제활동을 어렵게 하여 결과적으로는 고령자 삶의 질을 훼손시킨다. 또한, 이 질환은 개별 환자에 최적화된 척추의 수술 및 재활 치료 방법이 요구된다. 그래서 본 논문에서는 노인성 척추 질환에 대한 효과적 대응을 위해 IT 기반의 경제적/과학적 해결 방안을 제시하는 "노인성 척추 질환 치료/재활을 위한 노령 인체 모델 및 의료기기 제품화 기반 기술"에 대해 소개한다.

현대인들의 건강관리의 인식의 변화와 노령화 인구 증가는 현대 사회의 큰 이슈이다. 몸이 불편하지만 거동이 힘든 환자, 보호자가 항상 곁에 없는 환자, 스스로의 질병관리의 방법을 모르는 환자들이 스마트 기기만 있으면 이용 가능한 만성질환관리 하이브리드 앱서비스를 제안한다. 제안한 하이브리드 앱서비스는 웹페이지를 이용하여 운영체제에 상관없는 서비스 이용이 가능하도록 연구하였다.

노령화 사회와 함께 대두된 골다공증을 가정에서 저렴하고도 손쉽게 조기 진단할 필요성이 대두되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 네트워크 기반 골다공증을 손쉽게 진단하기 위해 관련 단백질을 추출하고 네트워크로부터 핵심 모듈을 찾아 조기 진단키트의 타깃을 제공하고자 하였다. 먼저 골다공증 관련 유전자를 OMIM database로부터 추출하고 HPRD로부터 단백질 상호작용 정보를 추가하여 골다공증 관련 단백질 네트워크(1,594 노드 및 2,160 링크)를 구축하였다. 네트워크상 Degree가 높은 단백질을 선별하고, 복잡한 네트워크를 단순화하는 알고리즘인 MCODE를 사용하여 핵심 모듈을 추출하여 핵심 단백질을 확보하였다. 또한 네트워크 자체를 KEGG PATHWAY에 적용시켜 골다공증 관련 단백질의 경로 중심의 핵심단백질을 추출하였다. 이러한 연구 결과를 비교하여 공통적으로 나타나는 핵심 단백질을 타깃으로 골다공증을 손쉽고 간편하게 조기 진단할 수 있는 실마리를 제공하고자 한다.

본 논문에서는 노인 대상자들이 신체적으로 기능의 상실, 경제능력의 상실, 사회성의 상실 신체적, 정신적으로 노령화 되어감에 따라 독립적으로 살아가는데 필수적으로 요구되는 활동을 할 수 있는 능력으로 자신의 신체를 돌보는 기술 및 행위와 우울과의 관계를 알아본 결과 경도 우울성향은 일상생활 수행능력이 약간 불편한 집단에서는 50.9%, 많이 불편한 집단에서는 57.1%로 나타났고, 중증도 우울성향은 일상생활 수행능력이 약간 불편한 집단에서는 13.2%, 많이 불편한 집단에서는 28.6%로 나타나서 유의미한 결과로 확인 되었다.

심부전증(Heart failure)이란 심장이 조직에서 필요로 하는 산소나 영양분을 제대로 공급하지 못하는 상태로 심장 자체의 구조적 결함이외에도 혈역학(hemodynamics)에 영향을 주는 신장 질환이나 고혈압등에 의해서도 발생한다. 심장은 커다란 펌프로 혈역학적 변화에 능동적으로 대처할 능력을 가지고 있다. 하지만 이러한 혈역학의 변화를 유발하는 원인을 제거하지 않은채 장기적으로 원인이 지속할 경우, 심장, 특히 심실은 재구성(remodeling)이 일어나게되고(좌심실의 벽이 비후되고 우심실의 벽이 얇아지는 변화) 이로인하여 심장의 혈역학 변화에 따른 보상 반응은 점차 무력화 되게된다. 이로인하여, 혈액 정체에 따른 폐부종이나 복수증 및 산소 부족에 의한 허혈성 손상이 여러 장기에 나타나게 된다. 심장 질환은 불량한 예후와 치료의 제한성때문에 그동안 수의 분야에서 간과되어왔지만, 우리나라도 애완동물의 노령화가 시작되고 있고 고급 진료에 대한 축주들의 요구가 증가하고 있어서 점파 심장 질환의 진료가 늘어갈 것으로 사료된다. 따라서 본 종설에서는 심부전증에 대한 여러 가지 병리 기전과 이에 따른 치료 방법에 대해 기술하고자한다.

EMR(Electronic Medical Records) 시스템은 기존의 의무 기록을 전산화 한 것으로 의료 서비스 시용자의 신체정보 및 진료정보 등을 전산화 하여 저장하는 시스템이다. 노령화 사회로 들어서게 되면서 많은 의료 소비자들이 의료 서비스 기관들에 발걸음이 잦아지고 각 환자마다 늘어나게 될 데이터를 좀 더 효율적으로 관리할 수 있는 EMR의 필요성이 대두되고 있다. 본 논문은 현재 IT트렌드의 흐름을 살펴보고 의료 정보 기술과 접목한 새로운 차세대 EMR 기술을 분석하고 그 발전 방향을 제시하고자 한다.

UN has decided to observe the year 1999 as the International Year of Older Persons (IYOP). Since that year, older persons should have equal access to information in order to function effectively in an information society for all. Public library should be a important access point for older persons, and above all, be a leading ole to bridge digital devide in the regional community. There are, however, few policies or guidelines for public library services to older persons in Korea. This is a time fur developing these ones at the national level. In this study, the draft for public library services to older persons is suggested.

As Republic of Korea community nears to old age society rapidly, various kinds problem about old mans is risen. Can speak that item connected with medical treatment is more serious in the importance aspect among them Therefore, many-sided effort is consisting to ready countermeasure in reply, but economical method is not presented clearly as being realistic yet. Also, medical treatment service that more users through diffusion of fast internet are little more better effort that serve consist. But, in the case of old age, by difficulty of the use, restriction condition happens. In this paper proposed system that is prevailing already and user-friendly can cope curtly in old mans' emergency situation more rapidly and conveniently using mobile phone of CDMA way relatively.

This is a study on types and current status of school library in japan that are open to public. it aims to increase library access and further improvement of accessible information environment by opening the libraries within schools. In case of Japan, libraries' importance to school education enacted world's first School library act by 1953 and installation rate of school libraries is achieved up to 100%. These libraries opened to its local community is in the process of increasing library usage and now in total of 11.6% of lower, middle, and upper school are already opened to their local community. Considering decreasing usage of facilities in schools, teacher vacant time, expanding libraries, and other various alternatives should be considered together. It will lead to equal access to information environment and lifelong education. The study suggests ways of installing school libraries in appropriate sizes and forms within their local societies. It also propose possible ways to open school libraries to perform their own functions.
