Recent research has been actively carried out on systems that want to optimize resource utilization by analyzing the intended behavior and pattern of behavior of objects (users, consumers). A service system that applies information about an object's location or behavior must include a location trigger processing system for tracking an object's real-time location. In this paper, we analyze design problems for the implementation of a context-awareness based location trigger system, and present system models based on analysis details. For this purpose, this paper introduces the concept of location trigger for intelligent location tracking techniques about moving situations of objects, and suggests a mobile agent system with active rules that can perform monitoring and appropriate actions based on sensing information and location context information, and uses them to design and implement the location trigger system for context-awareness based location services. The proposed system is verified by implementing location trigger processing scenarios and trigger service and action service protocols. In addition, through experiments on mobile agents with active rules, it is suggested that the proposed system can optimize the role and function of the application system by using rules appropriate to the service characteristics and that it is scalable and effective for location-based service systems. This paper is a preliminary study for the establishment of an optimization system for utilizing resources (equipment, power, manpower, etc.) through the active characteristics of systems such as real-time remote autonomous control and exception handling over consumption patterns and behavior changes of power users. The proposed system can be used in system configurations that induce optimization of resource utilization through intelligent warning and action based on location of objects, and can be effectively applied to the development of various location service systems.

The job creation is one of the important issue from the public and private sector. For the job opportunity, the private sector would contribute to create plentiful opportunities for job-seekers. Especially, foreign donor countries has fostered the development consulting firm in the private sector with the legal and institutional support. As the result, it has played the important role to create the job opportunity for whoever want to find the way in the international development cooperation. However, South Korea does not yet make the environment as much as foreign donor countries. Hence, this study aims to analyze the case on fostering the development consulting firm in the international development cooperation to draw the political implication for South Korea. With this, the result of the study is significant to rebuild the index on the impact evaluation of the employment that is fit to the international development cooperation. Thus, foreign donor countries suggests that fostering the development consulting firms in the international development cooperation should be based on the political and institutional support, tied network, and sustainable supply of human resources. Indeed, the improvement of the index on the impact evaluation of the employment would contribute to correctly measure the impact from the development consulting firm in the private sector.

The concept of integrated pest management (IPM) first developed in the 1950s, and the concept of economic control via pest management was established in the 1960s. Research on IPM began in the United States and Europe, and IPM studies in Korea started with citrus insects and paddy field pests following the distribution of high-yield varieties of rice. Apple IPM in Korea began with research on pest control using chemical pesticides and pesticides resistant to insect pests, studies on the ecology of insect pests and their natural enemies, and the exploitation of sex pheromones on insect pests. Since the 1990s, IPM research and field projects have been carried out simultaneously for farming households. In the 2000s, the development of pest monitoring and forecasting models centered on mating disturbances, database programs for pests, and networks for sharing information. IPM technology has expanded via the development of unmanned forecasting systems and automation technologies in the 2010s.

Recently, the drone industry is rapidly expanding as it is suggested that it will be used in various fields. As the size of the drone market grows, interest in drone-related certificates is also increasing. However, the current drone-related qualification system and education system are insufficient. Thus this study, analyzed the necessity of drone training, the features of functional games, and the effectiveness of educational training using AR through related technical studies to solve the practical difficulties of drone educational training. Later, drone educational training game contents using AR were divided into practice mode and test mode based on the drone national qualification course practical test, and the result screen was displayed at the end of the curriculum so that players could learn by level and evaluate the results on their own. In addition, constructed a hybrid processing system and network and AR operation system for response rate and response speed, implemented drone training game contents utilizing AR based on the design contents. It is expected that the use of game content using AR presented in this paper for drone training will further alleviate environmental difficulties and improve the sense of immersion in play, which will lead to a more effective drone educational training experience.

Interest in sustainable management based on the stakeholder perspective is expanding not only within an organization but also across the supply chain. For large companies that have established networks, sustainability management of the supply chain is now a factor that not only determines the social performance of the company as a whole, but also determines its long-term competitive position. Despite these changes in the business world, especially the proliferation of the sustainable supply chain management (SSCM) system, systematic research on SSCM has been lacking. In particular, there was a lack of empirical analysis on which factors promoted the establishment of the SSCM system for large companies and what's the effects of SSCM. In this regard, this study analyzes i) the impact of the social responsibility pressure of customers as external stakeholders and the CSR orientation of purchasing managers as internal stakeholders on supply chain transparency and partnership cooperation respectively, and ii) whether supply chain transparency and partnership cooperation can enhance corporate reputation. The samples used in this study were 69 large companies representing Korea. The results showed that the social responsibility pressure of customers and the purchasing manager's CSR orientation were positively related to the transparency of the supply chain. However, for partnership cooperation, only the purchasing manager's CSR orientation was found to have a positive and significant effect. Meanwhile, both supply chain transparency and partnership cooperation were positively related to the corporate reputation. At the end of the study, discussions on the implications of the results and future research directions will be presented.

The purpose of this paper is to seek for a new exhibition form of floral art design that deviates from formalism by suggesting a planning exhibition with storytelling away from the unilinear exhibition composition method of floral art design currently being held in Korea. Storytelling in flower art exhibition is to construct an easy-to-understand exhibition through the use of the four-step construction method of introduction-development-turn-conclusion, or the three-step construction method of intro-body-conclusion. It is intended to efficiently propose interaction between creators and viewers. In order to seek for diversification of floral art design, it is necessary to secure a convergent view that has been blowing since the Millennial, collaborate with other fields, or attempt exhibition planning that reflects storytelling. The main function of the exhibition is to meet and communicate directly with the public. This study intends to propose the exhibition structure and implementation direction of floral art exhibition through the case of 'Hwawanggye' held at the Sungkyunkwan University Museum in 2017, focusing on the exhibition where storytelling is applied. Through this study, it is expected that the discourse in the field of floral art will be expanded, and various networks of aesthetic suggestions and floral art design with storytelling will be boosted.

The purpose of this study is to explore ways in which the flower design industry can utilize podcasts that are rapidly growing in recent years. I selected foreign flower podcasts that are ranked on the global podcast chart, and examined the genre, content, components, show hosts and etc. By analyzing the characteristics of the podcast, the type of communication between the host and the audience, the audience interaction, the industry connection, and the media expansion strategy, I tried to derive the possibility of the flower podcast in Korea. As a result of analyzing foreign flower podcasts, podcasters built listener communities based on their rich experience and knowledge through podcasts and used them for education and marketing. They acted as leaders in the industry or led public opinion such as the sustainable flower industry. Podcast shows were repurposed as various content and used to spread flower design culture. In Korea, flower podcasts can be the basis for the formation of a community related to the flower design industry. Flower design experts can use podcasts as a source asset for various content. Listeners within the industry can get hands-on knowledge about the business from flower podcasts. The popular flower podcast will contribute to the vitalization of flower design culture and industry. Flower podcasts can be a starting point to actively cope with the era of personal media.

This study explores the importance of semantic web-based network construction in art data archiving, as well as its meaning and value in the context of arts management along with its potential for future application. The study focuses on oral history obtained from the Arko Arts Archives that contained records of the lives and artistic views of early artists. In this study, the possibility of applying semantic web-based technology to materials concerning culture and the arts was discussed in five aspects based on the results of the case analysis. First, checking the relationship and discovering hidden artists are possible by revealing relationships between characters. Second, understanding and studying society and culture at a given time is possible by interpreting the contextual meaning of information. Third, art exploration can be done broadly and deeply, encompassing various genres from the perspective of the consumer. Fourth, through art construction, history can be reconstructed using a new and rich method. Fifth, expanding the scope beyond the boundaries of art is possible through convergence and collaboration of programs that handle big data. The network data can be used in various methods, such as art history research, art planning, and creation, throughout the art ecosystem. The results of the study suggest that digitizing a large quantity of data concerning culture and the arts is meaningful in arts management as well as identifying and analyzing the relationship network among data clusters using semantic web-based technology.

This study intends to design a model that can effectively service policy data necessary for the implementation of new national agenda in order to provide high-quality policy information services that go beyond those of the existing Policy Information Portal (POINT) of National Sejong Library. To this end, it was determined that providing an integrated search environment, in lieu of data search through individual access, was necessary. Subsequently, four possible models for a national agenda service model were presented. First, designing a computerized system for both interface and electronic information source aspects was proposed for the national agenda service system operation. Second, designing the Linked Open Data system and the time-series service system for national policy information, providing the translation service of overseas original data, and securing the researcher's desired data were presented for the national agenda service information source operation. Third, strengthening public relations for policy users, building and promoting the site brand, operating SNS channels, and reinforcing the activation of auxiliary materials and the accessibility of external services were proposed for public relations of national agenda service. Fourth, expanding the information network with Open API, cloud service, and overseas libraries was proposed for collaborating and cooperating with the agenda service.

This study aims to determine the research trends in archival preservation through keyword analysis, understand the current research status, and identify the research topics' changes over time. The degree and betweenness centrality analyses were conducted and visualized on 463 "archival preservation studies" articles published from 2000 to 2021 in various academic journals, using NetMiner 4.0. The collected research papers were divided into three time periods according to when they were published: the first period (2000-2007), the second period (2008-2014), and the third period (2015-2021). The subject keywords for the research papers on archival preservation in Korea that have influence and expandability are as follows. Across all periods, these were "electronic records" and "long-term preservation." In addition, if taken separately per period, the "OAIS reference model" and "electronic records" dominated the first and second periods, respectively, while the "records management standard table" and "long-term preservation" both dominated the third period. A conceptual framework and theory-oriented study for archival preservation, such as "digital preservation," "digitalization," and the "OAIS reference model," dominated the first period. During the second period, more research focused on procedures and practical applications related to conservation activities, such as "electronic record," "appraisal," and "DRAMBORA." In contrast, the majority of the research in the third period was on technical implementation according to the changes in the records management environment, such as "data set," "administrative information system," and "social media."
