98년 전력산업 정책

  • 전력수급의 안정을 위해 공급능력을 확충하고 에너지절약시책을 강력히 추진하였다. 하계전력수급의 공급예비율은 7%를 목표로 하였다. 한국전력의 수요관리사업을 대폭 확충하였다. 한국전력의 수요관리사업을 대폭 확충하였다. 96년 440억원이었던 수요관리사업을 97년 540억원으로 확대하여 빙축열냉방 및 요금구조개선 등 부하관리부문과 고효율조명기기 보급 등 효율향상에 투자하여 신규전력 설비투자비를 8천억을 절감하였다.

  • 지구 자원고갈과 환경오염으로 인한 에너지 절약에 대한 관심은 최근 국제유가 상승에 의해서 국가의 사활을 건 정책으로 반영되고 있다. 하루 중 부하변동이 심하지 않으면서 각실 제어가 필요하지 않은 조건을 갖춘 공간에는 지역난방공사로부터 온수를 공급받아 건물을 냉방하는 방식이 일반적으로 보급되어 있다. 최근 에너지의 유효이용 측면에서 온수 온도차를 늘려 냉방 에너지 보급용량의 확대 및 설비비용을 절감하려는 움직임이 진행되고 있다. 에너지 절약 측면에서 접근하여 볼 때 효율을 상승시키는 방법과 이용열원의 극대화가 동시에 검토되어야 하며 각각의 장점이 있는 현장에 맞추어 다양한 방식이 적용되어야 할 것이다.

  • An adsorption chiller is connected to the fuel processing/fuel cell system to increase the energy efficiency of the system. Since, the minimum temperature of $70^{\circ}C$ is needed to operate the adsorption chiller, HT-PEMFC is used as a heating source and $80^{\circ}C$ hot water in the water tank at the system is supplied to the chiller. Experimentally measured COP of the adsorption chiller was between 0.4-0.5 and the total calcuated efficiency of the connected system was between 60% and 70% comparing to 47% without adsorption chilling system.

  • The cooling performance of heat pump system for light-duty commercial electric vehicle was evaluated experimentally. The cooling performance characteristics of the heat pump for light-duty commercial electric vehicles were evaluated by varying the temperature, flow rate of chiller coolant, and electric compressor speed, under the exterior air temperature of 35 ℃ and interior air temperature of 25 ℃. Increasing the compressor speeds decreased the cooling system efficiency by 16.4 % on average with the cooling capacity increasing by 8.0 % on average and the compressor work increasing by 27% on average. To use waste heat from the coolant to chill power electronic components, such as the motor and inverter, a chiller was installed to transfer heat between the coolant and refrigerant. Increasing the temperature of the chiller coolant from 35 ℃ to 55 ℃ decreased the efficiency by 18.2 % on average due to higher condensing heat source. Increasing the coolant flow rate from 10 liter/min to 20 liter/min did not affect the cooling capacity of the system due to a similar total condensing heat transfer rate at the chiller and the exterior heat exchanger. In future works, heating performance will be investigated by varying the operating conditions to use the chiller's waste heat with an improvement of heating capacity.

  • In order to investigate the performance of an internal heat exchanger for $CO_2$ refrigerant system, the experiment was performed. Four kinds of internal heat exchangers(IHX) were used. The effects on the IHX length, the number of tube, the operating condition and the type of IHX were investigated. With increasing of the IHX length, the capacity and efficiency increased. The pressure drop of the low-side was larger compared with that of the high-side. As the temperature of the gas cooler increased, the capacity and efficiency increased linearly. The operation condition of evaporator was suggested as two phase region rather than superheat region. The capacity and efficiency of the micro-channel was larger about 90% and 75% than those of the tube. But the pressure drop of the micro-channel was more larger, compared with that of the tube.

  • Internal heat exchanger (IHX) apparatus using the temperature difference between high and low pressure lines in vehicle air conditioning system is a good method to enhance the cooling performance. In this study, we designed various double-pipe internal heat exchangers which have inner fins between the internal pipe and external pipe. We also measured the performance characteristic (pressure drop, cooling capacity, compressor work and coefficient of performance (COP)) of the modified internal heat exchangers that had the change of the fin height and the inside shape of the internal pipe. This experimental results indicated that the liner and serration type internal heat exchanger was the best cooling performance. In addition, the air conditioning system with the liner and serration type internal heat exchanger showed the improved performances of about 6.4% and 9.2%, respectively, for the cooling capacity and COP.

  • 국내 여름철의 고온다습한 기후환경으로 인하여 온실 내부의 냉방 및 제습이 필수적인데, 온실 냉방 방식 중 증발냉각 시스템이 가장 효율이 높다고 알려져 있다. 하지만 증발냉각 시스템은 건조한 기후 지역에서 발달한 방식으로, 작물의 증산작용으로 인한 온실 내부 습도 상승에 따른 문제점이 발생되어 다습한 여름철 국내 기후에는 반드시 냉각과 제습이 동시에 필요하다. 따라서 증발냉각 방식 중 Fan and Pad 방식과 리튬브로마이드 수용액을 이용한 온실 냉방 및 제습을 위한 복합시스템에 관한 연구가 진행중이다. 현재 리튬브로마이드 수용액 제습 시 발생되는 발열량과 수용액의 무게변화와 같은 수용액의 흡습성질 대한 정확한 지표가 나타나 있지 않다. 이에 연구를 진행하기에 앞서 리튬브로마이드 흡습성질에 관한 데이터 자료가 필요하다고 판단되어 기초실험을 진행하였고, 본 연구에서는 Pilot Scale의 재생 순환시스템을 통해 리튬브로마이드 수용액의 흡습성질을 이용한 재사용 방안을 제시하였고, 시스템 내에서 외부투입공기와 작동유체의 흡습성질에 의한 반응 전후 온도변화 예측 모델을 수립하였다. 따라서 본 연구를 통해 리튬브로마이드 수용액의 흡습성질을 분석하고, 이를 이 용한 재생 순환 시스템에 관한 연구를 진행할 예정이다.

  • The purpose of this study is to compare and analyze the differences of a building's heating and cooling loads depending on the weather variation. Followings are the results. The temperature, humidity and wind speeds of standard year are bigger than those of 2006~2009. The 2006~2009's total horizontal solar irradiance is greater than that of standard year, and the direct solar irradiance of standard year is bigger in winter and vice versa in summer. As results of simulation on heating and cooling loads, it is difficult to find out the bilateral influences between maximum thermal loads and annual's. The equivalent-time operating ratio(EOR) is defined on this study to estimate the differences between year and year, and the EOR of standard year shows low value comparing to 2006~2009 years'.
